In a time of crisis, D & F Plumbing Co came to the rescue! From top to bottom I received amazing customer service interacting with multiple D & F teammates on the phone and via email as well as the absolute all star Plumbing Pro David who came out to my house to initially plug the nasty leak we had in one of our water lines and then later to replace said line. David was a true professional and was very kind and easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor during both times he was at our house. Would highly recommend D & F Plumbing Co and David to anyone in need!

Phil was awesome! Explained all possible options and price points. Answered all my questions and filled me in on how best to proceed. Offered a double-sided shutoff, which I'd never seen before, and installed it so I can turn on hot water in the kitchen sink while leaving the dishwasher feed shut off until it is installed next week. Game changer! Gave me various quotes I requested of repiping the house (we need a lot of work done) and updating our showers. Made recommendations for improvements, and showed me an open pipe he found in the basement that I never knew about! Very informative AND the work was done quickly! Getting both sources of hot water on the main floor back was a huge relief. Thank you, Phil!

The Shower Plumbing Project in my bathroom went very well. The plumber, Derrick Miller, did a great job of changing out the old pipes in the wall and replacing the three horizontal knobs on the tile side with a single central control handle on the chrome plate area. On the other side of the wall he carefully removed, and later replaced, three small sections of sheetrock in order to reach the pipes inside. Derrick worked carefully and efficiently to complete the project. He communicated well as each phase of the project was being carried out, and answered my questions. All the new parts function well now when the shower is in use. It is a great improvement over what was there before.

This was the second time D & F helped us out -- the first time David helped us out with a clog, and the second time Frank took care of some new fixtures and a sink install. Couldn't be happier with their work! Frank even took time to clean up around the sink while it was out, and was extremely diligent in checking for leaks and making sure everything was in operating shape for us. Both of our plumbers were friendly, answered our questions, and helped educate us so that we could take care of our home. It is never fun to have a plumbing emergency, but the D & F crew are honest, forthright, and exemplary professionals.

Customer service was great from the phone call to the technician. There was some initial confusion on the phone where I was disconnected and was routed to a call center when I called back. That experience wasn’t great (the call taker was inexperienced and felt like they were reading from a script), but as soon as I got the main office again Jamie was able to book me for the same day and was super helpful. David did a great job onsite. He was helpful, talked me thoroughly through what he was doing, and made sure to only provide the service required.

Wow! I was so impressed with our experience! Phil went above and beyond to fix and replace our shower cartridge quickly and efficiently. He’s passionate about his work and educates the customer along the way - I learned so much from him that I didn’t know about our home systems and plumbing. He was punctual, polite and professional. And very knowledgeable! We will definitely be hiring this company for any future plumbing or drain issues. Their customer service was incredible.

Technician Matt did a wonderful job. He notified me of his arrival approx 20 minutes beforehand. Assessed my situation and offered an estimate within 10 minutes. From start to finish, including clean up, took 30 minutes...maybe less. Wpuld definitely recommend him for any future work.

James and Kelly were amazing! Their expertise and knowledge base was second to none! They were wise, motivated, pleasant and a delight to work with. I had complete confidence in their ability to resolve my plumbing issues and really appreciated how James took the time to explain exactly what had been done even including pictures. James was awesome. Told me how I could fix the problem myself next time by reducing the amount of bends between my snake and a clog. He also gave me recommendations on how to fix a leak that my tub just started having as well. He was friendly, courteous, and just seemed like a great guy. I will definitely use D&F the next time we have a problem.

I was one of the unfortunate persons who had a pipe break during the frigid temps over the Christmas holiday. Fortunately, I had a house sitter who was very gracious to take this on since I was on the East coast. It was Christmas Eve day, of course. He was able to finally reach a plumbing comp. - in this case D&F- who came out after getting authorization from me over the phone for the emergency fee of $499.00. I approved this as it needed to be taken care of. The pipe was fixed - they charged everything to my credit card instantly. I was also unfortunately one of those who couldn't get a flight back for several days. When I returned and looked at the emailed invoice- I was shocked and completely knew I had been ripped off. So- the $499.00 After hours dispatch fee was billed, AND a $499.99 Crawl Space/Attic Access fee of $499.99 (never disclosed to me or my house sitter) and a $1250.00 spot repair on the water line. And- on top of that- the plumber decides to tell me my whole house needs to be replumbed ! Drops an estimate of $25K along with my price gouged invoice for the Christmas eve day service of $2250.00. So- let's break this down- it was a $1000 service fee and then the work is billed. I called the company and asked about this ridiculous fee and instead of getting an explanation I reached an indignant person named, Amy who refused to explain or escalate to an owner or other person with some authority. I also called several area plumbing companies to ask if they charge an access fee and NONE of them do- it's part of the job ! They claim all calls are recorded for quality assurance. I sure hope they kept my call. The BBB and consumer protection agency will be asking for it. This company will take advantage of the consumer. Buyer beware. One way or another - I will get my $499.99 back.

Very disappointed. I am shopping around because price is a very big factor when choosing a company. They charge over $150 just to come out for a job estimate. If you do actually choose them, they waive this fee.

The tech, David, was on time and very thorough with his assessment of our plumbing issue. He was efficient in his description of what needed to be done and gave use two choices of repair. We chose the long-term solution and once we decided, David had the installation done. He was courteous and respectful, cleaned the work area up completely and sent all of the information to our email. D & F Plumbing went above and beyond making our appointment Monday when we called on Saturday, saving us the emergency fees involved. Thank you, David!!!!!
