They were great! Edgar gave me a great estimate and we discussed my problem areas that needed extra protection. The crew arrived on time and got the job done in 3 days. Edgar came vack the next week and walked the roof to check for areas that needed a little bit more sealant. The work came in at the estimate which was the best of the 4 I got before signing. I would recommend them highly.

The roofing job on our 75-year-old house consisted of tearing off two layers of composition shingles and the original cedar shakes and installing new sheathing, architectural shingles and gutters. From start to finish, from tear-off to clean-up, the Buena Vista Roofing teams on the job and in the office were top-notch! Highly recommended for reasonable cost, promptness and high quality!

Worked my repair job in by working on Saturday. They came around 1:00 PM, did their thing to include cleanup and left at 3:30.

Hired them for areas of moss on roof. It was done competently, and then preventative zinc was applied to roof that came with one year guarantee against further moss buildup. I was concerned about the employee's balance on my pitched roof; however, he had the balance of a tightrope walker. This is the reason why I pay for a pro instead of a handyman when small jobs require tall ladder and walking in the roof. The worker was friendly, polite, and quite competent. I will hire him again, and I believe he does sprinkler repair. This is a good company to keep in your contact list.

I chose Buena Vista to replace my roof because they had good reviews, and their price was very reasonable. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 weeks, and were nice enough to wait a few more weeks for payment till I moved and could see the roof for myself. After inspecting the roof, it looks like the installer did and good job and put flashing in all the right places. Apparently, they were fast too, according to my neighbor. Overall, a good experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

This company is outstanding. They showed up when they said they would. Which is a big plus considering how many flaky roofing companies are out there. They were completely honest and the price was very fair. There was extra work to be done once the roof was torn off and they didn't take advantage of the situation. The extra cost was completely honest. Also, their initial bid was under 3K of some of our other bids. I'm proud of our new roof and have already recommended Edgar and Buena Vista Roofing to a co-worker and a family member.

We had several companies bid out our rood replacement, but Buena Vista Roofing provided the best service and workmanship for a fraction of the cost of other companies. They even helped us take care of getting new gutters for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service, quick response time, and the job was done quickly and cleaned up fast! The only complaint I have is not about the actual roof work. They did a great and efficient job on that. I was told we would get a 10 year warranty on the installation but in fact, it was only a 5 year warranty. When paying $11,000 for a new roof on a 1700 sq foot ranch, I would expect more of a warranty than what I would get with a roof certification on an older roof. Also, the quality of work done on replacing some fascia board prior to installation of gutters was subpar. They put heavy grout on it and my painting contractor pointed it out to me and is charging me to fix it. I called Buena Vista regarding the warranty, but have not heard back from them.

Friendly, efficient, right on time. We did not have them power wash the roof. Rather, they brushed and broomed all the moss and pine needles then applied moss killer to help control regrowth of moss. Cleaned the gutters too. Nice guys!
