Outstanding. This is a very professional company. Emrush returns calls and shows up when he says he will. He made excellent suggestions regarding paint brands and trim color. The crew were very easy to work with and accomodated me with every request or question. The house was painted during the week of record setting hot weather so they started very early in the morning so they would not be painting in temperatures that exceeded the manufacturer's recommendations. The house looks great. I got three bids before hiring this company and the amount I paid was very reasonable. The price was higher than the original estimate only because I later changed my choice of paint to a more expensive product and we also discovered the problem with the window trim and the extra work needed to fix it.

Overall it went well. Emrush was accommodating to my schedule in order to come out and give estimates on two occasions. His team was done in a week. He then did a walk-through with us and fixed any last touches that needed to be addressed. It was done on time and very good quality of work.

We are very pleased with the job. The guys on site were great and very responsive to questions and suggestions, Emrush was very responsive to calls, came and checked the job several times, etc. Price was very competitive with other bids and included (unprompted) all the procedures necessary to do a good paint job (prep, back brushing both primer and paint, two coats paint, etc.). Some bids did not include this... Work was completed on time and high quality and the neighbors are certainly glad it's finally painted!

The work went well. The only issue was getting more of the detail on paper connected to the actual painting work. It worked out in the end but there were a couple of bumps. The siding portion went well.

I used this company because of the ratings on Angie's list and they delivered just as promised. I needed some siding repaired and quite a bit of caulking done so I wanted a company that would pay attention to the prep work. I received several estimates and Emrush's was on the high side but he wrote out in detail what they would do and I had more confidence that his company would pay attention to the details. The paint job is beautiful and I am very happy.

I got the name of this contractor from Angie's List and contacted them. I talked with Emrush and we agreed on a time for him to come by and provide an estimate. He showed up exactly as promised. We discussed the work to be done and he also provided me with some information on various paints, coverage capability, warranties, etc. After reviewing his estimate and some others, we decided to go with this company. Emrush gave us a date when the work would begin and his company stuck to that date. The workers showed up on time each day and were very professional in what they did. When they finished, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. In fact, except for a newly painted house, it was like they were never here! We were most pleased with the finished product.

The contractor was on time, and had showed up exactly when he said he would. He had told me that he would start the work in the middle of June, and he did just that. The crew was very good too, and would fix things that I?d point out to them. They had showed up everyday at exactly the time that they had said they would. It was a great experience overall, and I would use them again.

The whole experience working with Emrush and Northwest Complete Painting went exceptionally well. It took two days after my first call and leaving a message until I heard back initially, but when I did, Emrush was apologetic. Although it was already late June and the weather was good, Emrush offered to come over on a Sunday to look over the deck and provide an estimate. He paid close attention to detail and communicated well. He was able to arrange to come and start prepping the deck in just a few days, and was able to start painting the deck within a week. Although we were out of town when the painting occurred, they did a great job. They didn't miss any of the details I had given them up front. Since we had an active Robin nest underneath the deck, we had asked them to try not to disturb it and they managed to keep it undisturbed throughout the project. The quality of the paint used and the job they did was great and when we got back from our trip there was virtually no sign of them having been there -- except for a newly painted deck. I would absolutely recommend these guys and use them again in a heartbeat.

Emrush did a very professional bid, walking me through the options to ensure we had an understanding about how things would turn out. With the age of the house and the poor quality of the prior paint jobs, getting a glossy smoothness on all of the trim would have taken months of work and tens of thousands of dollars. I explained that I could live with a little character in my windows, but that I wanted high quality paint and application. I really liked the time he put into matching expectations, as other painters I got bids from seemed to have only one way of doing their work. Emrush and team showed up on time for the job, and completed it pretty much as quickly as time and nature allowed. There were no delays or mysterious disappearances; it was professional throughout. Much of the time was taken in doing the prep work. They took care of many small repairs and detail items along the way, and the quality of the trim paint they used is amazing - it looks like poured chocolate! I'm pretty amazed at how good it looks. This is the third house exterior I've had painted (including one that was 30 years older than this house), but this one had far and away the biggest impact. It wasn't an easy job, considering the decay in the old paint and the heights involved, but Emrush and team did absolutely fantastic work.

When I e-mailed about an estimate Emrush called right back and we set a time to look at the house. He was punctual and explained that good preparation was the key to a great looking and long lasting paint job. We scheduled a date; the crew started on time, they were hard working and very meticulous with the prep work, at the end of each day everything was picked up and neatly stored. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and how nice our home looks. I would highly recommend Emrush and his crew.

We couldn't be any happier for what Northwest Complete Contracting did for us. Emrush is a honest, passionate, detail oriented and hard working person who goes far to satisfy his customers. He came out to our house everyday to check up on his crew and he also did painting himself. His crew was friendly and very hard working. They had to do a lot of prep work because the old paint was failing. We paid more than the estimate only because we discovered that some sidings had to be replaced. When we came across problems like that, Emrush was there to guide us to best solutions. The house looks so good now, we're getting compliments from neighbors and friends everyday! Emrush was prompt in arriving to give an estimate which was very clear as to what work would be performed and the cost. He and his crewman completed the job in an efficient and timely manner very much to my satisfaction.

I had a very specific time frame in which I wanted this work completed (wanted the house painted the week we were on vacation) and Emrush was able to fit us into his schedule and completed the job on time. His quote was right on (I had quotes from 2 other painters, all within $400 of each other). He offered suggestions on trim painting, design, etc. that I went with and the results were great. I felt comfortable that he understood the job and could do the work without me being there (I was across the country while the work was performed!). Very comfortable with having him and his crew in my house. He came back and completed some (very minor) fixes I wanted. The whole process was smooth and fast I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

My previous contractor sucked. They lied about what they did (i.e. meaning that I would walk into an apartment and the work was not done). So I decided to try a couple more and compare the two. The first one was sloppy and left splatter and dust all over my vanities and appliances. They didn't put back appliances that they pulled out and talked in circles. The second was NW Complete Contractors. And they're reasonable!!!

Unsatisfactory, the job is not finished. It is a breach of contract. The verbal contract stated that the finished work would look like the other masonry work done on the opposite side of the deck. It was to be a 2-day/ 2 man job and the brick that was left over was to be subtracted from my bill of $760.00.

Emerush was who did my work. I really like his professionalism and he did an outstanding job. I would recommend him to anyone. I am going to hire him for additional work in my near future

They were quick and provided us with constant updates. He gave recommendations and I felt he was always looking to help us save money and still get high quality work. When our roofers did a bad job and our porch roof was slanting, Emrush jumped in to help and even fixed our roof. It took him only a few hours and now it is perfect. He is great and a complete pleasure to work with.

Great experience. The areas around the windows needed caulking and there was some scraping of old paint to be done. My house looks so good that I decided to use them for the interior as well. Highly professional job, workers are courteous and left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. Emrush, the owner, knows a lot about paint and helped me choose a good trim color.

Had to have my house painted quickly to have it done before my mother's arrival as she was coming to live with me. Northwest Complete Contracting went out of the way to accommodate my schedule. Owner Emrush Halili knows a great deal about paint, including quality paints, what to avoid, sheen and I was able to change some of my selections to better ones. Company was always responsive and they even did minor repairs to two curio cabinets without extra charge. The prep work, the most important part of a quality paint job, was very professional. Paint lines were sharp and clear, no drips, the place looks great! I am well pleased.

The guns at Northwest Complete Contracting did a great job at painting the outside of my property. The crew was always on time, and cleaned up everything they used before they left. Very professional company, delivering a great product at an even better price. They pressure cleaned the whole area that was going to be painted. They primed the area prior to painting and taped up the surrounding area to avoid painting undesired spots. The finished job was superb, to say the least. The manager showed up a few times during the process to make sure things were going the way they needed to be.

They paid great attention to detail and they amazed me with the straight lines and corners. I thought I was going to have paint in my ceiling but that was not the case at all. I've never seen anyone with such skills. They also did a great job at cleaning up and not making a mess. Now I have a beautiful home ready for family get together. Thanks go to them for doing such a great job.

My experience with Northwest Complete Contracting was phenomenal. They started ripping the old wood off the side of the house. In my mind I was really worried I was going to have a bunch of nails laying everywhere but this was not the case. Minutes after they finished removing ALL of the siding, they picked it all up and even swept the parking area. Honestly I couldn't find a single nail lying around. After finishing the clean up they started installing the new wood. Fast-paced installation and paying great attention to detail. The guys completed the job within the time agreed on and they even help me do some minor stuff around the house free of charge.

We had no complaints on this company. They cleaned up after they were done and the price was very good. They stayed with the dates they gave to get the job done.

We had chosen an unusual concept that involved a 3 color scheme. It was a slightly complicated idea and we needed good communication to ensure the proper color went in the proper place. There were also some tricky parts involving painting some "fake" trim on the bay window. Emrush took the whole thing in stride. He made great suggestions and was very helpful and positive throughout the entire project. His team was prompt, cheerful and courteous. They completed the project in a timely fashion. They took measures to ensure that our project would not inconvenience my neighbors or look unsightly. They replaced a rotted piece of trim without hesitation. They took pride in their work and we all were very pleased with the outcome. We will use them again to paint our home's interior.

Emrush Halili came out the same day I called for an estimate and we immediately agreed on an estimate. He e-mailed the written estimate the next day and he began work a few days later. He and his crew finished the job in the first day. He also painted the outside window trim and door frames for 10 of my neighbors in my townhouse complex in a three day period. He and his crew were focused on doing a quality job, were courteous, and cleaned up afterward. He invoiced us at the estimated amount within a couple of days. Emrush and his crew did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company to do your painting.
