Description of Work: I purchased a three level house badly in need of a professional paint job from top to bottom. NWCC provided a competitive estimate, but more importantly got right to work when I needed them. During a snow storm. They directed me to the Sherwin Williams where i received professional help in the paint selection. I am very happy.

Description of Work: They have done an excellent job. The work details: paint the enterior of the house, resealed the windows, paint front door, and stain the desk.

Description of Work: Emrush Halili, of Northwest Complete Contracting, came on May 25th to give me a painting estimate. He was very pleasant and gave me an estimate that was not far off from another estimate I received. I saw at once, due to watching another estimator use a lead detection kit properly, that Emrush had used the detector incorrectly, giving a false positive reading for lead. This might have simply been an error on his part; perhaps he thought he was doing it right. There is one place on the house, which I do not plan to paint, that contains lead. The places that Emrush tested and showed a positive test do NOT test positive for lead when the kit is used according to directions. I was advised to check all contractors' accounts with the State Department of Licensing, and in light of the incorrect lead test, I followed this advice. I found that his business name has changed several times. The person who advised me to check contractors said that businesses changing their names is sometimes a warning flag that they are avoiding satisfying former customers' grievances. I am not saying that this is the case with Mr. Halili's business, I have no way of knowing. But it made me uncertain enough, in combination with the lead test, that I decided to go with a different painter. I have edited this report. Emrush called and warned me (his word) that he would have his attorney contact me. I have said nothing here that is untrue, and offer no speculation, but state the facts that led me to decide to use someone else.

Description of Work: I had to replace some damaged drywall in (2) units. They replaced, taped, mudded and painted to match existing walls.

Description of Work: Contractor painted the exterior of my 4 plex unit apartment building (stucco), including trimming.

Description of Work: Contractor mudded any holes, primed and painted the entire interior of my cousin's home. (2) colors

Description of Work: Contractor came and power washed exterior of home. Painted entire exterior including trim and caulked in places where needed. They also painted my living room, (2) bedrooms and kitchen and stained my deck.
