The owner came out to talk to me. He took a real interest in the house itself and was very personable, worked very hard to get my business and be competitive with the pricing and service. He made me want to give him my business by being so professional. The property was cleaned up afterwards and very satisfactory. Very professional and ethical.

Purchased a service coupon for roof service and repair. While the company folks showed up and gave me an estimate for my leaking roof, they didnt want to do the job as the owner preferred to do new roofing jobs. However he did honor the coupon and did do some roof cleaning and preventive maintenance. I still had to get someone to do the job and at way less than this companies estimate. So I am guessing his estimate was high as he voiced that he did not want to do roof repairs. He was concise in explaining my problem and even took pictures to show me the problem. So he was nice, considerate and did some work, I do not feel it was worth the coupon price of $280.00 for the 2 hour work they did. If i was to get a new roof I do believe I might go with these guys again though.

Town & Country Roofing Inc gave me advice about my roofs. They were awesome. He didn't even quote me. He told me all about what was happening with my roof. He said yes, it will need replacing but you'll get a couple more years out of it. Then he gave me the name of a gutter guy. He was great, saying that we didn't need to do this now. His responsiveness was great, he came out that day.

Doug Beedle of Town and Country Roofing inspected our roof and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to complete the work we wanted done. He also ordered the vents needed to complete the job. Doug and one of his employees arrived in the morning and immediately started to replace the flashing around the skylights. After that was completed the three new vents were installed and then our entire roof was cleaned of debris. All debris from the job and roof was removed. Town and Country did an excellent job.

While we were out of town, worker removed/replaced shingles and inspected for leaks. No leaks found/ wind blown rain in siding, source of leak. Work area cleaned up. Reasonably priced.

Town & Country was prompt, despite overwhelming calls from other homes. While Town & Country is not cheap, they provide extraordinary value through their work. Notably, I had the opportunity to overhear the owner grooming a project supervisor who had lead responsibility for my project. This was a solid company through and through.

The initial start date, waffled a bit - partially due to my insistence that the job not be done while it was raining. Got a bit of a surprise, their supplier delivered the plywood sheets Friday afternoon rather than Monday morning as expected, but they did a good job of placing it out of the way on the driveway. The roofing crew arrived at 7am Monday morning as scheduled and immediate went about setting up - covering the plants, putting up their ladders (with standoffs so as to no damage the gutters), etc. while the crew manager explained what they'd be doing and when. They then went to work ripping off the old roof. By the end of the first day they'd taken off the old material and hauled it away, placed all the new plywood sheets and vapor barrier before leaving at about 6:30pm. Before they left, they'd done a basic cleanup, removing the protective tarps and picking up the garbage. Day 2 the crew arrived at about 8am, replacing the protective tarps and started placing the shingles. The crew boss was great, I must have asked him a hundred questions - he patiently and politely answered every one of them. (This was the 3rd roof I'd replaced. After getting burned on the first roof job, I wanted to make sure I understood everything there was to understand). After they were done with the roofing job, the crew did a great job of cleaning up - picking up all the debris, sweeping for nails, etc. The crew finished up at about 3pm on day 2, a full day ahead of schedule. The next day, the field supervisor arrived to inspect the work, take pictures and insure everything had been cleaned up.

These guys rock! They were patient as they walked us through the selection processes and after four estimates we finally got the roof and skylights that were right for us. They showed up on time, took care in protecting our property, did a fantastic job and then cleaned up after themselves.It is definitely worth your time to give these guys a call. We love our new roof and skylights!

My husband called for an estimate, they came right out and left us the estimate along with a broacher about the different types of shingles and colors we might want . We asked them to drop off some samples to get an idea what they would look like, they did that same day. We called again to get some more samples in different colors, they came right out with more samples. Finally we decided on the type and color we wanted, called to set up a date and time to have the roof done, they sent us a packet detailing what we should expect and what we needed to do to pepare for the event ( take pictures of the wall, move out side furniture away from the house etc.) They showed up when they said, got right to work, covered all my plants with a tarp to protect them. After they finished with the roof they actually took a leaf blower and blew off everything to make sure there was no materials left anywhere. I've seen other people on my block get new roofs, but none had the extra care and attention to detail that was provided by Town and Country Roofing. As an extra note, we asked for and got the proof that there was no liens against us, that all contractors had been paid ( a tip We got from Angies list) And Town and Country mailed us a thank you note for choosing them, a great experience all around.

I noticed what looked like my roof caving in while getting an estimate for new gutters. I called Town & Country Roofing and explained my concern. Someone came out that same day. The person arrived right on time and checked out the whole roof and gutters. He assured me that my roof was not caving in and that I would probably need to replace it in 2-5 years. This was not a surprise since it is over 20 years old. He also gave me a great reference for a company to replace my gutters.

Because they did not follow through as indicated above, they were not chosen.

We had several bids on the roofing job and found Town and Country provided what we considered a quality job for a reasonable price. They contacted us right away when we asked for an estimate. Their agent was polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was a well organized little "army" that showed up to roof. I was amazed it was done so quickly. Everything was cleaned up around the house and there was no damage to anything below the roofline. Excellent job!

I got to know about them through Angie?s list, and they had a lot of positive feedback. They also had a consumer report in which they were rated for a particular type of shingles, and they are one of the few who use those kinds of shingles. I would definitely recommend them. They were fast and professional. They had taken off the whole roof my nine in the morning and by the time I came home from work it did not even look like anybody was there doing any work. They were great. They were not the cheapest, but they were moderately reasonable.

They seemed pretty competent and the bid was fair, it's just that we don't have the money. Based on the bid we are probably going to use them when we get the money. He did say he didn't have to do the whole roof and they could just do a patch job. That was nice because I had two other companies come out and say that we had to do the whole roof and didn't even give us the option of the patch job. We want to do the whole roof, but it was nice that he gave us that option.

Excellent service from start to finish. Timely and Professional. Very good clean-up and demonstrated care for landscaping.

They gave me several options for me to decide. They were very specific about their proposal and their quote. They were punctual and also the quality of work was good.

He's very honest. I feel like he doesn't try to sell me anything that I really don't need. I've even had him come out before to look at something and after checking it out told me I was fine and really didn't need to have any work done. If I ask him to come out I can usually expect him to come out either the same day or within a day or two later.
