Customer service is great! They followed up a year after install and were out next day to make a small correction to my sagging gate that very well could have been from the kids. Levi did a great job on the repair!

Cascade Fence and Deck installed a fence for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was right on time from the initial meeting/survey through the installation. Seriously. No, waiting around, they were all spot on time. The installers, Ezekiel and Luis, were astounding. They showed up completely prepared and equipped. They started work, and I don't believe they let up once until I had an aesthetically pleasing and solidly constructed fence. The workmanship, communication with the office staff (did I mention the office staff is top-notch?), and the final product far exceeded my expectations. I will rely on Cascade Fence and Deck to complete another (even more significant) job. These folks are true professionals, and their work shows it!

The whole team went out of their way to work with our landscaper, Blessing Landscapes, to make sure everything went just right. After contacting several contractors and receiving bids to replace the bi-level deck and master balcony at our house in west Olympia, we decided to go with Cascade Fence and Deck and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. The deck and balcony are absolutely gorgeous, the craftsmanship is top-notch, and the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. We decided to go with Cascade after our initial consultation with Kory, who was timely, professional, responsive, and very friendly. He clearly knows a great deal about building decks to last in our uniquely challenging PNW climate and patiently worked with us to choose the right materials and design our new deck within the budget we had allocated for the project. Work commenced a few weeks after we signed the contract and made the down payment, exactly on time as scheduled, with Levi and his crew (another Levi and Michael). The three of them took on the demolition, framing, decking, and finish work and also displayed the utmost professionalism, diligence, friendliness, and pride in their craft for the duration of the job. They showed up each morning right on time and talked with us to explain their plans for the day, making sure to answer any questions we had each step of the way. They worked hard each day to finish the job on time as scheduled, without compromising quality, and we actually really enjoyed this great group of guys being around (which can’t always be said of having contractors working at your house). Overall, it’s clear that Cascade takes the customer experience seriously and provides customers with exceptional value. I heartily recommend that anyone in the south Puget Sound or Southwest Washington interested in a deck replacement or repair contact Cascade Fence and Deck - you won’t regret it.

Cascade Fence has done two great jobs for me. They were as good the second time, even though the it was a smaller job. The whole team communication system works and they do what they say they will, when they say they will. Tavis and Ty were great and kept me up on changes and recommendations - not just a job, but a nice work of art!

I hired Cascade Fence and Deck to replace my existing deck, along with railings on my front porch and small wrap around stairs out the garage. I am very happy with the finished project! Highly recommend Cascade Fence & Deck who built our wood hybrid backyard patio cover. The planning and estimation from Lukas with a detailed presentation on the project helped us make the right decision on going with the wood hybrid design and also see how the final product would look like. Levi, Rory, Michael and Ross are highly skilled at their job in putting those designs to reality. They were very professional in terms of their timing and productivity. The final product looks exactly like they showed in design planning. We are highly satisfied with the overall craftsmanship and customer service experience delivered by the whole team.

Very pleased with our new deck. I'm not sure how things could have gone better. From bid to completion, every aspect of our deck project was addressed in a timely, competent manner. Cascade Fence and Deck rebuilt our old, rickety deck with well designed, engineered deck that involved installing concret piers, post supports finished with a stainless steel railing that includes a beautiful built-in lighting system. Kyle and Tobias, who did most of the on site work, are skilled trustworthy craftsman and Cascade can be proud of of these gentlemen.

Cascade Fence and Deck is now in the Lacey, WA area. Tyler, Ezekiel, and Ryan from Cascade did an outstanding job on my fence. It was a large job and Tyler, Ezekiel, and Ryan were very professional, worked hard, and completed the large project ahead of time. I highly recommend them.

March 24, 2023 With more than a little trepidation, we began looking for a good, quality-oriented company to replace our recently damaged chain link fence with a new custom red cedar fence. We contacted three fencing and deck companies, one of which was recommended by a neighbor (which turned out to be Cascade Fence and Deck, who had recently built a new fence for the neighbor’s son) and then went over three designs and price quotes from those companies for our fence. We chose Cascade for a variety of reasons and had them construct our 7’ McKinley style cedar fence around our entire yard. From our very first contact with Carrie at the company, it was a wonderful experience. Carrie was so helpful in promptly e-mailing us the information we requested and setting up an appointment for an estimate. Omar was our estimator. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and, after our first meeting with Omar, we were convinced we wanted Cascade to construct our fence. Blake then came to the house to go over the details of the installation and answer all of our remaining questions concerning the project. He really helped us understand the details of the installation. Our installers were Tyler and Ryan. What a team! They have an exceptional work ethic and did an outstanding job on our new custom fence – totally above and beyond what we ever expected. The fence is absolutely beautiful. Tyler and Ryan were fast, quiet, extremely polite and cleaned up every scrap each evening before they left for the day. It is unusual today to find a company like Cascade Fence and Deck that is first class from the very first phone interaction to the very end of the project. Cascade Fence & Deck recently installed a new 6 foot vinyl fence and gate along our property line. They were great/easy to work with from design through completion. Once the design of the fence was settled on, they were able to get the install scheduled and completed quickly. The crew who did the install, Blake and Michael, were prompt, friendly and professional. They communicated with us throughout the installation, and had no problem accommodating some last minute requests regarding the installation/design of the fence. Mike and Kory, who helped with the design and planning, were also nothing but professional and friendly, and good at communicating with us step-by-step. We are very happy with the work Cascade Fence & Deck provided, and will definitely work with them again in the future should we have additional fencing needs!
