My carpet was steam cleaned. Stains were entirely removed. There was no residual odor whatever--a particular concern of mine. The owner queried me carefully about my preferences and used "green" products. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly because of a cancellation.

Last month I called Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning because our grandson had gotten sick on our new living room carpet, and that was also great excuse to have our other two carpeted rooms cleaned. I made contact with Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning via there website and received a call from the owner (Chris, I believe) the very next day. We were able to find a mutually agreeable date (due to my and my husband's work schedules), and I was quoted a very reasonable price for three rooms--sight unseen. The technician, Orion, showed up promptly and treated the area where my grandson had gotten sick with an enzyme treatment. The smell was completely gone! The remaining two rooms were fairly high-traffic rooms, and the carpets had not been cleaned in years. The carpet in those rooms looks almost brand new! And I paid the price I was quoted over the phone! The work was great! Then this past weekend, one of our cats urinated on our new couch. After a failed attempt to clean the cushions ourselves, we immediately called Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Chris explained that he could not guarantee his technician would be able to get the odor out, but they would do their best. I really appreciated that kind of honest. We were quoted a very fair price over the phone--again sight unseen. We made an appointment for Monday, and again, Orion (technician) was prompt. Orion explained the work he was doing to my husband, again using an enzyme treatment, and told him the results could be "smelled" once with cushions were dry. I am very pleased with the work! The odor is nearly unrecognizable! And if you know cats, that is no easy task. And, we paid exactly what we were quoted over the phone. I will definitely be using Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again!

When I initially contacted Chris Wolfe he was able to refer me to someone who could re-stretch the carpet before it was cleaned. He gave me a couple of names and I was able to make contact and get an appointment set up in record time (in fact the gentleman came on a Sunday to re-stretch the carpet so I could get it cleaned before my furniture arrived). The day of the cleaning, Orion arrived on time and was done quickly (it definitely helped to have the house vacant). The carpet looked great and Orion was very personable. After the cleaning, I immediately closed up the house and left. When I returned the following day the carbon monoxide alarm was going off. I opened doors and windows to let it air out. Later contacted Chris to see if there was any chemical in the carpet cleaning solution that would have caused an alarm, but he assured me there was not. We surmised it may have been a result of me propping open the laundry room door to clean and leaving the garage door open (at the same time the carpet was being cleaned), so it could have been exhaust from the equipment running in the truck. Lesson learned!

On time, priced reasonably, efficient, carpet was extremely dirty and stained, removed almost all spots & dirt carpet looks good.

I spoke with the owner, Chris Wolfe, initially. Chris was very professional and courteous. He took time comprehensively explaining to me the services necessary and products used in cleaning our 5th wheel and SUV. Chris was able to provide a reasonable price range quote and accepted the 10% off coupon from Angie's list. On the day of service, the tech (Eorian?) called to inform me he was on his way and arrived punctually on time. The tech was very professional, professional in appearance, courteous, and articulate in explaining the service process. He performed a very thorough job; every thing looks like new and smells wonderful (we have lived in the 5th wheel almost 3 years). Everything dried quickly as the appropriate amount of water was used as well as being extracted sufficiently. Also, we used fans and a de-humidifier to assist the drying process. Throughout the process, the tech communicated with us on how it was going, how long it would take, and the condition of our carpets.It was a pleasure working with this company. Ed was terrific. The carpets look new and he got out a red cool-aide stain, too. Wolfe's also provided a carpet repair man to do a repair from a cat scratching. Work and workmanship was outstanding. I will definitely use again.

It went well overall. When I called to get a quote, they walked me through the estimate. They were patient and helpful. I was squeezed in the very next day. The technician showed up and walk the house....the estimate was right on. They were professional and willing to go above and beyond to provide a personable service. Very Happy!

I don’t know how much they charged us because I let my wife handle that. They are very efficient and we’re comfortable with the price range. We will use their services again in the future.
