Chris, the guy that did the actual work was competent and respectful. Isaac, the owner of Bullseye Electric was extremely rude and unprofessional. He charged more than he originally bid, he would not return phone calls, he postponed inspections and refused to have a conversation with us about the charges. Although we liked Chris we would never use Bullseye Electric again.

Bullseye Electric has performed two installations/modifications in our residence. Their work is excellent. Professional and personable from the scheduling staff through the installers/electricians. If you ned an electrician/electrical work, Bullseye is your go to team.

Isaac came out and looked things over to do a proposal. He's a really nice guy and spent time educating us about options for the can lights in the kitchen and for the rv outlett and a few other projects we are considering. We needed to have the RV outlet installed as soon as possible so our guests could be warm in their RV in our driveway. Bob the electrician went out of his way to finish the job quickly. The can lights were installed at our convenience on another day, and Bob and his assistant were great to work with. Both Isaac and Bob spent time helping us decide just where the cans should best be placed. We are very happy with the results. Bob took great care and extra time in order not to put any extra holes in our ceiling. We would use Bullseye again.

After we mentioned a problem we were having with a couple of our 3way switches he volunteered to take a look what the problem is He did that and fixed it -no charge Those switches did not work right when we moved in 20y ago-we are happy customers:) When it comes to Customer Service-they hit the" Bullseye "

Very disappointed. Scheduled a appointment for a bid on a new electrical panel and some small other electrical items. They did show up and looked at the items. The gentleman was nice. After he looked at what needed done he informed me that he would email me a bid within 48 hours. He came to my house about Sept. 3rd, today is Sept. 15th and I have heard nothing from him or the company. If he wasn't interested in doing the work either be up front and tell me or give me a super high bid. Something! No communication since being at my house. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone after the experience we had.

We are happy with them. We have no complaints.

I submitted an electronic request for contact on April 10, 2015. I received an immediate auto reply that indicated that they would be in contact with me soon. On April 13, 2015 I received an email from Isaac of Bullseye, asking for a contact phone number for me and a good time to call me. I wrote back the same day, provided my phone number and said I could be called at any time. By April 18 I had heard nothing from Bullseye so I wrote back and said I could only guess that they were too busy and would look for help elsewhere. On April 18, Isaac wrote back to me, simply stating, "email from a customer". I found that puzzling and wrote back and said as much. Isaac wrote back and said that the email was intended for Ross, their estimator. Isaac also referenced that he and I spoke earlier. That is not true. In any case, this entire exchange was confusing and delayed. I will look elsewhere for a contractor for this job. They simply were unable to follow up as promised. My experience appears to mirror that of another customer of theirs who write a similar review on March 4, 2015 here.

He is great. I'll use him again! He has a good personality and good to work with and very professional.

This was a very positive experience. They were down to earth, honest, upfront with potential complications and possible solutions. The work was done in a timely manner and everything looks great! They arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was done. We would happily employ them again for future electrical needs. Two thumbs up!

I received a call from Nori, who was very sweet and professional. She told me that I would receive a call from Ross, their estimator, either that day or the next to set up a time for him to come out and give me a bid. I also told her that I had a neighbor who was interested in having some work done, and she told me that Ross would be more than happy to take a look after he was done checking out my project. I never heard from him.

The engagement went very well. Isaac did the bid and was very knowledgeable. He expressed confidence in installing Can lighting into our living room ceiling (1st floor) that had custom textured paint, while other bidders said they were uncomfortable doing so. When it came time for Brian (the senior guy) to install the Cans, it went well. Brian was great to have around - he was very patient in explaining options for various installations we were considering and seemed to genuinely enjoy that part of his job. Jason, the junior guy, was also very professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Brian spent time on things that weren't "paid for" on several occasions to make sure I was happy. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone. At first I thought their prices were high, but when I compared them to the other bids I received, it was about in the middle - some things were more expensive; some cheaper, but the total was about the same. The quality of their work, their professionalism, and the way they stand behind their products and work for 2 years made it worth it. We are very happy with the results and the experience - it's great to have more light, and more outlets, it really makes a difference!

These guys are top notch. We picked them after getting a bid from another contractor who did not give us a lot of confidence. That never was the case with these guys! Ross gave us a very fair bid and was extremely responsive in terms of exploring a variety of options with us. They were able to schedule the work with pretty short notice on our hot tub delivery which I really appreciated. The guys who did the work were outstanding. Best electricians I've ever hired - quickly figured out the best way to run conduit for our situation (which had confused the other guy we got a bid from) and flawlessly executed it. We will definitely use Bullseye whenever we need any kind electrical work done.

They were contracted as part of the service of getting my furnace. I did not pay them. He was a very competent young man. They were very responsive and very professional. If I need an electrician again, I will use them. Everything worked out fine. When the inspectors came, the inspection passed. Their professionalism was excellent.

They showed up at the indicated time and completed all the work in the amount of time they said it would take. All work was done well and they performed all cleanup; you couldn't tell anyone had been there, except for the new equipment. When the city inspector removed the cover on the electrical panel, the wiring was very neat and tidy and all connections were clearly labeled. The owner, Isaac, was prompt in getting his bid to me and very responsive to questions I had, including suggesting possible alternatives to things I wanted done at the same time. I plan to have them perform additional future work, when it's time to connect a hot tub that I'll be buying in the near future. I indicated a "B" on price, instead of an "A" because they weren't the cheapest bid I received, but it was a very reasonable price. The quality of work was top notch and the value of services for what I paid is outstanding. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an electrician in the Vancouver, Washington area.

NO ONE SHOWED UP JUST ONE PHONE CALL SAYING WHAT TIME AN HOUR AN A HALF LATE AND NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE AND FREE ESTIMATE MY BUT 99.00 "SO CALLED FREE ESTIMATE?

I hate having to give an overall score when I never had contact back from these folks. It is unfair to them and uncomfortable for me. This job did not go, because I got no responses from the company despite 3 contacts on my part.

We told them that we would provide the chandelier and the dimmer switches. They responded to our request for an estimate very quickly and came to our home within a few days. We felt that the estimate was extremely high considering the amount of work to be done. When we asked why it was so high, the estimator said that it had to do with all of the time required including travel, this in spite of the fact that the company says it does not charge for travel. There was no detail provided to explain the high estimate.

I have used these guys in the past they do good work. I had them coming on Easter weekend on Saturday, they called on Friday just before 5 pm and said the electrician had a family emergency and could not come till the next weekend and he did. He did a good job it was more expensive than I thought it should have been but I wanted it done.

Bullseye Electric is completely professional. Robert came in, took time to study the project, confirmed where we wanted outlets positioned, then set to work. He completed the rough in that day. It passed inspection. I recommend BullsEye Electric and would use them again!

Staff were very professional, punctual, and responsive to homeowner input. Although an unexpected complication occurred, the situation was resolved with a favorable outcome. I highly recommend their work and am pleased with the results.

The recommended package was acceptable but the first installation of the digital thermostat did not work well which resulted in us not having heat at the house for a couple days. Bullseye did the right thing at their expense by rescheduling, and researching a thermostat that would handle the watts of the three heaters. They came back, installed the correct piece of equipment, and ensured it was working properly before leaving all at no additional cost. This was the right thing to do and one that not many companies would acknowledge and execute on. This shows the integrity of the operation and I trust them to do the right thing for future needs and services.

Brian, Bullseye Electric, did the work. Our 60 year old home presented some interesting challenges but the challenges were met with success! We were very impressed with Brian's professionalism and knowledge and feel he went above & beyond to get the job done. We would recommend Bullseye Electric to anyone needing this type of work.

They ran a new 220 line to our island kitchen so we can shift to induction cook top. Also pulled a new line from existing to accommodate range hood, and moved one can light to new location.
