Description of Work: Nw provided excellent service. They were very thorough, and diligent, and did a very good job of painting my exterior two story home.

Description of Work: Everything about our experience with NW Complete Contracting was top notch. The bid estimate was put together in a professional way and came in slightly below what we had expected. The guys did high quality work all the way from the prep work through the trim and touch up. They were also great at keeping things organized when they left at the end of each day and were very careful not to get paint on the plants and pavement. Double thumbs up all the way around.

Description of Work: They came out to give an estimate for a stucco repair on my home and told me that I needed to have my foundation repaired and that they wouldn't do the job because of that. I had just hired another company to repair my foundation and knew that wasn't the case. I even called the other company and had them come back out to confirm that it was repaired. This company still refused to do my stucco repair. I am not very pleased with their customer service.

Description of Work: Exterior paint of my 1800sqft home. Customer service was acceptable but there were a few issues. First, if I hadn't been home, they likely would've pressure washed my neighbors house. I would think getting the correct house would be step one of any contractors responsibility. Also, they took 4 days longer than anticipated. They did work over the weekend but it would've been nice to have the project done in the quoted time. | |Quality-wise, I couldn't be happier. Good prep work and clean lines throughout the exterior all contribute to a pleasing look. I've received many comments on the outcome. All in all, I'm pleased.

Description of Work: I need my home office painted, while I was still working in it. The two gentlemen introduced themselves, set up some edging protection, (I supplied the paint), and had the entire 400 s.f. room done in less than 3 hrs including clean-up. GREAT service, will use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon to have one room painted. The deal specified only one color, no trim. I called the firm to inquire about the cost of adding ceiling and trim in a second color; they could not give even a rough estimate of the cost, although I gave dimensions and specifics and told them that I already had the paint. The person to whom I spoke was hurried, and gave the impression that this job was not the kind of work they prefer. I was told they were unable to come out to do an estimate, and I should call back later. When I called back in two weeks, I was told the entire staff and crew were in Oregon for a job and would not be back for at least a month. They promised to call back when they returned, to schedule a visit. I have never heard back from them. The coupon has expired and I do not intend to use this company in the future.

Description of Work: "Better late than never " Painted our remodeled Kitchen and did an excellent job and came back to "touch-up" after the cabinets and counter top was put in.

Description of Work: 1500 square foot home, 8 inch cedar siding, removed old paint, sometimes 5 or 6 coats on the older part of the house, spot prime and air spray, paint two colors. Includes downspouts main color and gutters trim color. Performed what is required on their, contract which is easy to understand. I had already pressure washed the house and did some of the scraping in the south side.
