Traps are working. The team came when they said they would and provided excellent service.

They also treat certain areas for carpenter ants. For price, I think they are pretty reasonable. For quality, we have not had any problems since we initially started using them. They have done a good job. They call before coming. They are very professional. They are timely in their service.

These are very nice people and they did catch 2 rats. I have caught 7 on my own, so I likely won't use them again but not because they did a poor job. They always arrive on time and call the day before they come to check the traps. The initial payment only covered 4 visits to the house. I had my crawlspace renovated due to all of the rat damage and they are coming back a 5th time for free just to make sure everything is set up properly. They did set up basic snap traps under the house and one poison box outside because the problem was really bad. If you don't want to deal with the rodents, I'd call this company!

Came out to assess potential termites and found instead moisture ants. Gave me instructions to get rid of (replace the damp wood) and the problem will go away. Also gave me a couple names of construction companies to come out. He was late, but called because he was held up at another job. Overall, very happy and would definitely use again!

They got one mouse but I haven't seen any mice since so may be they did something about that. Although I now have a little infestation of some bugs, I am not going to call them back because I think they were way over priced.I might call them and ask them if they would like give me an estimate but I will call some others too.

They came out same day and sent an exceptional young man named Alex. He walked around the house, examined various areas and looked at a couple places I would have never thought about. He saw the partial nest i knocked down and explained how these pests work and what would likely happen after he left. . He gave me some good advice and told me to call you back if it did not get better. He left about 30 min ago and it's actually already better. He answered a bunch of questions from me about rumors I heard about yellow jackets. Then I offered to pay him for his time and he refused and said he was happy to do it. With 24 yrs in the Air Force, I think I'm a pretty good judge of people and I can't tell you how nice it was to deal with a young professional who really seemed to enjoy his job and also had a very friendly personality. Just as my friend told me, I will likewise tell others of my great experience with Alex and Venables Pest Mgt. I wish we could clone organizations like there's. A Loyal future customer, Scott Bremer

I found them through Angie's List and they are excellent. They come out every three months and I'm very happy with them. I'd definitely recommend them to other members. Their great people to work with, they were punctual, professional and all of the good things that you could say.

I believe we originally called them regarding wasps. We began using them for pest maintenance and continue to do so. We have had other companies solicit but they don't offer the same services/price that we get from Venables. Venables comes 2x a year to inspect and spray the exterior of the house. 1x year they enter the crawl space and inspect there as well. They always call to let me know when they are coming, they are always professional and respectful. A few times we've had ants or unknown bugs and we've called. They come out at no additional cost and treat if necessary. I would recommend them. I suppose you can do this work yourself but they are trained and recognize habits and traits of bugs as well as vegetation or household habits that attract pests so their expertise has helped educate us as well.

Found carpenter ants around foundation. Sprayed entire area. Upon inspection of crawl space found areas of past rodent activity. Set traps and patched any access points around foundation. Came a total of three times to ensure problems were fixed.

We really liked them. It is 6 months guaranteed no pests. My mom used them too and that's how we found out about them. They are awesome. They are very prompt and if we call, they will have a guy out that day. They have been to bug seminars so they know a lot about bugs and spiders. They are up on their bug stuff. They don't use a lot of super harmful chemicals and they don't bomb the house. They put down some gel and little stuff. In our case they drilled teeny tiny holes in the walls and put stuff in there. We didn't have to leave or worry about the dog eating it. They were awesome.

I was glad that Venables Pest Management used traps instead of poison. Closing off the crawl space was a really good idea.

The treatment was very effective, lots of dead ants in the bathroom, and have seen none since. Very happy with Venables and Mike was awesome. Would highly recommend Venables!

They do a good job, I think they did fine.

They've been in business for about forty years. They do a quarterly review. They provide all kinds of services but it depends on what the customer is doing in the cycle of whatever they are controlling. They trap, they spray, they poison and it depends on what pest is troubling us and what is the level of infection the household has. They are fabulous and they really do a good job. I have no idea about the price since I have not used anybody before but I really needed some help controlling rats that have moved into the neighborhood. They have destroyed our furnace, our insulation and we've never had an experience like that. Venables have been really good. They are in contract with us.

They came back to make sure the ants were gone. They are easy to get ahold of and they respond quickly. Their pricing is reasonable. They call me back on time.

I initially called because I was hearing scratching noises in the wall. They determined that mice were the problem, and set traps near the probable entry point. They did a great job of sealing access areas to the crawl space. They were very good about coming back at intervals to check traps. Problem appears to have been solved. I would highly recommend them.

They are a local family run business. They do pretty good job. Their price is reasonable for what they do. They are flexible with timings. I would use them in the future.
