I have used Wolfe Cleaners three times over the past 2 years. We have several pets. I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. They always call before they arrive, they always arrive when they said they will arrive and they are efficient, effective and courteous.

We found one other cleaner who was a little cheaper for what we needed but went with Wolfe's because the gentleman on the phone was very nice and sounded knowledgable. When the technician arrived he was very punctual, polite, and professional. When I looked at the carpet the next morning, there were 2 spots on the floor. They were the 2 spots which were treated for dog urine (I have Great Danes!). They came out a few hours after I called to look at them. They came out the following morning and cleaned the entire room again. They were very polite and quick about getting rid of the spots. I will continue using Wofle's because I know they will make sure my carpet is absolutely spotless everyone they come out.

Chris Wolfe (owner) was recommended by my realtor. I am selling the house and wanted to have some stains removed from the carpet. The carpet is almost 15 yr old. Kirby vacuum cleaners had cleaned the carpet on their free pro-mo deal about 18 months ago or so and several big spots showed up after they left. I explained what all the stains were to the 1st technician and he treated them. The carpet took 24 hr to dry. Faint splotches of "brown" stain appeared in several areas - not the ones that were there previously. I was told it had something to do with the way Kirby cleaned the carpet and the Ph. Chris sent out another technician who spent about 15 minutes cleaning the carpet again and this time we put several fans on it to dry faster. The carpet looks better, but the brown spots are still there. I don't have time to have them come out to clean again, and I am sure that soon, neither I nor anyone else will see the discoloration. Chris said he knew how to remove the "brown" spots and I am sure that he would have persisted in rectifying the situation. The goal was to clean the carpet (which they did twice) and remove the original obvious spots. They did both. They were nice to work with, were careful of the house, and were prompt and efficient. I regret that a B rating will turn some people away. This is a reputable, competent, professional company that stands by their work.

It went really well both times. I had liked the way they had cleaned the year before so I was happy to get them again. The owner, who is very nice on the phone told me he already had someone working in Dupont and he could come right after that. The person who actually did the work is his son. He is serious about what he does and it is obvious. He put covers on all the legs of the furniture, which i really liked and took his time and the results are great. Very decent folks.

The upstairs landing was especially stained due to our dog using that space as her sentry location. Also, I had unsuccessfully tried to clean a stain from regurgitated dry dog food. |Specific questions were asked prior to Wolfe's visit so that they were properly prepared. On time with attention to detail. All was very satisfactory. However,several days later I called back because the area around the dog food stain had turned color and looked like a large water stain. After several questions Wolfe's understood the discoloration. The technician and the owner promptly revisited our home and treated the problem area. |The knowledge and expertise of Wolfe's personnel certainly answered my expectations. It was a thoroughly professional experience.

The work covered 4 rooms in general "traffic" areas and 1 living room couch. Each area was spot treated and thoroughly cleaned. I noticed later that each room dried out much quicker, making it easy to put any moved furniture back in place. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Very professional, timely, quality work. I am not sure I would use them again because of the cost, but I am thinking about it. I had someone else do the carpets several years ago and they did not do the job as well.

Our home presented with 1,900+ square feet of primarily ivory colored carpet---so badly soiled, I feared the stains were hopeless. Orion Wolfe's meticulous labors were nothing short of miraculous! He asked me about the nature/composition of individual stains, then drew from an arsenal of chemicals to treat each one appropriately, taking into account, as well, the products I'd already used in vain. The consummate perfectionist, Orion returned twice to re-treat tough stains that had wicked to the surface while drying. Every trace stain disappeared and our carpets look brand new! This is truly "better life through chemistry" -- and Wolfe's steam cleaning! Our home sold one week later, the prospective buyers remarking they'd never seen such an immaculate home. I can't thank Chris and Orion Wolfe enough for their superb skills and customer service; I wouldn't entrust my carpets to anyone else!
