They arrived as scheduled, they did their job professionally and they did not overcharge.
Description of Work: They diagnosed a defective electrical outlet. It turned out to be the wiring behind the outlet.

They were good. It took longer than I thought it would, but I think it was more detailed than I thought it would be for the electrical and construction. The work was good. I first thought that the price was a little high, but when I saw the work involved with it, it was okay. They answered the call quickly, came out, gave me a price, came back two days later and did the work. Everything was dealt with. They were responsible, they cleaned up and the guy was real nice.

Company was honest, prompt, helpful. Did a good job, cleaned up well afterward. Absolutely no complaints. A number of our electrical problems disappeared after they replaced the panel.
Description of Work: We called because a number of outlets stopped working. In fixing that problem, we found out that our electrical panel had been subject to a recall years ago and never been replaced. After research to confirm, we had the same company replace the panel.

The work was done within one day as promised. All the wiring was able to be strung thru walls and ceilings, which was no easy task in this situation, so the result was aesthetically pleasing. The lower cost fixtures for the workroom were perfect. Overall, the room is entirely different now, and I am very pleased with the company's work. The price was very fair.
Description of Work: Isaac owns the company, and did the estimate. We added lights in the basement living area of an old home and replaced old flourescent lights in the work area of a basement. We had one other estimate. Isaac came as scheduled for the estimate, and Colt came as scheduled for the work. I particularly appreciated the time they took to figure out how to do the wiring so that the result was professional looking...no wires strung up walls and over ceilings in little casings. I also appreciated that Isaac pointed me toward lower cost replacement fixtures for the workroom.

They were very polite and punctual. Very informative and even though we had to do more than anticipated I felt that it was appropriate and I appreciated the work. However...there has still not been an inspector here! I have called 2x.

I had several issues with electrical work that had existed from the time the house was built. Bullseye responded, and doggedly looked for the solution to the problems, even taking longer than originally planned (although without charging us any extra for the additional time it took). As a result, an outside socket now works that never did, and two sockets that had been buried by the original builder were restored, and can now be used. All of the work was very professional, and reasonable. These guys may be the best electricians I've ever seen.
Description of Work: They installed motion sensor lights, moved outdoor lights, troubleshot a dead outlet, and some dead light switches, and installed a 30 amp plug for our RV.

When discussing the scope of work, Isaac was very helpful and thorough outlining details and parameters for the type of solution we sought. The work was completed in 2 full days as anticipated. Effort was made to keep the areas clean as work progressed and clean-up was good when completed each day. The result was just as we had hoped. We are very pleased with the process and professionalism of the electrician. The estimate was very competitive, and the final bill was right on target.
Description of Work: Bullseye Electric moved two sconces and took out two others. They then added 14 can lights to our lobby drop ceilings.

Every phone contact was courteous and Bullseye got back to me quickly. Their estimate was reasonable and I saw all the good reviews already on Angie's List, so decided to go with them. I was more than happy with the entire process--they kept me informed of the work and even did a little extra when they decided another fitting was needed(at no extra cost). Very happy with them!

From start to finish the job was smooth, accurate and on time.
Description of Work: We had Bullseye install an outlet for out 110 outdoor hot tub. Having already gotten an estimate from a large electrical contractor in the area we were very pleased that the individual who did the estimate for Bullseye looked at the job from an aesthetic as well as technical standpoint. The large company was going to run metal conduit along the outside of the house, which would have been quick but ugly. Bullseye ran the the cabling under the house, much nicer. The estimator showed up when he said he would, the job was completed on time and as promised. We'd definitely would hire this company again!

We had several lights and outlets go out along with our microwave just as if a circuit breaker had been tripped, but when I went out to reset the breaker everything was intact. Very strange. I contacted Bulls Eye Electric based on Angie?s list recommendations and scores. This was not an emergency but within 2 hours Colt arrived. After I explained the problem he immediately went to work. He also thought this was strange, but undaunted he tracked down the problem that turned out to be a loose wire in an outlet we never use. Go figure. Anyway, even though it took over an hour to track this problem down, (and he worked fast) we were charged for only one hour. I was expecting some huge bill but was pleasantly surprised by the $180. While Colt was tracking down the illusive issue, he came across a couple of other problems that should be corrected in our 35 year old home (including getting the microwave on its own circuit) in order to bring it up to code. Certainly we?ll get some estimates for the job but my nod will be towards hiring Bulls Eye for the work and if so, I?ll ask for Colt.
Description of Work: Found and repaired the cause of loss of power to several outlets and lights.

Bullseye was first contacted early on the 29th. An appointment was set for 2PM. No electrician showed and there was no call. At about 5:30 that evening I spoke with Isaac and he was disinterested (seemed tired from a long day). The next morning my wife spoke to Sarah at Bullseye and she offered no apology or excuse but due to Bullseye reputation on Angie's List we rescheduled for Wednesday at 1PM. On Wednesday at 9:15 Neil called and asked nif he could come early, and that worked fine. Once here, Neil was friendly, professional and worked quick. He was thorough and got to the problems right away. The work was completed to our full satisfaction and the cost was very reasonable. Aside from getting off on the wrong foot, once here it was a perfect job in all respects.

Bullseye ended up removing our old dishwasher, installing the plug, fixing a faulty connection to the garbage disposal which was noted in the process . . . and then we had them replace our whole panel box, as it was a potential liability come to find out . . . tripping overloaded breakers only 40% of the time. And since we were getting a permit and shutting down the power for the day, I had them add a light to the attic, and run more outlets to the workbench and put a couple on the outside of the house for the xmas lights. We did it all . . . and THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH ! ! !
Description of Work: Well . . . I had such a minor request. Needed a plug installed under the sink for the installation of a new dishwasher. We ended up taking care of many needling problems of an electrical nature, because we had such a good response to Bullseye Elect. They were very responsive to what could have been the smallest of all jobs. No job too small . . .or unimportant was the feel Issac gave us.

Everything went well. They did everything exactly as we wanted, and they were on time. The project went just as they said it would, and we were happy with the heater they chose. We did not shop around, but their prices seemed to be reasonable. They worked really well and we were very happy with them.

I contacted them by both email and phone, using email to see if they were available soon/check rates/describe the problem in detail and phone to schedule the appointment. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and for a specific time (not a window!). Based on my email, Isaac came prepared to deal with with my old-style breaker box (e.g. with a replacement breaker of the right amperage, in case it was necessary, which it was). He isolated the problem within a couple of minutes and easily dealt with glitches that arose during repair (e.g. the old screw broke off in the breaker panel housing & he had to drill it out). Both Isaac & the woman who handled the phone were pIeasant and personable and there were no communication breakdowns I was aware of. Overall I was very happy with the service and felt the price was fair. AND - I particularly appreciated that Isaac did not try to sell me a new panel, even though another contractor who happened to be working in the house kept commenting on how old it was & maybe it should be upgraded. Bravo Bullseye!

It was excellent. The price was higher than anyone else, but I felt like the other companies that I had gotten bids from were not as professional and also felt that one of them was under bidding. They were very professional. I felt very good about their presence in my home. They did not make any holes in the wall when they put the ceiling fans up. The price was a little higher than I thought that it would be.

I looked on Angies list and sent emails to 4 different electricians on Sunday evening when the problem was first reported. After the tenant called me on monday to say that the problem was getting worse, I Called Bullseye. They had the best email response of the four in my opinion and one of the best Angies list ratings. They made the appointment for 2pm on Tuesday. On Tuesday they called me at 11am to ask if they could come early and unfortunately I was tied up at work until 1pm so we agreed to make it 3pm. I left work at 2 only to find out from the tenant that they arrived on site at about 2:20. Would have been nice if they had called me to let me know of the change, but all things considered, I don't thinks this is any kind of a big negative. They quickly traced out the problem to the light fixture in one of the bedrooms and repaired the wiring. They were quick and professional, the whole job took less then an hour. And, according to the tenant, they were cute too. :-)

Bullseye called to be sure it was a convenient time for them to come to do the work. They were ontime and very professional in their demeanor. The work was done and the permits and inspections were handled well. It was a relief to have the work done so quickly by such quality workmen and an excellent company.

It was a pleasure to work with Isaac. He gave us an estimate the same week we called and scheduled the work for the next week even though we called during a holiday season. They cleaned up from the job and the work was very neat. The county inspector complimented the electrician's work and had no issue with the installation. He suggested that we pass on his compliments to Isaac for a job well done, which we did.

I called Sutherland on a Monday and that same day the owner came out, looked at the work, and gave me a bid. He installed a battery in the smoke detector and didn't charge me for this. He told me one of his workers would be out around 9:00 on that Friday, which happened! Both the owner and his worker were both very friendly and highly professional. I will be calling them again for any future electrical service!
