It couldn't have been better. The service was really excellent. We were given a lot of information and options. There was no hard upselling. Problem is fixed and we are happy. We will definitely call them again.

This is the most bait and switch program ever! Do NOT hire these people. Was told on the phone there would be a $119 charge for inspection, but that would be waived if we chose to do the work. Tried to ask multiple times on about how much it would cost and was told their rates were very reasonable. When the service technician got here and told me they had a flat rate for dishwasher installs and it was $700.00 my jaw dropped. I bought a higher end dishwasher and only paid just over $1000 and now it would be a 700 flat charge to install when they could have let me know over the phone what their flat rate price was I wouldn't have even had them show up. Then the technician proceeds to tell me there is no one I can talk to about this insanity and it was the owners wife that decides to call it an inspection instead of just calling it what it was a service call just to show up. The better business bureau will be called on this.

I hired D&F Plumbing for the 4th or 5th time to come replace the FLUSH VALVES on two toilets based on an inspection report from the sale of our home. The first plumber arrived, appeared to do the work, charged me $499.99 (YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT) and left. Since we were scheduled a reinspection for repairs the next day, I didnt haggle on price and unfortunately, I didnt check the guy's work. (He was there for over an hour and it was a FLUSH VALVE REPLACEMENT.....EASY Stuff). Upon reinspection I embarrassingly found that he didnt do ANY WORK. The valves were not replaced. I called D & F and they apologized stating that they had fired that plumber and they would send a new one. a new plumber came out the next day, kinda laughed about the situation and the fired guy but went back, and again, worked for about an hour and left. he ALSO Charged me $499.00 and I didnt argue figuring D & F would refund the original work. Inspector returned and the FLUSH VALVES were STILL not replaced. The plumber replaced the FILL VALVES (Not the same thing). I called D & F and they said they'd be happy to replace the flush valves but it would be a new project and a new quote. They also told me that they would NOT Refund EITHER of the Original Charges. I put a stop on the visa card for BOTH sets of work, and now their service Manager is "Taking me to collections" I have called 3 times now and although the receptionist tells me that he is in, when she transfers me, he never answers and so far has NOT returned my calls. I never had any issues with this company in the past, I literally asked myself if they are under new ownership and apparently, based on other reviews here, they are..... Who knew? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS - COMPLETE UNETHICAL RIPOFF

Really well! He didn't try to upsell me nor dismiss my odd requests. When i told him my house was supposed to have a 3rd bathroom, he actually helped me search. Sadly we didn't find it and have concluded it probably doesn't exist. Either way, it was like having a friend come to visit rather than a random plumber. He had me up and running within 2 hours. They did not perform any service, but still charged me $119. First, there were two mistakes in scheduling the appointment resulting in an additional day delay and multiple phone calls. Second, I have not had a need for a plumber in many years and asked them if they could give me a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to swap out a kitchen faucet and they said they could not give me any rough idea on potential cost, but for $119 they will come out and take a look. The plumber shows up and tells me it would be $726 to swap out a faucet, and $1000 if I used their parts - even though I was clear I had my own faucet. The plumber himself thought the price was too high so tried to connect with someone to get it reduced, but they said no. He then went on to say that he noticed another issue with my sink that he would like to provide me a quote to fix, even though I didn’t ask and it wasn’t causing me any problems. This would involve cutting a hole in the wall, doing some other work on the sink, etc and sounded more involved. The cost for this would be $742, basically the same price for swapping out a faucet, for a much more complex job. So I didn’t have them make the change and requested I not be charged $119 due to the schedule mix up, and not giving me a hint on the price. I called the office and they gave me the patronizing response, but would not refund the $119. I asked why they couldn’t give me a price as a starting point if they all seem to start at $700, and said it was their prerogative to choose not to share that starting price. He then hung up on me.

It was flawless. I got an immediate response to my phone call which I missed. I called the next business day and was scheduled for the next day. About 5 minutes later I got a call that there was a service person in my neighborhood who could be there in 30 minutes. I agreed and within a few minutes got a confirmation e-mail with the name and picture of the plumber and estimated time of arrival. Jason arrived on time and completed the task. He used good materials and was clear about what we would be getting for the money. We can now access our outside water without crawling under the porch, we have the ability to turn the water completely off without going to the basement. And it was completed within hours of my speaking with the business. They are not inexpensive. But you do get what you pay for. And they are a local company.

Had to book last minute after hours services. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Ozzy was very professional, knowledgeable and informative regarding what was going on with the toilet/pipes. Would hire again.

They got our ruptured water heater replayed quickly on a Sunday when I couldn't find anyone else open. And we've had them over again since to diagnose some issues with water pressure (Ozzy was great to chat with!).

Randy helped evaluate the issue with the water heater and was able to replace it in an incredibly short amount of time. Thanks to him our tenants were able to get their hot water back very quickly. Thank you!

AWSOME joe was fantastic nice guy quick fix

Someone (I won't mention my name) because we had to throw all the food out during the outage melted an ice cream bar IN the wrapper, which worked fine and then put the bar down the garbage disposal WITH THE WOODEN STICK. "What?!" you may ask? or maybe not but NEVERMIND. Called D&F (as we've used them before) scheduled an eval, got the scoop, did a replacement, all done probably under an hour. Employee was masked and BAM! Done deal.

Joe Hammers was our plumber and he was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough and even taught us some important things about our house and plumbing. He went over everything he was going to do and even showed us before and after pictures. We have definitely found a new plumber for all of our upcoming needs!

Offered great advice and fixed our issue promptly. We appreciated the quick response during a cold snap when we know plumbers were in great need during that time!

Quick response and fully explained their process. Joe Hammers was the tech. He was able to identify what was causing the problem and quickly fix it. Would definitely recommend D & F and Joe for all your plumbing needs.

The work was spot-on. Plumber honest and professional. The business end is seriously lacking and utterly untrustworthy. 2 months on, looking like small claims court, sorry to say as the work, best I can tell, was excellent, and Wayne was professional and personable.
