Fast and very nice people working in the office and workers on site were very kind and helpful. Quick work. More communication about exact times and schedules of work being done and crews going to lunch/leaving for the day would be my only complaint.

They did a good job and would hire this company again.

The employees we dealt with were on time, did a good job, very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating with all of our requests, since we could not get on the roof to see the repairs we had to ask them to come back and take pictures of the finished job, the pictures were appreciated. The last gentleman that came out to take the pictures did an excellent job and a great job cleaning up, actually did a little extra which was impressive he was very knowledgeable and friendly We highly recommend Buena Vista Roofing.

This company & each one of of their employees are caring professionals. They were right on schedule & finished on time. Their work was excellent & clean up was great. I don't really like to give recommendations. However, they are that good. Thank you, John & Marla Gispanski.

Buena Vista did a very good job. Even removed the chimney since I had taken out the fireplace. Right on time and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up all the debris.

Buena Vista Roofing was just awesome to work with. Daisy, Yadira and Mariana were all just a pleasure to work with. They take photos to show what the issue is and then take photos to show how they completed the work. Every question I had they answered. Also they have great follow up.

Fast and friendly but they had scheduling issues ie they told me a time then didn’t show when I called they apologized and said they had double booked

Service people need to call customer when they are on the way to the job. Workers were friendly and answered all questions.

They fixed our roof leak. We had a leak in the valley of our roof. They put a metal valley on our roof.

Edgar as very nice and the service was prompt. My complaint was that they didn't come until around 6pm and at the time of the quote Edgar said they would seal the chimney and take the moss off the roof for $250. The moss is still on the roof and after3 days 2 texts and a phone call I got a brief text from Edgar saying that he only meant the moss by the chimney and that he'd send me a quote for the rest. I feel like he should have clarified this. I would not have gone with the service if he did.

They were very professional and completed the job on time. They also were friendly and gave updates every couple of hours. I recommend this company to anyone that is considering work to their roof. Ken W

My experience was that Buena Vista Roofing went above and beyond what I expected. Done quickly but very well, very clean and did a little extra to paint a new board and attach a new chimney cap.

Initial contact was made on 8-11-16 regarding a leak. Did not get any work done until Sept 10. I paid $700.00. This repair ended up not being the problem. So after a considerable amount of time and them dropping the ball they did another repair around the air conditioner. The work got completed October 17th. They charged me another $2950 for this work. I dont have a warm and fuzzy that this was the problem. So after 3 months from initial contact I paid $3650. I could have gotten a new roof for that.
