"This was our first experience with a major remodel project. Hearing horror stories from others ended up delaying our project for about 3 years. I'm glad I believe that everything happens for a reason though - because we ended up connected to Chris and CBL Construction! Our first meeting with Chris and his crew, we were comfortable and felt our project was in great hands. Chris was great with communication - a HUGE deal - we were never left in the dark wondering what is going on or when. Chris was not only professional, but friendly and a pleasure to know. He spent time explaining his process and managing (my) expectations with material choices (he was fantastic educating me on this). His knowledge was apparent and left us with zero worries. His line item quote and billing process made for a zero surprise payment process. In the end, my bathroom is beautiful and I couldn't be any happier. The only downside....? Now I have to work on the bedroom so I don't want to sleep in the bathroom - haha! We will for sure be calling on Chris and CBL Construction in the future and will refer anyone who asks. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments.
