Description of Work: Had a problem with my heat. The first guy found some things wrong but that did not fix the problem. A second person came and did additional troubleshooting. He had to make a third trip and offered a temporary solution (to save cost) which I appreciated. I paid extra to have the system "cleaned" but thought that given the number of trips there should have been some discount applied.
