"Today I had Roy from Hart’s plumbing come by to replace leaking outside hose bib. It had been leaking for the last three weeks. Very pleased with his professional attitude and experience. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the work very quickly. He was helpful giving tips on how to winterize our outdoor faucet. He also helped clear a clogged shower drain. "I requested an HVAC service call quote from G&S Heating through Angi, and received a "deal" via Angi for $129. I chose them partly due to that price. G&S Heating ended up billing me $280, and said that was an old outdated deal and would not honor it. Irresponsible and incredibly poor customer relations. Also, the technician they sent did not seem very knowledgeable or experienced. He said the thermostat reading issue I was having would require another service call and the possible replacement of an expensive circuit board. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I will not be using G&S Heating again."
