Aqua Care Carpet Cleaning

Went great! Very professional. Gave me tips for spot cleaning stairs.

They arrived on time. They do great work. They did the job in a timely fashion. I liked that they did not use so much so that the carpet became a greasy mess.

Arrived at the precise time he was scheduled and our carpets look like new. We have only had our carpets done once before, and checking the old invoice he was out 20% less. Will use him again in a heart beat.

Came in. Very professional. Got right to work. Did extra as far as moving furniture. He also worked hard on some dark spots I had in my carpet. Everything looked great when he was done.

He arrived about a half hour late, but called promptly to alert us that he was delayed. He was professional and thorough and the carpets look very nice. There were 2 ink stains that he was unable to remove, but otherwise it all looks very nice. He told us that if we found anything that we felt was not up to par that he would be glad to come back - no questions asked. His equipment is truck mounted and is a bit noisy, but did leave the carpet less wet than other carpet cleaners we have used. Because the equipment is truck mounted, the front door had to be open while he worked. The old blind dog went outside and he watched her and let us know she was there. I appreciated that.

We were very satisfied with the entire process. Matt had given an estimate over the phone. He arrived exactly on time. He first walked through the house and revised the estimate downward a bit and the final price was exactly what he quoted. We were pleasantly surprised by his price, as we have received estimates and paid other services that were considerably higher, but did a less complete job. We did not expect him to be able to entirely remove the previous stains that had been set for some time. Yet he was able to improve them more than expected. When we made the appointment, he had asked that we remove small and breakable items from the areas to be cleaned. We didn't get that done, so he and his assistant took care of that and carefully placed them out of the way. The carpets look beautiful.

It went great. The guy was really professional and also really congenial. The cleaning job got up alot more of the old stains than I expected, and this old carpeting feels alot softer under bare feet. The man doing the work was a real work horse, strong, hard-working, and speedy. And he said several times that if there turned out to be any problem with the cleaning job, just call and they would come out right away to fix it. But there was no problem whatsoever. It was a totally positive experience.

Showed up promptly. Worked quickly. Very satisfactory job. Uses a machine that works well but is extremely loud.

Mac was on time, professional and thorough. I thought the job was very fairly priced and he was done in just about one hour. They show up in a fairly large truck and all of the cleaning engine is housed in this large panel van/truck, its very, very noisy, but they just roll out as much of the hose as they need to reach the target and they don't have to stop to dump dirty water out of a machine like you would on a rented rug doctor or lesser carpet cleaning machine. WONDERFUL!!!!! Matt arrived, went in, cleaned carpets and was done in 2 hours. (It may have even been closer to 1 1/2 hours. The carpet looked wonderful and smelled fresh!! No perfumey smells, just fresh and clean!! Matt was very friendly and personable. We would definitely highly recommend this company as well as Matt!!

He did a great job. There were multiple stains that are now gone. The carpets look new! When I called, we set up an appointment for the next day. Wben he came he was extremely nice and spent time going over what I wanted done, then did it. After the job, he educated me on using spray-type carpet spot cleaner. I'd been doing it wrong and the bottom two stairs were pretty saturated with leftover soap. A very good experience.

Contact was effortless, and polite and understanding on the phone. We were able to make a emergency appointment(last minute). Matt showed up on time, very personable and polite. Very professional and went right to work. For 3 hours, He worked on my carpets and was very careful with furniture and my carpets. Awesome job!

We called and made an appointment. All went well. The person was here on time and did a good job.

Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked about stain protection and he educated me on its use and advised that I did not get it, (our stains are from baby milk bottles). The work done was great. He was 2hrs late due to a flat tire, though he called. The only change of plans was that he was also going to clean our sofa. Upon arrival he realized it was a cotton sofa and that he couldn't do it. He advised to remove the covers and take it to a cleaners, which was not what we found out should have been done with a cotton sofa (always clean them with the covers on, as shrinkage could cause them to not fit & ruin the sofa).

Matt was very efficient and easy to work with. When we had a water problem in a rental house the very same day, we called Matt and he took care of the clean up that day!

I'm very pleased with their work. The carpet looks much better than I thought it would. It seems a little pricey but there was a lot of square footage to clean since I had moved a lot of the furniture out of the rooms. I also liked that they didn't try to pressure me to buy the scotchguard treatment.

I called Aqua Care after hearing about them on 1190KEX. One gentleman arrived a few minutes after our appointment time. Walked through the house to discuss problem areas (from the dogs) and heavy traffic areas. I had moved small tables, chairs, and other items off the carpets and tables prior to his arrival. He moved the couches. It looked as if the other furniture was left in its original place and he cleaned around it. Completed job within an hour and a half (I went grocery shopping). Dirt stains gone. He said we could walk on the carpets immediately, but we choose to stay off of them for 4 to 5 hours. No wet or chemical smells. He did a great job.

He also gave us tips on how to clean our carpet when the cat has a problem. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend Matt and will use this company again.

Matt is very professional and personable. Carpet looks almost brand new. I was considering replacing the furniture as it is 10 years old and had it's share of wear and soil, but after Aqua Care it too looks just great. I highly recommend this Company.

They were on time and overall did a great job. They were unable to remove a couple of the stains, but I am not sure it was because the stains had been there for a long time (we had just bought the house), not because they did not try. I would definitely use them again.

Matt was very responsive to my request and was able to be at our home the next day. He was friendly and very professional. Our living room and stairs are very high traffic areas, and with 5 kids, the 2 years since our last professional cleaning had turned the cream color carpeting into a light gray. We had rented the Rug Doctor and used several products and never could get it back to the original color. Matt came out and now our carpets look brand new again! Wonderful! I would recommend this service to anyone.

He told me I could have my large living room and dining area cleaned for the "$99 3-area special", which cleans 3 13x13sf areas. I paid the additional $20 for stairs, and $20 for hallway. He neglected to mention that the "hallway" charge is only if your hallway is only 10ft long, so he just left the last 5 feet of it uncleaned (the 5 feet closest to the front door, which is obviously the dirtiest). I paid another $20 for him to bring the hoses back and finish my hallway. And he didn't clean my dining area at all. I didn't notice this until after he had left, actually, because I didn't walk around the entire area carefully. I felt kind of ripped off, having paid for a "3-room special" when he only cleaned the equivalent of 2 rooms, and then nickel-and-dimmed me on the last 5 feet of my hallway.

Matt was on time, personable, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job, moving furniture as needed (many companies will not do this). He was unphased by a couple of special requests. Matt also gave us tips for dealing with future spot stain removal. I'm quite particular about the quality of this kind of work, and Matt measured up to my expectations.

They were excellent. They were on time, polite, and professional with excellent quality. The rugs were dry enough to walk on by the time they left. Our one area rug had been cleaned 3 times previously by another company and remained stained, or so we thought. However, Aqua Care got it perfectly clean, looking like new! I was totally surprised, as I just assumed those stains were there for good.
