This was our first experience with a major remodel project. Hearing horror stories from others ended up delaying our project for about 3 years. I'm glad I believe that everything happens for a reason though - because we ended up connected to Chris and CBL Construction! Our first meeting with Chris and his crew, we were comfortable and felt our project was in great hands. Chris was great with communication - a HUGE deal - we were never left in the dark wondering what is going on or when. Chris was not only professional, but friendly and a pleasure to know. He spent time explaining his process and managing (my) expectations with material choices (he was fantastic educating me on this). His knowledge was apparent and left us with zero worries. His line item quote and billing process made for a zero surprise payment process. In the end, my bathroom is beautiful and I couldn't be any happier. The only downside....? Now I have to work on the bedroom so I don't want to sleep in the bathroom - haha! We will for sure be calling on Chris and CBL Construction in the future and will refer anyone who asks. Best Home Improvement Project of 2022! We had the great pleasure of working with CBL Construction on our multi-step landscaping project and we are so grateful we did! This project is something we had been thinking about and planning for years – but in spite of speaking with many different landscapers and general contractors, we could never find the right company to work with. Even from the beginning when we were only inquiring about cost estimates, CBL stood out from the crowd due to exceptional communication and fair pricing. We were very impressed and appreciated that Chris took the time to have in-depth conversations about our vision, to ask intuitive questions and carefully explain what he could do for us. Chris was always accommodating when new ideas and directions emerged throughout. He treated us like partners and provided a very clear cost break down. His attention to detail, overall knowledge, and passion for his craft showed throughout the project. Projects: Dig shallow border around inside and outside of front and back yard fence, lay barrier fabric then river rocks; Install landscaping design in front and back yard A major challenge with this project was working with the difficult, rocky soil which included digging numerous holes for new trees and shrubs. The work took more time than expected but CBL was flexible, found ways to improve efficiency, made sound recommendations and always remained committed to a job well done!

I hired CBL to re-stain my deck and talk through other projects. Chris came out and gave me an idea of what it would entail. What I really appreciated was he was honest and fair with his pricing. I had a budget, and Chris worked with it. He let me know of things I could easily to do on my own. This to me is a great sign of an honest company. Throughout the process CBL helped me think through stain, advised on what would last the longest and came out and completed the project. The staining looks amazing!! Leading up to the project and during the project, I expect a company to be attentive. What amazed me was the courtesy after. Chris followed up a week later to make sure I was still happy and that there was not anything I needed him to touch up. Great honest service. Happy I went with CBL and would highly recommend.

They came out and cleaned my wooden deck and replaced quite a few deteriorated boards. Then applied a stain sealer. It looks beautiful like new. I inquired if they did inside projects. Was happy with the painting of my wood cabinets and the beautiful ceramic tile floor they installed. I will be using them on all future projects.
