I was very impressed by D and F’s professionalism and genuine desire to complete the project quickly and well. When I discovered a slow leak under the sink that hadn’t fully been addressed during their first visit, they sent someone out as quickly as possible to take care of it. Everything has worked great ever since.

They came out to cut off the leak immediately, then sent someone to do an inspection and give a quote. When we decided on service, they helped apply for financing, which was done by phone and very simple. Very friendly and masked the whole time. When the two came out to replace the pipes, they were careful of the floors. Two guys finished in a day, which was incredible. They made sure that everything was working well before they left. Really excellent service.

The work completed was good quality and in a timely fashion.

Very well. Phil took his time and explained everything in great detail and voiced concerns and possible remedies. He also took his time to make sure I fully understood my options and never pressured me. I feel like I was fully informed and made a decision with someone who had incredible bedside manner.

This was a new company in this day and age of the shortage of licensed plumbers, but we got an appointment within 4 days. Phil arrived promptly, looked over our entire system and gave very clear and honest explanations of all. He then offered 3 quotes and we chose the one we thought best, and he performed the work. We are extremely happy with the result and would recomment D & F.

I would not hire these people. I called the week before and got a date with a 2 hour window. After taking off of work, unhooking my original filter system, and talking to the plumber via phone about many different times he was planning on showing up (first at 8:00, then at 2:00, then at 3:00) the worker did not show up. The office called me to give me another window of time the following day without even checking about what might work for me. I cannot take anymore work off to meet this plumber that may or may not show up. I definitely would not trust these people to follow through with what they say they will do.

Went very, very well. A different large plumbing company had visited the site the day before (a Friday; we had to wait about two weeks for that appointment) and offered only one option to repair a large (3 inch X 8 inch) hole in our main sewer line: replace all 40 feet of drain pipe in our crawl space, including need to cut into drywall and wood trim in a bathroom. Furthermore, that company could not do the work for 10 or more days, and refused to consider any kind of "band aid patch" to get us through, leaving our house effectively without proper drainage for any running water, despite our communicating that urgency was more important than price. D and F, on the other hand sent a plumber on a Saturday morning within an hour of our contacting them. The D and F plumber indicated that a "band aid patch" (replacing about 5 feet of rusted drain pipe) would probably last us for at least several years, and he could do the work on the spot. By 6 pm that day (Saturday) our plumbing was again fully operational. I must add that D and F is not a budget operation: we paid emergency repair prices. But we avoided the lodging costs and inconvenience of vacating our house for 10 days, which was our priority. In short, D and F met our specific needs promptly. THANK YOU D and F!

D.F charged the full amount fees from the owner. but didn't perform as they agreed. salesperson and tech person not on the same page. I'm disappointed.

I paid $199.99 for an after hours service call to repair my tankless water heater and the service person did nothing but look at it and said it was toast and needed to be replaced. He did not inspect the heater or look at the failure codes on the controller. I asked him if he would look at the failure codes to see why it quit working but he refused and just gave me a bill for $199.99 and a quote to replace it at a later date. He was only there for about 10 minutes and did not remove the front panel to inspect the heater nor did he have any tools on him. He gave me a quote for $11,000.00 to replace the heater and left. Eleven thousand dollars is 3 times higher than the going rate to replace a tankless water heater. This service call from D&F Plumbing was a complete waste of my time and money.

A great system I got service right away by calling the after-hours number. Ozzy was sent out today from D&F . He analyzed the issue found the problem and fixed it. He was professional and very friendly. He replaced some hardware .. So glad I hired D&F instead of Taskrabbit which is iffy with things like plumbing.. I will definitely contact D&F with future plumbing needs. Thanks Again!!

Very well. Wayne is very personable and gave a thorough assessment of what it would cost to connect both the cold water line and ice maker line to the new refrigerator, so that both could run simultaneously.

Robert was exceptional! He explained all my options and pricing clearly and gave his honest opinion on what he thought would be the best thing to do. If I ever need help with any plumbing issues he is the one I will be calling!

Fantastic! I needed to have a P-trap installed under my bathroom sink and have the toilet reset; the contractors I had hired did not complete the work. After getting stood up and no return calls from the contractor, I decided to cut my loss. I was under a time crunch because I had sold my home, and the buyers were taking possession of the home within two days. I called approximately 10 plumbing companies, and they were all booked out anywhere from 1 week to several weeks. I called D&F Plumbing, spoke with Amy, and explained my dilemma. Amy is awesome and got a plumber out to my home the same day. Joe Hammers greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease. I found it remarkable considering the weather was in the mid-'90s, and I do not have air conditioning in the home. Joe is very personable, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained to me what I needed, as I had never heard of a P-Trap. He repaired the pipe under the bathroom sink and explained my options regarding the toilet, which is almost 60 years old. I am very appreciative and fortunate to have found D and F Plumbing after getting burned in the past by a plumbing company and a contractor. The price was very reasonable. I am thrilled that Dand F Plumbing is an honest, reputable, customer service-oriented business. They are at the top of an exceptional company.
