Cascade Fence and Deck

Our experience with Cascade Fence and Deck has been amazing. I'm sitting on my new deck writing this review, and love the work they've done, both on the deck and the fence. Jonathan, Josue, and the rest of the crew were phenomenal. They were on time, worked hard, were efficient, kept things clean, and kept me updated on the project. Jonathan even came up with an idea for steps on our lower deck that turned out great and saved us some money! I would absolutely hire them again, and would request this specific crew. The level of care that the crew put into the job was exceptional, and I am excited to enjoy this deck for years and years.

Both aspects of the job were outstanding. The estimator was thorough and professional in looking at the job, getting measurements and discussing both possibilities and likely outcomes for the job I had - replacing the main support beam on a second floor deck. The two-man crew that came out to do the work was on time, organized and efficient in working between the beam replacement and replacing a fence post that had rotted in a backyard privacy fence. The deck looks great and the fence will continue to be a privacy screen moving forward. Will undoubtedly use again.

We had a great experience with Cascade Fence & Deck. From reaching out to Mike, to getting a bid, scheduling work and getting the fence installed it was a great experience. Chad and Kory did a fantastic job removing our old chain link fence, and installing a beautiful new fence in a matter of days. There were a few modifications to the fence design and they way they communicated and implemented the changes was very professional. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new fence.

Fabulous outcome! the process of planning and design was easy and convenient, and the finished product is wonderful. We had a composite deck extension put on our too-small concrete slab back patio, and a railing with cocktail rim on top. It makes our patio really usable, and lovely. The work is professional, reasonably priced, and was done just under the projected time expected. Thoroughly pleased. All the workers were cheerful and efficient too!

Excellent from start to finish. Cascade responded immediately to my request for a quote and supplied several options. Each option was clearly explained to us. The fence was done in one day by a meticulous fence builder. He asked us several questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted and were satisfied with the result. We could not be happier about our whole experience with Cascade Fence and every employee we had contact with. Their estimate process, their communication, their promptness were all exceptional. The work ethic and workmanship of the fence builders was amazing! They built our fence during a snow storm! Their customer service was above expectations all the way through and they were always polite and cheerful while dealing with us. They had to trim some of the bordering neighbor's shrubs and they hauled all that debris away, plus a tree stump that ended up in our yard from another neighbor's fence project. Our new fence is beautiful, sturdy, and just what we wanted.

Jonathan, Scott and Kory did a great job of replacing a supporting beam holding up the front porch. They worked hard, were approachable for questions, and the finished product looks great. And they kept to their time schedule, thanks!

We worked with Jonathan Rojas and his crew on two separate projects. The first project was replacing our old fence and the second project was installing a new Acrylite Patio Cover over our deck. Jonathan and his team were extremely professional, fast, efficient, and did incredible work. They treated our home as if it was their own. If you love your home and you wish to increase the quality of life by investing in your home, it's important that the people you hire for projects respect your property as if it were their own. I can tell you that this was 100% the case on the two separate occasions we worked together. Work site was always kept incredibly clean, never a stray nail or other building material or waste left behind. Project status and timelines was always communicated. And the workmanship speaks for itself. Just incredible, quality work.

The main thing I want to say about Cascade Fence and Deck is that their customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond. We're grateful to Omar, Walter, Chad, and Louie for being so attentive and available to make sure we were 100% happy with our fence and gates. We first found Cascade Fence a couple of years ago when we needed to replace a badly sagging old fence and add a couple of gates to our back yard. They came by and did an outstanding job, and those lengths of fence are holding up beautifully almost two years later. The gates still operate smoothly as they did on day one. The fence they installed for us looks fantastic, and actually has a concealed steel frame, which probably means it'll hold up more durably than an all-wood fence. Late this summer, an old tree fell in our yard, taking with it the last remaining section of old fence. It was a no-brainer to call Cascade. It took them longer than we hoped to be able to come out and replace the fence, mostly because of the Covid-related supply slowdown and an unusually busy season, but they more than made up for the wait. We're thrilled with the look and quality of the work. It goes seamlessly with the other lengths of fence they've built for us and makes our yard look a lot nicer than it did before. You can't go wrong with Cascade.

Cascade Fence and Deck did an amazing job with my 2nd floor balcony and back stair rebuild. Jimmy and Scott were complete professionals and knocked it out of the park! Their quality of work is outstanding. The composite decking looks great and is maintenance free. They were on time and worked hard through some horrible weather. Thank you Jimmy and Scott! Cascade Fence & Deck was great. I had them install a railing on the stairs to my deck. Even though I thought it would be a simple job, they treated me with complete respect giving the project ample attention. From the initial communication (very fast and polite) to having someone come out to inspect the site (Omar was great and very helpful), setting up the project was a breeze. Jonathan came out to do the actual work and he was fantastic! He was quick, very polite, and left my deck cleaner than when he arrived. Of course, I was very happy with the final result. It looked exactly like I wanted, extremely sturdy and now I have no concerns about my toddler going up and down the stairs in the rain. Jonathan also spent some extra time with me talking about what he did and ideas to keep it in perfect condition. I will definitely use Cascade Fence & Deck on my next project!

Just had Cascade Fence & Deck over to install a cable railing around our deck and down a staircase with great results. From the initial estimate, design and installation, I was very pleased with the whole process. Very professional throughout the process. Deck railing turned out great with all the posts, railings and joints very skillfully installed. Again, we are very pleased with the results. The whole process with Cascade was great. Omar came to the house to inspect the deck to confirm what needed replacing and what could be salvaged, and was courteous and professional. The price was a bit higher than other estimates we received, but we went with Cascade due to other reviews and their willingness to work with us to meet our needs. The construction process was also smooth - Jimmie led his crew each day and was efficient, friendly and professional. Especially during COVID-19 distancing, everyone was respectful and they did a great job. We love our new composite deck with cedar railing! It's beautiful!

It was a great experience using their services from start to finish. Super appreciative of project foreman Jonathan R. and his crew. They busted chops and gave us a new happy place in our formerly very sad backyard. I'll not hesitate to use them again for our next project.

Choosing Cascade Fence and Deck was an easy decision for our deck replacement. From the first meeting to the end of construction everyone has been top notch and completely professional. Everything was explained in clear detail with all our options clearly laid out and there were never any surprises at all. They were completely understanding and receptive to our changing our design ideas and offered helpful advice on what they could do to help us get the deck we wanted. A special thank you to Jonathan and his crew on construction. Working their tails off in the mud and rain, smiling and waving to our 2 year old daughter as she watched them work, and even clearing a clogged gutter simply because he noticed it was blocked. I would, and already have, recommended Cascade Fence and Deck to our neighbors for any needs they might have. Could not recommend more highly.

The job that Jimmy and Scott did was outstanding. We got the perfect result and although the bid was not the lowest, we got the best result in the end without a big hassle. Their attitude of "we want to make you happy" is not just a saying, they meant it. I could not be happier.

THIS IS THE THIRD PROJECT I'VE USED THEM ON. THIS TIME WITH KORY AND TYLER AS THE CREW. EACH TIME THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT, THEY COMMUNICATED WELL BEFORE AND DURING THE PROJECT, THEY WERENT OVERLY DISRUPTIVE WHILE WORKING, AND THEIR PRICING IS VERY REASONABLE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.

We hired Cascade To design and build a custom deck and the result was outstanding. From design to execution we were super happy. The best part was the building process the crew was impressive, Kory and Jonathan were absolutely phenomenal, careful, professional and with a impressive attention to details. They made sure all our requests were addressed and the result is great! Totally recommend working with them.

Cascade Fence & Deck built us the BEST fence and deck ever. We could not be more excited with our new, beautiful outdoor retreat. Working with them was so easy, and everyone was so nice and so responsive. From MIke who helped us plan the deck (and provided the coolest 3D render ever) to the whole team who built it - Wayne, Jonathan, Kory, Boomer and Logan - everyone was so professional and so NICE. We had Cascade design and build a 20' section of privacy fencing and a custom driveway gate. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish. Every member of the team was communicative and easy to talk to, from chatting about our ideas and options with Mike during the initial bid, to working with Trevor during the design phase for our gate, to having Jimmy, Chad and David on site for the construction. The installation was on track to take a single day but as they put up the gate the guys noticed that the inside metal frame had been welded to the wrong dimensions at the shop. Jimmy was very professional, apologized and explained the problem. They were back early the next morning to install a corrected frame. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but how they are handled says a lot about a company. These folks are pros. A great experience and beautiful craftsmanship. The project was not cheap but the cost was fair for a custom gate that we expect to last for decades. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I was impressed. Louis Lipka went the extra mile. He contacted me the day before to be sure he had all the tools and parts my repair would require. As a result the repair was done on time, in a single trip, and solved the problem first try. Thanks Louis!
