"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"This was a complete bathroom remodel, including new shower cabinet, new vanity, relocated toilet, lots of new extras. Oasis bath solution did a great job. We were treated kindly and professionally by Caleb in spite of many surprises and hiccups in the work (100 years old house). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. "Our kitchen upgrade project through VAZ was a resounding success! Victor was very engaged all the way through. He usually stopped by on days while the work proceeded and he often did substantial work himself. He was very attentive to our questions and suggestions and he offered several helpful suggestions. He even accompanied us when we went to the warehouse to pick out the countertop. Juan, who did much of the work was efficient, competent, and courteous. The work area was always cleaned up very well at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely hire them for any future work of this nature."

"The whole experience was excellent. Chris when to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable. He told use about the triangle of stove, fridge and sink and flow. He suggested a long narrow window to replace the tile backsplash on an outside wall. It was a great idea. When sit at the new bar between the kitchen and the living room we look out into our backyard. Itâ s beautiful. The guys that did the work are extremely work oriented. They are constantly working. They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. It still has the same physical dimensions but how itâ s played out. It seems so much bigger. I highly recommend them for any project you need done"
