I asked for an estimate on re-siding or top-layer siding tear-off and renovation of clear cedar siding underneath. I received an e-mail stating that Emrush would be out to look at my home (I was out of town) at a specified date. I didn't receive an estimate, so I contacted him again as a reminder, hoping I'd get an estimate. I received an e-mail stating that they were booked for the year and would not be able to do the work.

Emrush and his team did a fantastic job. They were by far the most reasonably priced bid received. Each morning they arrived on-time, and each evening they cleaned-up the worksite before they left. When rain caused them to re-paint an entire section of railing, they did so without pause. Emrush was very flexible with respect ot the original scope of work; adding new side-projects as we went along were reasonably priced and quickly accomodated. No question I will call NWC for my next paint-job.

They were excellent. They were very cautious and made sure I was happy with the work. I plan on using them for more work when I need something done. Their prices were excellent.

If you're looking for someone to paint your house, look no further! This team is outstanding. My story: I had contracted with Angie's list #1 rated painter (not Northwest Complete Contracting, but the company with the most reviews) to do my house after several bids. Unfortunately, the competitor didn't do siding repair. After working through several of the painting company's recommended siding folks, and almost two months of bids/etc. for the siding repair, I still hadn't found someone. I finally elected to simply try to source a painter that did BOTH. Luckily I did. I called Emrush and Northwest Complete Contracting based on Angie's List reviews. He was out lightning quick, gave me a professional estimate on the spot, including the siding work. The bid was very competitive, the paint he used was the #1 rated, and their availability (luckily) was immediate. Within two days, they began work on the project. From start to finish, the crew was first-class. They always showed when they said they would and took great pride in their work. This crew worked HARD! Given the amount of prep they did, I can't imagine another company would have done better. Every night things were cleaned up and my neighbors were very complimentary of the care they took to cover plants/bushes, etc. The crew was very responsive when I asked for things to be changed (e.g. painting trim a different color), and they were always friendly. I definitely feel like I received a great paint job from a very committed group of professionals. I imagine they are going to get very busy, because after my experience, they're the best in town. I'm a pretty tough grader, I've already recommended them to several people!

Emrush arrived promptly at the appointment time to give me an estimate for painting the exterior of our home. His estimate was thoroughly spelled out and he explained our options well. Estimate amount was about $5500.00 for an approximately 2000 sq ft, 2-story home plus deck.

This is the third project that they've done for us and the end result was great as always. Every line is clean and straight and they left no mess behind. We also had an issue matching paint for one of the rooms and Emrush went to multiple paint stores to try and get just the right thing. Once we got that sorted out, it was already early afternoon but their team stayed until nearly 9PM finishing up the job at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

I recommend Emrush and his company, Northwest Complete Contracting, without hesitation. They were what one hopes a painter would be, but didn't dare assume it could work out so good. Bid and general interactions: Emrush was fast and professional with a bid. As we were out of state during the bid period, he sent pictures of the house to demonstrate the level and type of work needed. He set a standard of responsiveness, flexibility, and patience that I kept expecting to end but never did. His bid was the most complete/detailed of the all the bids received. He included in the bid woodwork/light carpentry that others indicated they would sub-contract. The crew was excellent - polite, thoughtful, clean. The house is our old home, but it's currently rented. The tenants both work from home so saw the work continually. They could only sing praises from Emrush and his crew. Prepping: 10 years ago we'd had a horrible horrible horrible painting experience with College Pro Painters, so were particularly sensitive to the amount of prep that needed to be done on this wood shingle and wood slat house. They cut no corners. The quality of the prep work was best summed up by my wife who only half jokingly asked after they'd finished if we should stain the house since there was so much bare wood instead of painting it. Carpentry: I didn't have to detail or go around and point out exactly what needed doing, they just took care of it. Painting: After the amount of prep they did, the painting went on without a hitch. Since the house is a Craftsman, they were patient with our whims about different colors for trim and accents, and just took care of things without any problems. Some final examples of Emrush and the crew: They were at a point just before the warm July 4 weekend that they could plastic the windows and prime. But they didn't want to leave the tenants unable to open windows for the weekend so they delayed priming until after the weekend. Very thoughtful. Another example, as they were close to finished and had spent a number of days there, Emrush got a better sense of the heavy wear on our front porch and stairs due to a large, overhanging, maple tree. He made a special point to go buy an extra heavy-duty paint to put on those areas even though we'd never discussed it nor was the pricier paint included in the bid. The house is from 1921 but looks new. Thanks Emrush, and your crew.

Our house looks great, the painting work was done as agreed without any add-on charges (even though they had to redo a fair amount of work due to weather interrupting the project over the winter) and the time and materials charges for the siding and add-on items were well-documented and competitively priced. I really couldn't be happier with Emrush, Antezan and Byrum. While the project grew into something far beyond our original intent, I feel that we were treated more than fairly (both financially and in the process of dealing with additional work) and the quality of the work is excellent. I recommend Northwest Complete Contracting without hesitation and we will likely be hiring them again in the next couple of years to paint the interior of our home.

We had a great experience with Northwest Complete Contracting. Over the course of one week we had several painters recommended by Angie's List stop by to give us bids on our exterior painting job. We liked Emrush the best and were quite pleased to find out that he gave us the lowest bid for the project. Emrush was happy to accommodate our schedule (needed the work done quickly while renters were out of town) and was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive over e-mail and by telephone. Over the course of the job we had almost daily communication about progress and potential rain delays. His team was very professional and quiet while working on the house. The finished house looks amazing and we have been getting lots of comments from the neighbors about how well it turned out. We won't hesitate to use Emrush and his crew on our own house next year.

I called few painting companies for estimates, and I chose Northwest Complete Contracting. They provided me with an estimate on the side, so I did not have to wait to get a quote. The estimate was very detailed and clear to understand. The estimator was very knowledgeable about the products and the painting process.He explained everything to me to make sure I understand the process. Quickly, we schedule the job a week ahead. They came out to pressure wash my house and then started to do the prep. work and repair the siding. The crew was very friendly and professional. They were very detail oriented which made me very happy. Everyday, they clean up and left the work area spotless. The crew was very careful with my plants and protected everything, that was not being painted. My kids really love their new rooms, they did a very good job. The lines in the room were very straight and clean, which shows me I made the right decision to hire NWCC. If I have any future projects I know now who to call, and I would highly recommend to everybody. This was my best experience I had with contractors. At the end of the project, we schedule a date to walk through the job and I could not find even one thing to tough up. Wonderful job !

I went good overall with a minor quality issue.

We had an estimate for exterior painting on our house. Emrush was very professional and the quote was very reasonable. He answered all my questions. While we did not use them for this job, for future needs I will call them again for another estimate and possible hire.

They did a terrific job overall. Emrush was very easy to talk with on the phone to make arrangements; he gave me several choices of dates and times. He and his work partner arrived exactly when we had agreed. Both men were neat and professional. They moved our furniture (what a bear of a job that was!), and painted the walls and high, coved ceiling of our bedroom with 2 coats of our pre-purchased Zero VOC paint. Our bedroom has French doors and transom windows, so there was a lot of detail to the work. They were meticulous and thorough, making sure that our natural Fir trim was pristine, and our ceiling fan looked like it had just been installed (just dealing with the oddly-installed ceiling fan added 45 minutes to their job). They replaced all wall plates, and were totally cleaned up and done in 4 hours. I offered them coffee, water, and lunch, but they politely refused all of it. In fact, politeness and courtesy are the words I would use to describe their interactions the whole time they were here. They only thing they didn't/couldn't do was move the furniture back because the paint wasn't dry enough when they left. We will definitely hire them again.

I had a few Angie's List exterior painters come out to my house on Saturday morning. The others were all punctual, thorough, and trustworthy. Emrush, from NCP, was the last scheduled to come out (because he called back a few days after the others). Throughout the scheduling process, there were miscommunications and misunderstandings, which I should have known would end up in disappointment, but we finished up with the other painters and waited for Emrush. (We had family in town, so we were anxious to leave the house.) We waited for 15 minutes, and then got a call where Emrush said he was having trouble finding our house, but then he described the house in detail, including the car that was parked in the driveway. I said, "Yes, that is it! Are you here?" to which he asked "Are you home?" So I expected to see him immediately after that. But nothing. So I called back again, and got his voicemail. After another 30 minutes, my husband called him, and he said that he had come to our house...but apparently he didn't knock? We were downstairs, with no radio/tv, and cleaning windows and the house (we haven't moved in yet), so we would have seen him if he walked around the house to look at it and heard if he had knocked. But nothing. Super unprofessional.

They worked quickly and quietly (my neighbors were very impressed by this). Most of the work was done while I was at work myself, but I would come home and love what they did. When we had a misunderstanding about what color I asked them to paint the trim, they went back to the paint store, bought the correct color, and painted over the spot they had previously done. Also, because I was away when they were painting, some of the trim was painted a separate color from what I had expected. Again, they fixed this at no extra cost and were very professional about the entire thing. I would certainly recommend them. They do a great job and they do it for a great price!

The job was estimated within 48 hours of my intitial contact, with a written proposal in-hand within 24 hours of the estimate. We scheduled the work around some unexpectedly nice weather - they completed the work in a single day, a Saturday. The company provided a work team of five individuals - all polite, quiet and competent. While it was all they could do to get the job completed in a single (very long) day, they did it. The work was very well executed. I would use and recommend this contractor as a best in class provider.

It was great from the beginning to the end. The guys came in and went straight to work. They were very quiet, respectful, and professional. I was impressed with all of the work they did as well as how much work they did. The small detailed work was done smoothly. They repaired my roof and I do not have any leak, which makes me very happy. The crew had years of experience and knew more about paint then I knew before! I would hire these guys again and would never under estimate how much work goes in to what they do. The whole project was the money worth.

I was impressed by the service this company provides. The bid was very reasonable and they were able to start at time I needed it. The crew showed up every day on time and was very professional and nice. They cleaned up everything thing after their service, and worked very detail oriented. We asked for a couple minor changes to the original estimate which they were able to easily accommodate. The work was completed at the time we expected and we got exactly what we had hoped for. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend the company to others.

From the beginning to the end everything went very well. All in the neighborhood has been asking about our house and said it looks very nice. The price was good, they were on time, did very detailed work, very good communication during the work, and they were very professional. We are happy with the result and we got more than we were expecting.

They had two separate crews. One started by prepping the interior of the house. They scrapped any loose paint, filled all cracks and pin holes and primed over those areas prior to painting. After caulking around door jams and window sills they masked and began to apply the first layer of paint. The second crew worked around the exterior of the house. They started my removing the loose shingles on the roof and the old gutter runs. After all repairs were done to the roof they began to lay down the new roof shingles and the replacement gutter runs. They worked very efficiently and did not disturb any of our neighbors. The entire project was completed in two weeks. NWCC removed all debris from the property and we are truly satisfied with their performance. I would highly recommend this company to others.

After reviewing 3 different companies? bids, I decided to go with NWCC. They arrived on schedule and completed the project within the agreed time. The workers were very efficient, respectful and organized. They all knew what to do and moved from one completed task to the next. The bid I was provided was very detailed, covering most of my concerns. They answered all of my additional questions promptly and even educated me on the materials they were going to use. Emrush was very resourceful and patient with us. Even though they did not have the lowest bid I am very happy I decided to go with NWCC. The outcome could not have been any better and I highly recommend them to others. We definitely got what we paid for.

They were wonderful. While on the roof they were very quiet. I was very impressed with their work. I would recommend them others.

This is a difficult house to paint with the vertical rough siding and steep roof pitches - they were meticulous and thorough in brushing all areas for even paint application. They also completed the work quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption.
