.There was a little bit of confusion about the appointment time but we got it sorted out and they were able to accommodate my schedule.

The system is working great now. The unit is going on 18 years so $300 for making it run smoothly seems reasonable. They responded right away and gave me an appointment before I purchased the Big Deal. Greg cleaned the AC, checked everything in the furnace, cleaned it up as there was some debris inside, replaced capacitor. I'm very happy with this Big Deal purchase and would highly recommend AM PM!

Very good job. The providor figured out why our furnace was making noise and fix it! He performed needed maintenance, and explained what we might need to do in the future. Also, we learned some things about keeping the air in our house cleaner.

He came, he saw, he conquered. Was here on time and was here about an hour. Did a thorough cleaning of the furnace and changed filter. Found the problem with the heat pump and replaced a faulty part.

Chris was very punctual. Prior to his arrival the power went off. He continued diligently working. Prior to his leaving the power was restored and he was able to test the heater and air conditioner.

Called on 4/8/14 because heat pump was not generating heat. We suspected low freon. I also wanted a tuneup so office scheduled a tuneup and said repairman would also look at heat problem. Chris came out and put gauge on system. He said the freon appeared empty. He looked as usual places for a leak and didn't find anything so he added freon. He offered to add a leak sealant but said it wasn't really good for the compressor so we declined. Charged $388 for service/freon. One week later, the same symptoms appeared. This time he came with a tool to detect freon and found 2 leaks. One was visible after removing an internal cover which he did not do the first time. After flushing out all freon and repairing the leaks, he pressure tested the system and found no leaks. He did not offer the pressure test on the first visit so I had no idea that was a possibility. Charged $389 for service/freon. So, first problem was that he did not have the tools to diagnose the problem correctly and the second is that he didn't try the pressure test before he charged the system with freon. While he claims he gave me a discounted rate for the freon and the second service call, I do not think that near $800 is a reasonable amount to correct a freon leak. Update: I was contacted by the owner and they agreed to refund almost all of the charge for the second batch of freon. I have upgraded my grade accordingly.

AM/PM emailed me a picture of my technician, Chris, ahead of time so I would know what he looked like when arriving at my house. They also scheduled me outside of their regular service hours as a courtesy to me! AND, Chris called me a couple days before to verify the appointment time and what I was having done. He was prompt, courteous, helpful and explained exactly what he had done to each unit after he was finished. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

In under an hour, he was in, on it, and out! He found the issue immediately, cleaned the clogged nozzle, recommended possible areas of future maintenance, and was out the door. He charges the same amount whether it's a Monday or the weekend. Fabulous! Also honored the current discount special of 10% off if you 'like' them on Facebook - without blinking an eye. Really experienced, really professional.

We are new to the Vancouver area, and had only been in our home for 2 weeks when the furnace failed. We are under a home warranty, so we called them and were introduced to AM/PM. AM/PM called me immediately, and scheduled a service call first thing the next day. Their technician, Craig, arrived exactly on time, and was professional, fast, polite and knowledgeable. A real pro and completely customer service driven. He knew what was wrong immediately, confirmed with some diagnostics, picked up the replacement part and installed it quickly. System worked perfectly shortly thereafter. AM/PM has been in business for 25 years, local to Vancouver, fair, honest and responsive. They will be my first call for annuals and repairs from now on. I am glad we found them.

Service man arrived on time, worked efficiently, was very neat and kept work area clean. He showed us a repair that might be needed in the future. He left a call back number if we had any problems. Would deffently use this company in the future.

They called to confirm the appointment time, and the technician showed up on time with another phone call 30 minutes before the appointment time. He did a very through troubleshooting and fixed the problem along with preventive maintenance tips.
