Working with Reve was an overall excellent experience. The inspector was friendly and really took the time to educate us. The workers did a wonderful job, they were courteous and quick too, They really knew what they were doing and fun to watch. They took care of outside and cleaned up very well. ...I really appreciate what you guys did for us. If there is any thing I can do for you you guys just give me a call.

It went well. We have a very steep pitch and no one fell off. This was the second job they did for us. The first was reroofing our barn in 2012. I think the ultimate compliment is would you use them again and we would if needed. They have a good sales staff that works hard to sign you to a contract on the spot. They will eventually make you an offer you can't refuse. The only bugaboo was a dubious decision to move a large dumpster to an area that damaged part of our driveway. They kinda of fixed it. All in all we're happy with our new roof and warranty.

The sales personnel, Franklin Cha in particular, were friendly, knowledgeable and prepared. They made initial contact and followed up in a timely manner. Terms are reasonable and financing was easy. The two-man work crew showed up later than promised, 5 hours later, due to underestimating the time it would take to finish the job before. The crew showed up at 3 p.m. and I thought the day was wasted but they worked like demons until 9 p.m. and finished the job, including cleanup, well before the estimated time. The work appears to be fantastic and the roof looks great. It is guaranteed for 50 years in its entirety and if any repairs will be needed they will be repaired at full price, not prorated for the age of the roof. The manufacturer of the roofing material, GAF, is sending an independent inspector to check the work Reve did and Reve will repair any discrepancies at no cost. This is how Reve maintains their endorsement from GAF and Good Housekeeping. I am confident it will pass inspection. Overall I am quite satisfied with this purchase and the work that was done.

Everything went very well, job was fast. They did all the clean up and left nothing behind. The only complaint was , there was not an english speaking person on the job. Communication was a little hard at times. We still managed to get through it. They came back 6 months later for a follow up on the job. We are very happy with our new roof. Thank you guys, great job. Our daughter and son inlaw are also using them for their new roof.

Frank stopped by and visited my house and generally engaged me about my house and roof. He asked some pointed questions that I had not heard before. I was not really sure of the value of them until we really started talking about my roof and how it was doing. When we climbed up on top of my roof he measured everything and closely reviewed certain shingles. He definitely knew his way around a roof and ours was tall. He was not a tad bit concerned about climbing ladder but he took his time to make sure safety was a priority. Frank was a great resource and a great guy, I recommend reaching out to Frank at Reve Exteriors if you are looking for a new roof.

After the winter that we had, I knew that our roof and a few windows needed replaced. We had reve come out and give us a quote. They were not the lowest but they had the best product and warranties . They did the work about 2 weeks after we signed. The install crew was Great. The job was really good.

.2 The salesman for Reve was very helpful to us in selecting what we needed, his name is James. He helped us pick out what we needed. Our working relationship with him is great. He spent a lot of time with us in choosing what we wanted. The window installers were the best, very professional workers and after a days work they did a terrific clean up. We are very satisfied with all the work from the beginning with James and the ending with the window installers. We would recommend Reve Exteriors to anyone wanted the best windows and best installers.

I did not like that only one of them spoke English. Two of them spoke broken English. It was a very good experience. They were professional, did a good job and did what they said they would do. I thought that maybe the reps that came were a little pushy.
