Edgar and crew fit their schedule to mine, explained whole procedure, why we needed a new roof, showed me the problems caused by staples on 23 year old arch. 30 roof and pointed out weak spots in plywood under shingles. We also had 2 skylights replaced that were not installed correctly and were leaking. We went on vacation and when we returned, viola, new roof and skylights in the color and manufacturer we chose, a 10 year warranty, pictures of the 8 sheets of plywood replacing rotted ones, and a roof top review showing ridge vent installed and why he had to cut out another inch along ridges to better allow roof to breath. All in all I could not ask for a more personal approach. His whole family was involved including his mother cleaning the debris in the kitchen from the skylight replacement because men don't know how to clean. She was also the supervisor for cleanup of roof debris in general and my property was clean when we returned from 3 week trip.

Any concerns I had were promptly addressed. I really appreciated the job being done as described, the crew were respectful of neighbors, kept area clean, went above and beyond.

Worked well with us about scheduling the work. Completed the work on time and Edgar returned to check on it. Roofing isn't my area of expertise, but it looks good and they answered all my questions. Clean up was ok but could have been more thorough. Overall, we're quite pleased.

Excellent to work with. They had my old roof stripped and the new roof 70% completed on the first day. The weather was not too hot that day so they just kept working until after 6pm. The owner of Buena Vist Roofing Egar and his crew were beyond excellent. Every time I had left him a message on his recorder he had always called me back the same day. He was very honest, polite professional and courteous. The price for our roofing quote is unheard of which was only $5,000 for an 854 square foot home. Other roofers quoted us between $12,000 to $8.000 for the same job. The quality in outsanding and they got the roof done super fast within 6 hours. This is an honest and good company with an outstanding owner and crew. I give them 10 stars. I called Edgar and he came out within a couple of days to give me a bid. I checked with two other contractors and Edgar was below both of them. I called Edgar and told him that I would go with his bid. He was out here to start on my house in less than two weeks. He was very professional and his crew are very hard workers.
