Northwest Complete Contracting

The power washing was absolutely perfect in every way, quick (just took two days) and looked very clean when done. The painting was fairly good over all. Unfortunately the weather changed and it started to rain and they did best they could but, the rain made it more difficult and not go as smoothly as it could have of course. We had concerns regarding masking and tarps being left on walkways to long/ overnight due senior citizens needing to walk on walk ways and they accommodated our request not to leave tarps or masking on stairs or walk ways any longer than needed... Appreciated! All together it took around/ little less than 2 weeks rain and all to do all (4) buildings (I think it rained 2-3 days). There was about (4) hrs worth of touch ups we had them do at the end (mainly cleaning off overspray) and they did them joyfully without hesitation... Like they were happy to... I would totaly hire them again.

We hired Northwest Complete Contracting to do a complete repainting of our 3-story home. They weren't the cheapest bid we received, but we liked that they could handle painting + dry rot repairs in house. I'm glad we went with them. They are extremely responsive via email, which was our primary form of communication throughout, and were professional throughout the process. Their crew treated our property well, and, importantly, our neighbors' for those times when they had to head next door to support a ladder. The work was high quality, the communications were excellent, and they didn't hesitate to come back and clean up just a couple small issues once the project was over. Would recommend them any day!

They did a great job with most of the work. It was very easy to set up the work. They had a great price, they're licensed and insured. The workers were very friendly, and they worked really hard to get things done well. There are a few spots on the trim that aren't quite right, and it looks like a few small places weren't caulked well. However, I'm really happy with the work.

We have used them before and they have always been great, their pricing is lower them most and their quality is well above!

Absolutely top notch professionalism and a beautiful job. From the estimator, to the office personnel, to the foreman on the job, and the crew, all were extremely responsive, professional and very detailed oriented.

The job did to finish. Happy with the initial estimate and bid. This was in June. They came and pressure washed the area but I could never get them to come out and finish the job. Poor communication and follow through.

Lowest bid, so I wasn't expecting superior results, but boy was I wrong. They did an EXCELLENT job painting my house and didn't cut corners on anything. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Best bid, and the results were WAY beyond my expectations for the price. The crew did an amazing job with great attention to detail - they even painted the trim of the crawl space access point which really can't be seen. The house hadn't been painted in 20 years+ and there was peeling paint, embedded ivy roots and some weird grout thing around the windows...and they fixed everything to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The crew was courteous and professional and checked in with me when they had questions. Plus, communication with the company was a breeze - prompt and no-nonsense responses to my many inquiries.

First we had to decide to either repair the deteriorated rafter tails, or cut them off. Emrush came out with one of his guys and we discussed options. We ended up cutting them off. The crew was hard-working, through and professional. All the work went well, they stuck to their estimate and we'd recommend NW Complete Contracting to anyone!

I shopped 6 different contractors for bids. Emrush came out on time and walked the project with me and gave me a written bid that was not the lowest but his demeanor and professionalism made the minor difference in price acceptable. His team of painters and his offices staff made our experience to be fantastic and highly recommended. Our neighbors in the cul-de-sac all commented how friendly the crew was and how courteous and clean they were. They protected the neighbors vehicles from any overspray as well as their homes. They started each day on time and worked all day till it was done. This job took 5 full days and did superior workmanship! Their attitude is "old school"... do it right the first time!!!!!! WELL DONE!!!

Went well. Only change would have been to build the cap with the seam facing the roof so it would not be visibke

They did a fine job. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded where needed and in general did a really good prep job. They used very good quality paint, sprayed and back brushed and the whole place looks great. I'm very pleased so far. I think it was expensive but it's been a long time since the house was painted, so I don't think it was unreasonable. They were priced right in the middle of the estimates I got.

They were punctual and repaired necessary areas as well as painting. They had to come back to paint some missed areas and to fix an incomplete fix.

Let's be honest here. These guys are fantastic. I had a leak around my gutter near my entry door which had rotted all the shingles, the fascia board, and the shingles below our entry deck. I had called several people on angies list to check this out. The earliest someone was available was sometime in January. Larry Haight roofing came to look at it, and decided there was too much carpentry and not enough roof repair. The gutter guys called but they only handle the gutters. I had another roofing guy come out but he did not think the job was for him. I had used Northwest Complete Contracting for previous interior and exterior painting and they did a great job. I called them and they were out here in 2 days to look at at the job. They completed it in 3 days with 2 guys. They are so friendly, helpful, and competent. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend them for painting and other repairs and plan to use them in the future.

The painting crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time as promised and worked 7 days straight to finish the job on time. I was very impressed with the care they took in both the prep work and the painting. Also, the crew was really great to work with and were very responsive and took great pride in their work. There were no issues at the walkthrough since they did the job with much attention to detail and the house looks fantastic. They even replaced a few shingles on our roof at no charge. Finally, they were really nice to our dog who liked hanging around outside with them during the work. I would certainly hire them again.

The team was prompt and responsive. We had a LOT of scraping and priming needed due to the age of the previous paint job. They did a very competent and thorough job. They were here exactly when they said they would be, they kept all their items neat and covered at the end of each day, and the workers were diligent, courteous and focused. While there was not very much communication, they were timely about what was necessary. They did check in with us during the project, and made sure that any decisions that were needed along the way were brought up to us and handled in a proactive manner. We chose to add a couple of items to their scope beyond what was originally bid, and they got those things done within the same time period. Those add ons were also at a reasonable added cost that we approved. We are very happy with the quality of the job they did, and we found them quite easy to work with. We felt like the price was fair for the work. Given the quality of their work, we intend to hire them for additional projects!

I couldn't be happier with the job that the Northwest Complete Contracting team did!! I hired them to paint the exterior of my home and the results are fantastic. Working with Emrush Halili, the Senior Project Manager, made me comfortable from the start. He knows what he's doing and he's good at following up and following through. Every time I called him with a question, if he didn't answer the phone right then, I would receive a call right back. The team of workers are some of the hardest working men I've ever met and they pay attention to the work they are doing. They showed up early and worked very hard and payed attention to the details of what they were doing - which is the most important thing to me. As far as the cost goes, I bid this job out to 4 different vendors and the price they offered was significantly lower than the 4 other vendors I had bid the job - all were from Angie's List as well. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job, especially at the price I paid. Would I use them again? I already have. Great job, Northwest Complete Contracting and THANK YOU!!!

It was an awesome experience with Emrush. He and his team were punctual, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They provided sound advice to areas I was concerned with. They ensured their area of work was cleaned up at the end of each day. I waited approximately a year before writing this review to judge quality and my home still looks outstanding. I highly recommend others to use this fantastic team.

It went very well. The men worked on the deck and later on the inside painting. Everything appears to be beautifully done. we are grateful for their skills and professionalism.

They did very well. The staffs were very good. They were always on time and they left the area clean.

We would love to be able to tell you how it went but they didn't bother to show up. When no one arrived an hour past our scheduled appointment we called for an update. The person who answered the phone said they would try to find out what was going on and give us a call back. After another 20 minute wait and still no call from anyone and no one showed up we decided to cancel the appointment. Very disappointed. We would never give this provider another try after this terrible first impression of their customer service.

It was a delight to work with Northwest Complete Contracting. Coming towards the end of the season, we had been declined by several other organizations. This firm was willing to work with us until the weather was acceptable and the job had been completed. The price was reasonable. Staff was timely and friendly while still accommodating any issues we encountered. The painting was finished on schedule with no surprises. We would not only recommend them, but also are considering how soon to have them bid on our interior painting work.

Emrush was punctual and provided a written estimate the next day. We scheduled a date and time for the painting to be completed and two painters were punctually at our site when scheduled. They primed the garage and then painted it with two coats of the color we had chosen. They were courteous, professional and very charming. I like efficient, responsible people. I'd hire these guys again if I needed more painting done.
