Odd Fellows Memorial park is a non-profit cemetery that is open to thee public. It has been operated by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Olympia Lodge #1 since 1869. Burial options: . In ground burial with a reinforced burial vault . In ground burial with a cement liner . Veterans Salute Package with reinforced vault . Veterans Salute Package with cement liner . Individual standard lots available. You also have the option of placing additional interments and inurnments on the same lot. Can also be set up for double-depth burials. Cremation Options: . In ground burial of urn in a reinforced urn vault . In ground burial of urn in a cremorial (urn & marker combination unit) . Individual urn lots available in historical section of cemetery and in the newer sections of the cemetery . Above ground niches available in our Mausoleum. (Can also be arranged for double inurnments in single niche. Memorial Options: . One of the most important parts of planning cemetery arrangements is the selection of a personal memorial. The Marker or Monument is the item that the family and friends will see for years to come. Our staff will take the time to get to know you and help you create a beautiful memorial for your loved one. Description of Work: Venables Pest Management came out to catch a rat that a tenant of our rental home was complaining about. We liked them very much. After coming out about three or four times they were able to trap the rat.

Description of Work: Denver with Venables came to help us deal with these tiny ants who were threatening to take over our house! We are now ant free, and a lot more educated about these ants and their habits. We had concerns about the treatment because we have dogs and occasional small children, but the treatment is safe for humans and pets, and it works! We are very happy with the service at Venables and will continue to call them when we need to.

Description of Work: I am selling my house and needed some pest control due to evidence of mice/rats in the past. These folks came out set traps and did great follow up service. Description of Work: Built better door into crawl space to keep rats out. Set traps in crawl space and feeding station along side of house. Used them in past but this time they forgot to do some of the work that I had to pay for so I had to call them. They did come back and finish work but I did not like having to remind them to do what I paid for.

Description of Work: When I bought my 50+ year old home 4 years ago, the inspection noted active subterranean termite activity around the fireplace.The house was treated at that time but I wanted to be sure the termites had not returned and got estimates for an inspection. Venables was by far the lowest cost for the inspection. If they found more termites, they would give me an estimate of the cost for treatment of my house and yard. They arrived promptly and performed the inspection. Thankfully there were no new termites but they thoroughly checked the house and yard and indicated there was no sign of rodents, spiders or ants either. I plan to call Venables for continued inspections periodically. I wish all workmen were so competent.

Description of Work: We had a colony of what turned out to be moisture ants with destruction of a focal area of studs, window frame and siding. They came out promptly and assessed the situation advising the structural remedy along with correction and prevention of the water source (an insufficiently effective downspout). We were assured the the ants would be removed by restoring dryness to the area, and replacing the affected wood. This was quickly and effectively done by a building contractor. I was highly pleased by Venable's help in this situation. I will be calling them back for a complete inspection and report on our home prior to offering the home for sale. I have not seen an ant or any suggestion of their presence since the wall and downspout repair.

On time. Very professional. Very quick response. Took care of the problems cleanly and efficiently.
Description of Work: Had minor mouse problem -- they came out and took care of the issue quickly. Also, had a very large hornets nest removed in the summer and they came out quickly to get rid of it. Have an annual service contract with them -- and have had no problems to date.

We have used Venables since we bought our home in 2006. Our initial inspection showed problems with both carpenter ants and termites. Venables took care of the problem and we have subscribed to a monitoring service ever since. They are very responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

We are now on a regular maintenance program with them but not locked into anything. Overall, I feel that Venables is a wonderful local company with terrific knowledge. Their tech was clean in his appearance and very professional. He politely answered all my questions and covered our property thoroughly.

Their technicians are intelligent, so you can actually carry on a conversation about them. My guess is that they take pretty good care of their employees because they do not have a lot of turnover. I feel like they are very thorough and that they really look out for my property. They always call me in advance to make sure we can decide on a good time for both of us.
Description of Work: They have been taking care of my house twice a year for six years. They inspect my house thoroughly, crawling under my house to make sure there are no pests.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE SHOWED US WHERE THE PESTS WERE COMING FROM. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE'VE USED A PEST MANAGEMENT COMPANY, AND I FEEL THAT IT WAS COMPARABLE. WE HAD THREE BIDS, AND WE WENT WITH THIS ONE. HE WASN'T THE MOST EXPENSIVE, BUT HE WASN'T THE CHEAPEST EITHER.
