He made an initial assessment and gave me the number to DryTime Restoration. I also called my insurance company. Drytime was very thorough and came many times with specialists to give a detailed cost analysis. The final inspection was also sent to my insurance company. They were professional, respectful, always on time, very kind and funny. I appreciate all those qualities in an emergency.
