Terrible!! Re-pipe only was trying to be sold..for over $14k. Crazy..we have a quote for more than half less from Re-pipe specialist co. at just $7500. Over $950 for a faucet replaced only?? Really? Home Depot offers installs for faucets they sell guys! 1/3rd of the cost..Would never call again, and believe I should get a refund for wasting my time, this could have been discussed on the phone. He was only there to quickly say…Re-pipe expensively. Then left. Didn’t give me a chance to apply my fee to work on site…Non affordable options! Very unhappy. I’m a CCB licensed contractor and rental property owner, not impressed.

Everything went perfectly. The new faucet was exactly what we wanted/needed, installed quickly and worked perfectly. Our technician was very friendly, professional, informative and a pleasure to work with.

Went very good. No complaints, Mr. Shock was very kind and professional, Does great work.

On April 30 I found out Home Depot could not do my sink installation. I have some issues with it. Kevin said they'd be working on Memorial Day. I said great I got a text confirmation. You'd think if they changed a date, I'd geta new text confirmation. Never did. He said they called and I have no voice mails not history of calls. I called them back because he didn't call. Once I got a lady who said she'd get the message to Kevin. He had said he'd call me or have tech call. Never did. The he kept track of minutes on phone with me. I mean who does that? He was fine helping me at tht time. I have some issues that were in need. I believe he was taking his stress out on me. He changed the date and I would not have been there. I wanted confirmation. He refused. Said too busy. Sent a short text. The rudest person ever! Wow.

Great! We've been using D&F since 2007 and today was another example of why: Randy is congenial, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, responsible, respectful, and interesting.

Randy Sosa was exceptional in all categories. Excellent communication, quality of work and professionalism in behavior. The price seemed high, but I do not know what the industry standard is. However, the top rate quality of service from initial contact to job completion was superb.

I paid $ 119.00 just to give a bid and when he came he is asking for additional $400 again to do the bid. I didnt paid for the extra. I thought that $119.00 was the bid. It was a easy procedure to do. I will not recommend this.

If every pipe bursts in your home with water spraying out everywhere like a fire hydrant after being run over by a bulldozer, just put on your raincoat, open up your umbrella, sit in your chair at the kitchen table, and do absolutely nothing. In the long run, you will be so much better off than if you called them. My Situation - They attempted to properly and completely fix a toilet handle that was hard to press down. They charged me $350. After the repair, the technician agreed with me that the handle was a little bit less difficult to press down but also agreed with me that it was far from being back to what we agreed was normal. Also, the description on the invoice was inaccurate. To remedy the situation, they politely and generously offered to replace all the contents in the toilet tank for an additional $550 or they would happily and gladly install a brand new toilet for an additional $1,000+. I declined both of their offers to remedy my situation. (Like that old saying goes: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.) After further research and investigation, I conclude that the business engages in unfair trade practices and is predatory in nature. That is their business model. I have seen it before. I know better but was still nevertheless duped (definition = deceived, tricked). In the spirit of trying to find a solution, I offered to pay for their trip charge and the parts but they refused. This offer amounted to 40% of the price they charged. After, discussing my offer with three other business owners, all three thought this was fair and reasonable. However, after my phone call with a manager (likely the owner) that became somewhat heated at the end, they declined my offer and said I owe the whole amount they charged me. While other items were discussed at the site visit, some of which I have comments on, none of those are relevant to the issue at hand although they do provide support for my opinions and conclusions. I could go on and on but I will stop here. If after reading this post there is only one thing you can take away with you, it should be: 6. DO NOT USE D & F PLUMBING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. 7. Horrible. The quote for the job was $600. One “T” joint!!!!! We waited around all day…still have no hot water and cancelled the other 2 reasonable quotes that I had scheduled for Tomorrow. I am so disappointed and mad!!

Very well. He was a Very kind man and he made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening under my house to cause a huge flood of water to form.

Called D&F to help me troubleshoot a frozen pipe. To their credit, the plumber showed up in less than 4 hours. Other companies offered to come out the following week. After turning on/off some faucets the technician found the problem but as he said, "nothing to do but wait it out." He then charged me a $120 service charge and $499 "exploration fee." Not sure what the legal definition is for price gouging but if this doesn't qualify I'm not sure what does. Do yourself a favor and check out the smaller outfits (those that don't spend half their advertising budget online). You'll probably pay far less and find the same or similar expertise.

great, got the service done as needed- and got great recs. Solutions are a bit pricey, even more so than original installation.

Our shower was leaking into the basement. Azzi was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem and schedule service. He was professional, friendly, tidy, and completed the substantial work in one day. He explained everything in terms we could understand. His work was excellent! We feel that we received quality and long-lasting solutions to our plumbing problems. We can't recommend D & F Plumbing enough. Ask for Azzi!

The guy didn’t even try enough!!And they were trying to change me $439 just to unclog it do not hire those people they rip you off!! The guy charged me $119 and didn’t do nothing he just said that it was gonna be too hard so I declined it so he charged me 119 and walked away

Excellent service! I called D & F because they had installed a kitchen faucet for me earlier this year and helped me with a bath tub leak. I was so impressed that I didn’t bother to call anyone else. James was professional — he asked questions and listened, and best of all fixed the problem. Afterwards he offered some advice about my system and taught me some simple things about plumbing I didn’t know. I thought the price was fair — will definitely be calling on them again for any plumbing help.

We were very appreciative of D&W offer of service on December 30th right before a holiday and next day service after we called several businesses which could not offer any service for a week or a month! Professional diagnosis clearly laid out options for the repair and the plumber was able to discuss them and answer questions. Clean, careful work, punctual and polite. Recommend this company for being client-oriented, responsive to our crisis and their rapid availability.

Exceeded my expectations! Randy communicates very well, explains all the options, gives worst and best-case scenarios so that there are no surprises. This is hard to explain, but I felt like he was working for me, not just D & F. He understood my situation completely, and completed the job, with updates as he worked, achieving the best possible outcome! The staff on the phone when I called to set up service was also extremely helpful, kept me updated, and was very polite. Thank you D & F team; you’re my only go to for all future plumbing issues! They never filed the permit so now were in violation and can't connect the stove.

Very good Johnny did a great job, had a minor pressure problem after was done but was just rust from old pipes that clogged up things. He fixed it right away.

Spigot was low quality and had to be replaced for $1000. This after I paid your company $16,000 2 1/2 years ago to replace all plumbing - including inferior spigot.
