After my initial consultation with Cindy I had a little trouble making follow up contact. My vacation, her vacation, lost e mails. But finally we reconnected and came to a decision and scheduled the work. The guys who came out and did the kitchen and fireplace tile and the bathroom floors did a great job. They were very professional and courteous and kept the job site neat and clean. The job required them to return several different days, grout drying time etc. They always showed back up when the said they would and worked through the whole day. I am not even sure if they took a lunch. There were a couple of issues, broken toilet flange, not there fault, and a scratched tile. They promptly returned and replaced the scratched tile no problem. Had to get a plumber to fix the flange. A different crew came out to install the quartz bathroom counters and sinks. Again they did a great job. They were very quick and neat and professional. There was an issue with the quartz being used as a back splash being to thick and needed to be planed down. At first I was told it would take another day to trim the pieces and we would have to schedule another day, But they left and I got a call a couple of hours later saying they had the finished pieces and came back over and finished the installation. Great follow up. I would definitely recommend Cascade Flooring to anyone and would use them and there crew again myself.

The project went very well. There were some problems both with the uninstall and with the install, but the installers worked tirelessly with no complaint and over came all issues. The outcome is a beautiful house with beautiful floor coverings. Horray!!!!

We chose Cascade based on recommendations from our network and Angie's List. Paul provided a design consultation at our home, which was very helpful. He gave us many good design ideas and helped us decide on a final design. We had a thorough follow-up consultation at Cascade Flooring, in which we did final material selection. Paul also recommended a general contractor (reviewed separately) for the other work needed. Subsequent to the flooring and tile consult/purchase, we consulted with Jewels on window treatments and placed an order for those. Paul and Jewels are passionate about the design process, and we found good success in being engaged and enthusiastic in collaborating with them, bouncing ideas off each other, etc. During the remodel, Paul did a great job coordinating with the general contractor, communicating with us, and quickly resolving the small issues that always come up in projects of this size. We also appreciated how Paul and Jewels work as a team, covering for each other when one of them is out of the office. Installation of all materials purchased through Cascade went well. We are tremendously grateful for the expertise and execution of the Cascade Flooring team, and the contractors they recommended. The finished remodel is everything we hoped for, and we are about to use Cascade again for a smaller remodel of our guest house.

In shopping for carpet, I went to a number of places including Cascade Flooring. They were very helpful there but when I compared carpet installation coats with other stores that I went to, Cascade Flooring had one of the highest costs. I ultimately went with another store because I found the carpet I was looking for elsewhere at a lower installation price.

They did a good job. Every staff person was professional & helpful. Job was done on time. The crew was quick, efficient, and courteous. The material/product looks lovely 8 months later. Our only slight frustrations were: 1) our sliding kitchen door doesn't close properly anymore, as the new flooring was laid on the old flooring and it's too thick now. And we can't get the slider door out to shave off the bottom a little. 2) the trim in the kitchen nook also didn't fit back up under the 2 windows flanking the sliding glass doors, as again, the new flooring laid on top the old flooring made it just a tad too high to put the trim back up. We wish they had warned us about this earlier, instead of after the fact, and it seems like they should have resolved the issues. We are satisfied enough we're contacting them again for another job, but we'll be a little wiser this time.

It went well. Barry was very helpful with selecting carpet for each room, and I was able to borrow samples to check at home. There was a delay for the master bedroom because the carpeting was back-ordered but it came in sooner than expected and installation proceeded right away. Installation was fast, thorough and very professional. I'm happy with the way the rooms turned out.

Sub-contractor did the installation: Leonid from 'Custom Construction LLC' - absolutely superb! Leonid went the extra mile with the installation ensuring that the tile pattern lined up perfectly in the room. Very professional. Great result.

We spoke with Barry at Cascade Flooring. He arrived at the house the following day. Because the project was in conjunction with a new addition and kitchen and bath remodel, we hadn't spent much time on researching flooring and we were suddenly pressed for time. We relied on Barry's expertise and vast knowledge and he was great. While we weren't under much of a budget constraint, he didn't take advantage of that, instead providing cost-saving ideas throughout. We carefully weighed the pro's and con's of wood floors and laminate and went with his recommendation, which was the laminate. It better suited our life style and he guaranteed the floors would be beautiful. The concept for the tile master bath design was mostly his and the result, like the rest of the project, turned out stunning. We were as impressed with the installers, husband and wife team (Steve and Toni), as we were with Barry. At the first meeting with Steve to go over the project (the bulk of which would be done while we were on vacation and not reachable), we were at ease. His down to earth, friendly demeanor was great. He saw a cat liter box, and at the first visit, offered to feed and take care of the cat while we were gone! Since he and Toni would be there for most of the ten days we were gone, we took him up on the offer. The day before we left, he and Toni came by to go over things once more and again offered to care for the cat (and feed the aquarium fish). We took them up on the offer. The flooring wasn't completely finished when we got home, but with other construction underway, we were impressed they got as much done as they did. A minor design glitch (our doing) regarding the shower door install and a minor miscalculation of materials required a couple follow up visits, but when they were finished we were 100% satisfied. We have one more bathroom to remodel, and when we are ready, we will be calling Barry at Cascade Flooring.

Paul Edwards responded immediately to our request for an estimate, providing us with a detailed breakdown shortly after taking measurements. He is extremely educated as to all details of kitchen counters, as well as all types of flooring. We were so impressed with his scope of knowledge, we hired him to arrange our carpet installation, as well. And Jewells Kirby facilitated the scheduling and billing with such ease and charisma, it made the process pleasurable. Oleg, Vlad and Nicolai did an amazing job, working late to assure quick completion. The tiles were cut to artfully compensate for difficult configurations of the counters. And the clean-up was meticulous. Our kitchen looks like a magazine ad!

I really appreciated their services and I thought they offered quality work for a good price. They were very professional and respectful of the property. They weren't totally prompt, but they weren't out of line either.

Barry was just top notch. He came to the house and had ideas for us. He spent a lot of time with us in the showroom going over tiles. Although we didn't pick them, I would recommend them.

They were too expensive. They were very prompt, very thorough and presented the options that they had available. Unfortunately, they couldn't do what I wanted. I won't use them in the future because they don't offer what I need.

rk.The sales person Sean was very helpful. On date of installationn four people (I assume it was a family) showed up and went right to work. Each person had a job and before long Job was done. All scraps were hauled away and the rooms were vacuumed. The area looks great. you cannot see the seams where they had to butt the carpet sections.

Initially, I hired another contractor to put floors in this and another rental. Everything they did was wrong and prices kept on changing to the point that I had dismiss the company. I went to Cascade Flooring. They gave me a quote for the work and everything was done perfectly. No problems. No cost increases and they did a beautiful job.

I have always been completely satisfied with both the service and the product. I have always worked with Barry. He was great to work with. He has always sent a pleasant, professional crew to perform the service. He has been very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Cascade Flooring America LLC was so easy to work with and made our new home a pleasure to move into. We selected carpeting and were able to take the sample board home to see the carpeting in our lighting, which was a big plus. We made a different color choice after seeing the sample board in our home. We also selected ceramic tile for the mud/utility room to replace some old, worn, and stained linoleum. They helped me pick a grout color and I am thrilled with the results. The tile installation looks awesome! The installer was on time each day and managed my expectations about the stages of the installation. It looks as if it has been there all along with the transition to the nearby wood flooring. He even put the door stop/holder back in the floor where we wanted. The carpet installers were also right on time and even worked around the duct-cleaning crew that was also on site that day. The carpet looks wonderful and the color is just as I had expected. Their pricing for the whole job was as good if not better than a big box store and there was no charge to come out to do the measure. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend them.

We shopped around for a tile for the second bathroom. We ended up with a tile look alike that is applied the same as tile but feels warmer on the feet. Cascade was running a sale and ended up having the best price of all the places we looked at. We have used Cascade in the past to re-carpet the whole house and were pleased with their service. We went with them for the tile and have been very pleased. The tile was put down with adhesive and has epoxy grout. The installer was very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the results. We would definitely use them again.

We looked at products at the store. A representative came to our home to measure. After receiving the estimate and paying a deposit, the materials were ordered. The vinyl part of the job took 1 long day with 1 installer. The manufactured wood part of the job took 2 days with 2 installers. All 3 installers seemed skilled, completed their work and cleaned up afterwards. We have been satisfied with the flooring. Visitor's to our home have complimented the flooring.

Barry from Cascade flooring came to give an estimate and he brought samples for us to look at and select from. He was helpful and friendly- he stayed in contact with us from start to finish. The day the floor was to be installed the subcontractors called to say they would be a little late- at least they let me know but if I had not taken the day off I would have been exceptionally unhappy. The gentlemen who showed up to do the work did a real nice job with installation. It looks much better than I expected - it changed the whole look of the kitchen for the better! Very nice..
