Description of Work: The replaced the skylight and patched some other areas of the roof. They were very easy to work with and saved us $300 from the another quote.

Description of Work: I got a few estimates, but Town & Country was the highest. Tired of poor quality as a consequence of going lowest bidder, and since the cost was not ridiculously higher, I agreed with the Town & Country bid. While in the process of scheduling the work in early spring, I got a 7am phone call from Town & Country, saying that the doppler radar said the dry weather would hold until the evening, and could they start work that day. I said sure, with a little concern, but they said they would get the work done in one day by about 5pm. They showed up, set up tarps to catch any debris and went straight to work. They had the old shingles removed and the underlay installed by about 11am. They had a conveyor belt to get the new shingles on the roof, while the other team ate lunch. By 3:30pm the roof was reshingled and there was just trim work. By 4:30pm all the work was done and crew left after cleaning up. The work looked good, all the trim was in place and the flashing was up. They did a clean up on the patio roof, that was not in the scope, adding trim and flashing to make it last longer and look nicer. There was almost no trash or debris after the work. All the staff was courtuos and friendly. The foreman was great, explained the process and answered any question. All the work was done in one day and done well. To me it was well worth it to get the work done well, fast, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
