Jonathan, Scott and Kory did a great job of replacing a supporting beam holding up the front porch. They worked hard, were approachable for questions, and the finished product looks great. And they kept to their time schedule, thanks!

We worked with Jonathan Rojas and his crew on two separate projects. The first project was replacing our old fence and the second project was installing a new Acrylite Patio Cover over our deck. Jonathan and his team were extremely professional, fast, efficient, and did incredible work. They treated our home as if it was their own. If you love your home and you wish to increase the quality of life by investing in your home, it's important that the people you hire for projects respect your property as if it were their own. I can tell you that this was 100% the case on the two separate occasions we worked together. Work site was always kept incredibly clean, never a stray nail or other building material or waste left behind. Project status and timelines was always communicated. And the workmanship speaks for itself. Just incredible, quality work.

The main thing I want to say about Cascade Fence and Deck is that their customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond. We're grateful to Omar, Walter, Chad, and Louie for being so attentive and available to make sure we were 100% happy with our fence and gates. We first found Cascade Fence a couple of years ago when we needed to replace a badly sagging old fence and add a couple of gates to our back yard. They came by and did an outstanding job, and those lengths of fence are holding up beautifully almost two years later. The gates still operate smoothly as they did on day one. The fence they installed for us looks fantastic, and actually has a concealed steel frame, which probably means it'll hold up more durably than an all-wood fence. Late this summer, an old tree fell in our yard, taking with it the last remaining section of old fence. It was a no-brainer to call Cascade. It took them longer than we hoped to be able to come out and replace the fence, mostly because of the Covid-related supply slowdown and an unusually busy season, but they more than made up for the wait. We're thrilled with the look and quality of the work. It goes seamlessly with the other lengths of fence they've built for us and makes our yard look a lot nicer than it did before. You can't go wrong with Cascade.

Cascade Fence and Deck did an amazing job with my 2nd floor balcony and back stair rebuild. Jimmy and Scott were complete professionals and knocked it out of the park! Their quality of work is outstanding. The composite decking looks great and is maintenance free. They were on time and worked hard through some horrible weather. Thank you Jimmy and Scott! Cascade Fence & Deck was great. I had them install a railing on the stairs to my deck. Even though I thought it would be a simple job, they treated me with complete respect giving the project ample attention. From the initial communication (very fast and polite) to having someone come out to inspect the site (Omar was great and very helpful), setting up the project was a breeze. Jonathan came out to do the actual work and he was fantastic! He was quick, very polite, and left my deck cleaner than when he arrived. Of course, I was very happy with the final result. It looked exactly like I wanted, extremely sturdy and now I have no concerns about my toddler going up and down the stairs in the rain. Jonathan also spent some extra time with me talking about what he did and ideas to keep it in perfect condition. I will definitely use Cascade Fence & Deck on my next project!

Just had Cascade Fence & Deck over to install a cable railing around our deck and down a staircase with great results. From the initial estimate, design and installation, I was very pleased with the whole process. Very professional throughout the process. Deck railing turned out great with all the posts, railings and joints very skillfully installed. Again, we are very pleased with the results. The whole process with Cascade was great. Omar came to the house to inspect the deck to confirm what needed replacing and what could be salvaged, and was courteous and professional. The price was a bit higher than other estimates we received, but we went with Cascade due to other reviews and their willingness to work with us to meet our needs. The construction process was also smooth - Jimmie led his crew each day and was efficient, friendly and professional. Especially during COVID-19 distancing, everyone was respectful and they did a great job. We love our new composite deck with cedar railing! It's beautiful!

It was a great experience using their services from start to finish. Super appreciative of project foreman Jonathan R. and his crew. They busted chops and gave us a new happy place in our formerly very sad backyard. I'll not hesitate to use them again for our next project.

Everything was explained in clear detail with all our options clearly laid out and there were never any surprises at all. They were completely understanding and receptive to our changing our design ideas and offered helpful advice on what they could do to help us get the deck we wanted. Working their tails off in the mud and rain, smiling and waving to our 2 year old daughter as she watched them work, and even clearing a clogged gutter simply because he noticed it was blocked. The job that Jimmy and Scott did was outstanding. We got the perfect result and although the bid was not the lowest, we got the best result in the end without a big hassle. Their attitude of "we want to make you happy" is not just a saying, they meant it. I could not be happier.

We hired Cascade To design and build a custom deck and the result was outstanding. From design to execution we were super happy. The best part was the building process the crew was impressive, Kory and Jonathan were absolutely phenomenal, careful, professional and with a impressive attention to details. Cascade Fence & Deck built us the BEST fence and deck ever. We could not be more excited with our new, beautiful outdoor retreat. Working with them was so easy, and everyone was so nice and so responsive. From MIke who helped us plan the deck (and provided the coolest 3D render ever) to the whole team who built it - Wayne, Jonathan, Kory, Boomer and Logan - everyone was so professional and so NICE. We had Cascade design and build a 20' section of privacy fencing and a custom driveway gate. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish. Every member of the team was communicative and easy to talk to, from chatting about our ideas and options with Mike during the initial bid, to working with Trevor during the design phase for our gate, to having Jimmy, Chad and David on site for the construction. The installation was on track to take a single day but as they put up the gate the guys noticed that the inside metal frame had been welded to the wrong dimensions at the shop. Jimmy was very professional, apologized and explained the problem. They were back early the next morning to install a corrected frame. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but how they are handled says a lot about a company. These folks are pros. A great experience and beautiful craftsmanship. The project was not cheap but the cost was fair for a custom gate that we expect to last for decades. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I was impressed. Louis Lipka went the extra mile. He contacted me the day before to be sure he had all the tools and parts my repair would require. As a result the repair was done on time, in a single trip, and solved the problem first try. Thanks Louis!

These guys were great. They gave us a thorough estimate and design plan. They startled and finished the job on time and on budget. They went over and above, including building a ramp for our dogs to get on and off the deck. They were all very nice to work with and I highly recommend them.

I want to recommend and commend Cascade Fence and Deck for their customer service, follow through and living their sales pitch! We recently requested bids from several firms in the area for doing replacement work on our backyard specialty lattice fence. Cascade wasn’t the cheapest, but they were the most comprehensive bid. They explained everything and how they came up with the numbers. Cascade kept us informed throughout the process with both phone calls and emails to ensure we knew what was going on and when with our job. When it came time for the work to start the work, Jonathan, Kory and Walter were on time, cordial, polite and conscientious of the social distancing of these days. They did great work and efficiently removed the old lattice fence and cleaned up the job site. The fence was rebuilt beautifully and we have already had a neighbor or two compliment the fence and ask about it. There was a materials issue and the first question Tom Wirtanen asked was, “how would you like to handle this?” and proceeded to give a couple/three suggestions and implications on timelines. After a few minutes of chatting, Tom said, “We can correct this for you without affecting the bid price.” And they DID! The bottom line is Cascade Fence and Deck and their team members are awesome to work with and easily one of the best vendors I have worked with in over 20 years of home ownership!

I love my pergola! These guys are the best! I had an idea and some pictures and they made it come true. And were a pleasure to work with. Professional, communication was great. Very happy!!!

We were so impressed with Jon and Kory. They were timely, considerate and really took this job to heart! Our yard has always been a challenge due to how the pipes are set up and the extreme terracing. They took such care in ensuring that the final product looked great though! They got the whole job done in less than a week to boot! I would absolutely recommend Cascade Fence (specifically the work of Jonathan and Kory) to anyone in the market for a fencing solution!

Daily clean up was messy. Workers left tools. Finished behind schedule. Left sharp metal, to be stepped on, everywhere. The fence tops look fast finished at best. Sloppy sloppy work. They will do their absolute best to get out of their 100% satisfaction guarantee.....so best not even try. One year later and we are still finding metal they left in the ground. For a fence the price of a car..im extremely disappointed. Far from 100% satisfied and ill never see that guarantee

Jonathan and Corey did a remarkable job replacing two rotting decks, installing a new deck, and finishing a fence that was never completed by the previous home owners. It took them 4 days to complete all of this and they were incredibly efficient and knew what they were doing. I know I can be a high maintenance customer since I asked so many questions during the install, but they were able to answer all of them and make adjustments along the install if something wasent meeting my expectations. A shout out to Omar as well who assisted me in all the planning beforehand and answered my dozens of emails. This is a very professional company to work with and I highly recommend them if you are considering a fence and deck for your property and want the job done right with no issues along the way.

They double-checked for our input on how we wanted something to look whenever that was an option. Also, they were very amenable all the times when I asked them to change a couple things around; and the team especially Jonathan, the supervisor, were very patient and always willing to listen and answer our questions. I appreciated that they also cleaned up the job site each day and were very courteous letting me know when they would be showing up the next day. They were very efficient and skilled, including strategically tackling some obstacles that came up. Jonathan had this fun little drone he used to take videos of the progress and that was impressive to watch the drone and also see the transformation from the sky above. At the completion of the job there were just a couple minor cosmetic issues with the deck (associated with ipa), which we let them know and they came back to fix right away. They had to order some parts for that fix, that we are still waiting for, but we are confident that the final details will soon be complete. I would without hesitation recommend them to my friends and anyone else wanting an excellent, quality job from a team of hard-working professionals with positive attitudes as a bonus.
