I can not say enough good things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck. I needed a fence and my back steps replaced. Their pricing was competitive, but what really won me over was their communication and professionalism. I loved that I had a point person to contact through each step of the process so I was never wondering what came next. Tom helped me with my initial quote and design and was great. Once the design was finalized, the install crew was amazing. Ezekiel was my main point of contact for the demo/install, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and answered my many questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He and Blake showed on time every single morning and cleaned up the yard every afternoon before leaving for the day. There was NEVER a mess left behind. Their skill and experience was evident. My yard is sloped and they made a retaining wall and somehow made the fence look cohesive and uniform despite the slope. The finished product exceeds my every expectation! The quality makes it look like it cost me much more than it actually did! Thank you Ezekiel, Blake, Tom, and the entire Cascade Crew!

Levi and team did an amazing job on my front porch - they were fast, efficient, and the craftsmanship was awesome. I am very pleased with my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck with a Patio Cover project that was just completed. It started with a request for quote on their website that quickly followed up with a call from Carrie to explain their process, set up appointments and get me information about patio cover options. Nicholas followed Carrie and worked with me to develop the project and research zoning requirements for my location and helped me design the best possible patio cover with my limitations. Ross, Project Manager, then met with me on the job site to better understand the project, my specific needs and answer questions. Once the project was all approved, it was scheduled and completed timely. Tavis and Ty were professionals, showing up timely each day in mostly miserable weather to complete the project; I am so appreciative of their dedication and skills and the new Patio Cover looks great. I am impressed with Cascade’s business model and how well it was executed on my project. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck! From the first interaction with Carrie regarding setting up an appointment for an estimate, to working with Nick on engineering what our deck and patio cover would look like (with all the different options), to coordinating with Project Manager Ross and his team of Levi and Michael, all were accommodating, professional, and respectful. Carrie and the office staff made sure we were updated on appointments and received documents in a timely manner. Nick was super knowledgeable and willing to work with my wife and I to ensure that we stayed as close to our budget as possible while giving us the desired material and look of our outdoor space. Ross continued where Nick left off, ensuring we were in the know about timelines, materials, and assisted with even the smallest of details. And I have to give the biggest praise to Levi and Michael; they showed up every morning ready to tackle our project with a smile and used their experience and knowledge to answer any of the multitude of questions I had as well as put my mind at ease. I will be hiring Cascade Fence and Deck for future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftmanship!

Everyone we've dealt with--from Mike and Ross setting up the project to the actual builders Dylan, Ian, and occasional subs like Rory--was professional, patient and kind. They answered all our questions, kept us comfortable and up-to-date, and let us work with an electrician we had a recommendation for. Most importantly, we love the result and have received tons of compliments from neighbors and strangers on how well it turned out!

These folks did a terrific job. Skilled, flexible, wonderful crew, got it done right!

Cascade recently rebuilt my porch and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I messaged the job foreman a day after everything had been finished, noticing a small cosmetic issue, and they came the next day to fix it. The work was done quickly and at appropriate hours. Customer service is great! They followed up a year after install and were out next day to make a small correction to my sagging gate that very well could have been from the kids. Levi did a great job on the repair!

Cascade Fence and Deck installed a fence for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was right on time from the initial meeting/survey through the installation. Seriously. No, waiting around, they were all spot on time. The installers, Ezekiel and Luis, were astounding. They showed up completely prepared and equipped. They started work, and I don't believe they let up once until I had an aesthetically pleasing and solidly constructed fence. The workmanship, communication with the office staff (did I mention the office staff is top-notch?), and the final product far exceeded my expectations. I will rely on Cascade Fence and Deck to complete another (even more significant) job. These folks are true professionals, and their work shows it!

We couldn’t be happier with the job that everyone at Cascade Fence & Deck did with our new vinyl fence. Lukas, Blake, Darran and Aaran were all terrific and highly professional! The whole team went out of their way to work with our landscaper, Blessing Landscapes, to make sure everything went just right. After contacting several contractors and receiving bids to replace the bi-level deck and master balcony at our house in west Olympia, we decided to go with Cascade Fence and Deck and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. The deck and balcony are absolutely gorgeous, the craftsmanship is top-notch, and the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. We decided to go with Cascade after our initial consultation with Kory, who was timely, professional, responsive, and very friendly. He clearly knows a great deal about building decks to last in our uniquely challenging PNW climate and patiently worked with us to choose the right materials and design our new deck within the budget we had allocated for the project. Work commenced a few weeks after we signed the contract and made the down payment, exactly on time as scheduled, with Levi and his crew (another Levi and Michael). The three of them took on the demolition, framing, decking, and finish work and also displayed the utmost professionalism, diligence, friendliness, and pride in their craft for the duration of the job. They showed up each morning right on time and talked with us to explain their plans for the day, making sure to answer any questions we had each step of the way. They worked hard each day to finish the job on time as scheduled, without compromising quality, and we actually really enjoyed this great group of guys being around (which can’t always be said of having contractors working at your house). Overall, it’s clear that Cascade takes the customer experience seriously and provides customers with exceptional value. Cascade Fence has done two great jobs for me. They were as good the second time, even though the it was a smaller job. The whole team communication system works and they do what they say they will, when they say they will. Tavis and Ty were great and kept me up on changes and recommendations - not just a job, but a nice work of art!

Highly recommend Cascade Fence & Deck who built our wood hybrid backyard patio cover. The planning and estimation from Lukas with a detailed presentation on the project helped us make the right decision on going with the wood hybrid design and also see how the final product would look like. Levi, Rory, Michael and Ross are highly skilled at their job in putting those designs to reality. They were very professional in terms of their timing and productivity. The final product looks exactly like they showed in design planning. We are highly satisfied with the overall craftsmanship and customer service experience delivered by the whole team.
