Snake oil salesmen. They will convince you they are great, but they are not. One act of negligence leading to collapse of ceiling from water damage. Then incompetently installed flat roofing led to a second leak and more damage. Also installed different roofing product, then we contracted for. Then the final roof did not pass inspection. Worst experience of my life. Negligent, incompetent, and breach of contract!

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had and I have done 10 complete house remodels over the last three years. They came in with a story of their experience and while they were still $9000 above other competitors, they sold us on the fact that they were not going to increase scope given they knew what they were doing. That was not the case the job was to cost $21,000 and they provided us with a change order of an additional $8000 with no other alternative less then two weeks in. It is my believe they intended to do this all along and would not work with us to bring the cost back down. We fire them and had to hire another roofer to get the job done and are now dealing with them as they will not remove their material and are requiring us to release a liability clause for the work that they did incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and did not hire them. If I had more time in my day I would go through the process of turning them into the Better Business Bureau. Please note that they have filed under several different names over the past few Years to run from all negative reviews

The job was postponed due to heat and air conditions from fires this August. Once they were able to get their crew out they finished the job in a day. The roof looks beautiful and they cleared all debris from the property before leaving. They were attentive, answered all my questions, and provided a beautiful finished product.

I also used to paint the house I was selling it sold two days later They are the BEST loved working with Brandon he took care of every thing. Roof and Paint was perfect every thing past inspection when they were done.

Our experience with Kyle Kiele the construction consultant was awesome. The crew was polite and helpful about our concerns. The whole job was done perfect. Excellent communication through the complete process. There price was competitive and materials used was top notch. There cleaned up daily and left the job immaculate. Highly recommend.

I had Cutting Edge install Hardie Siding, paint the entire home and had them install stonework on the front of my house!! Joe Long was an excellent project manager throughout all phases of the projects. He communicated with me constantly and also checked in on the job throughout to make sure everything was being done to a high quality. Cutting Edge did an excellent job and the projects went very smoothly and efficiently!! The crews worked very hard and didn't take any breaks and also worked until the job was completely finished. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of every day! I even am having them come back and do my roof next!! I am extremely pleased with Cutting Edge and would absolutely recommend them to anyone i know in need of any Exterior Projects!!

they tell you whatever you want to hear until you sign on the dotted line, then the bull---- starts and goes on from that point on. The project managers were always talking the talk but no one walked the walk. I was very disappointed. I will not be using home adviser again after this example of their pro's.

josh was our sales representative and he followed through on everything he promised. The members of the crew doing the work on our roof were professional, experienced and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the work done, the value I obtained and the attitudes and work ethic of all concerned.

Cutting Edge and I had a bit of a rough start, but they were very open to discussing my concerns and resolved all of them before work started. Once I signed paperwork, they started within a few days. The work they did was outstanding and looks great. They even got a plumber our, when they discovered my solar panels had active water in them. Very highly recommended on all the work they have done for me

The crew cleaned up everyday better than any other group we've had on the property. They also came on the weekend to finish up because the weather really slowed them down and they had worked long hours anyway. This was a big project and they handled it extremely well.

It was not inexpensive, but we felt they were very upfront with us and the crew was meticulous.

We are so very impressed with the service and quality of product. We took four other bids for our job and we're happy to have picked Cutting Edge. Their bid was not the lowest, but we were impressed with Joshua and Cameron and their understanding and knowledge of our needs. They took the time to explain every detail of the products and the work involved. The roofing crew was here the very next day to begin the work which included tear off and replacement of the roof on our house; along with much needed updates to the venting and removal of some very ugly roof top fans. The crew worked hard and completed our project in just two days. Clean up each day was done thoroughly and completely. I highly recommend Cuttung Edge and would not hesitate to use their services for any future home projects.

They did what they said they would do and there were no extra charges. The job got very quickly once the weather cooperated.

I spoke with several different men within the Cutting Edge Contracting company concerning the work done on my roof. Each of these men were always very professional, yet personable, informative yet not willing to waist time talking when work needed to be done. I am very pleased with the quality of work they did on my roof in such a minimal amount of time.

This was an extensive project, involving; excavation, foundation waterproofing,a storm water drainage system, gutter replacement and sidewalk replacement.. I will start by saying for my money you can't find a better project manager than Israel, one of the owners. Every man he had working here was well trained and worked very hard in some very poor weather. I think the early planning and design for my project was haphazard but once Israel became involved the overall plan took a more realistic turn. My project required a call back because of some of those original design problems. Israel answered my SOS and together we agreed on a final fix and within 2 days, in the pouring rain his team put on the final fix to my water abatement issue. I truly would recommend Israel and his men for your water proofing project.

Kyle was attentive to the project and wanting to get everything correct and to our satisfaction. The project had some difficult areas of repair that were addressed and provided at a fair price after scope negotiations. Cutting Edge came up with some venting options that proved to be more cost effective than traditional methods. The crew did a great job in quick fashion. We also had gutters done and they look to be of high quality with a sturdy installation.

We are so pleased with the siding job the crew did despite the harsh winter weather! They were courteous and left the site cleaner than when they started! Joe and Tyler, the project managers, were great to work with. They checked in with us regularly, before, during and after job was complete. I would definitely recommend this company!

The higher quality siding I got, was less expensive than the vinyl siding offered by the other contractor quotes I received. The contractors were polite, eager and checked with me for concerns and asked if I had any questions or concerns throughout the project. The representative Joe, was thorough and detailed when explaining the product and process, and his crew, led by Misael, worked tirelessly to get my project done on time through some really miserable weather conditions. He and his crew were solid on their job and I'm delighted with the results of their hard work. They've turned my home that was beginning to look pretty shabby, into one of the most impressive homes in my neighborhood. About the only thing they could do to make this experience better, would be to give it to me for free. Thank you Cutting Edge, Joe and Misael and crew.

Found a hole in the roof with exposed insulation so roof replacement was done ASAP. Good to work with and job was done right away. They did cleanup at the end of everyday. No complaints.

Customer service has been outstanding. Brandon has kept me informed of the next move and has a crew working between wind and rain problems and putting out te effort to get the job completed as fast as possible in spite of the weather.

Great customer service, walked me through the whole thing. They were quick and efficient. I'm very pleased with the job. I will be using them again for another project when the time comes.
