Cascade Fence and Deck

Cascade recently completed our dream deck building project, and I write to highly recommend them. They delivered just as promised, and worked with me throughout the process to design, modify, and complete the project. The initial communication was smooth and clear, and I had a very good understanding of what to expect before signing the contract. They provided helpful suggestions, answered all my questions, and offered a variety of options to make sure we would be satisfied. The construction crew--Cody and Omar--were exceptional. They clearly communicated every day about what to expect, and kept me updated throughout the process. They were professional, expedient, and clearly skilled. They were happy to modify some part of the deck during the building phase. We were completely satisfied with the completed project. It was a pretty large deck--33 ft. by 12 ft.--and it looks stunning. We could not be happier. Lastly, we believe that Cascade offered fair pricing, and it was surely worth it.

We wanted to replace our front stairs and second floor porch, and decided to work with Cascade Fence and Deck. Right from the initial meeting to discuss material and design options, the employees at this company were professional, patient, accommodating and accessible. Phone calls, texts and e-mails were all sent and responded to in a timely manner, and all questions and amendments to our specifications were honored. When it was time for the actual work to begin, Randy and Levi arrived to the house consistently “on-time” for the duration of the project, kept us informed throughout the work, and asked if we had any questions and/or concerns every day. Their work was patient and thorough. It was clear they take their responsibilities to the job and the customer seriously, and it showed with their expert workmanship and care. In an industry where the customer often feels like they’re gambling with a company’s commitment to the job, Cascade Fence and Deck was consistently supportive and professional in every step of the project. It was a pleasure working with this company, and would definitely work with them again for future projects. A special shout-out to Omar, Blake, Randy and Levi! We highly recommend Cascade Deck and Fence! David, Frank and Rylan were very professional and put in the extra effort to stay late and complete the railings job in one day. The communication, from requesting a bid to the end process, was excellent. We were kept up to date on the date for installation by David, our project manager, and the sales and accounting teams were always timely with their email and text communications.

Cascade Deck and Fence does absolutley beautiful work. They have installed a wrap around deck in front of our house, as well as a beautiful mult-tiered fence in back yard. Cascade is extremely professional; they give you a 3-D design, a detailed estimate, and there final product is beautiful and elegant. I would recommed them to the fullest if you want the best look for your property.

And it’s impressive how they support their work well after the job is done, such as my changing the gate’s swing. Cascade is a great choice.

Highly recommend! I received A few bids for our deck with a privacy wall project, and they were very comparable. I worked with Lukas, Randy, Levi, Austin, and Markus. They were all very nice professional and had excellent communication during the entire process. The final project was beautiful, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was very impressed from the beginning. Leif the owner came out and did the original estimate and had plans for me within two days, which made submitting them to my HOA a breeze. Install was a week earlier than excepted, which was amazing. David and his crew were amazing and fast! Deck install was completed in under two full days. Amazing! Super professional and personable. We chose Cascade for our deck replacement because we were so happy with the job they’d done on our fence. They didn’t disappoint! David and Duane, who built our deck, were wonderful. They worked so hard, rain or shine. In addition to demolishing our rickety old wooden deck built by a previous owner, they had to dig a great deal to place the new deck’s supports securely in the ground (rather than just on top of it like the old one’s). When they ran across a root from one of our trees, they were very careful and communicated with us immediately. They worked with us to figure out how to alter the plans to spare the root and get us the deck we wanted. When we had an aesthetic question about how to deal with an obstacle and suggested a compromise, they instead chose the most work-intensive solution to make it perfect! Whenever something unexpected came up (like vents we didn’t know were there until the demolition) they had the expertise and experience to suggest a solution and carry it through. David and Duane were meticulous in all the measuring and leveling, so the new deck is absolutely beautiful and right where it ought to be. We went for steel framing and are very happy with the look of it, which definitely enhances the appearance of the house. It looks and feels very solid, and we know it’s going to stay that way!

Very smooth workmen. TOBIAS and SETH tore out our 22-year old wood deck, and built a lovely new deck of a composit material that will save us hours of scrubbing and staining. They worked until dark to complete the job on a timely schedule; left the area clean of all debris. Will use them again on future projects.

Corey and Tyler completed our fencing job in less time than expected, working thru some heavy rain and nasty weather. Beautiful job! Will use this company again for sure.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck. I needed a fence and my back steps replaced. Their pricing was competitive, but what really won me over was their communication and professionalism. I loved that I had a point person to contact through each step of the process so I was never wondering what came next. Tom helped me with my initial quote and design and was great. Once the design was finalized, the install crew was amazing. Ezekiel was my main point of contact for the demo/install, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and answered my many questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He and Blake showed on time every single morning and cleaned up the yard every afternoon before leaving for the day. There was NEVER a mess left behind. Their skill and experience was evident. My yard is sloped and they made a retaining wall and somehow made the fence look cohesive and uniform despite the slope. The finished product exceeds my every expectation! The quality makes it look like it cost me much more than it actually did! Thank you Ezekiel, Blake, Tom, and the entire Cascade Crew!

Levi and team did an amazing job on my front porch - they were fast, efficient, and the craftsmanship was awesome. I am very pleased with my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck with a Patio Cover project that was just completed. It started with a request for quote on their website that quickly followed up with a call from Carrie to explain their process, set up appointments and get me information about patio cover options. Nicholas followed Carrie and worked with me to develop the project and research zoning requirements for my location and helped me design the best possible patio cover with my limitations. Ross, Project Manager, then met with me on the job site to better understand the project, my specific needs and answer questions. Once the project was all approved, it was scheduled and completed timely. Tavis and Ty were professionals, showing up timely each day in mostly miserable weather to complete the project; I am so appreciative of their dedication and skills and the new Patio Cover looks great. I am impressed with Cascade’s business model and how well it was executed on my project. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Cascade Fence and Deck! From the first interaction with Carrie regarding setting up an appointment for an estimate, to working with Nick on engineering what our deck and patio cover would look like (with all the different options), to coordinating with Project Manager Ross and his team of Levi and Michael, all were accommodating, professional, and respectful. Carrie and the office staff made sure we were updated on appointments and received documents in a timely manner. Nick was super knowledgeable and willing to work with my wife and I to ensure that we stayed as close to our budget as possible while giving us the desired material and look of our outdoor space. Ross continued where Nick left off, ensuring we were in the know about timelines, materials, and assisted with even the smallest of details. And I have to give the biggest praise to Levi and Michael; they showed up every morning ready to tackle our project with a smile and used their experience and knowledge to answer any of the multitude of questions I had as well as put my mind at ease. Eion and Seth were outstanding! They text every morning when they were on their way and explained each day what they would be doing. They worked incredibly hard and in some ugly weather conditions! We are delighted with the finished deck. Would highly recommend

Everyone we've dealt with--from Mike and Ross setting up the project to the actual builders Dylan, Ian, and occasional subs like Rory--was professional, patient and kind. They answered all our questions, kept us comfortable and up-to-date, and let us work with an electrician we had a recommendation for. Most importantly, we love the result and have received tons of compliments from neighbors and strangers on how well it turned out!

These folks did a terrific job. Skilled, flexible, wonderful crew, got it done right!

Cascade recently rebuilt my porch and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I messaged the job foreman a day after everything had been finished, noticing a small cosmetic issue, and they came the next day to fix it. The work was done quickly and at appropriate hours.
