Great! Good price, very good service. recommended to our young adult daughter the next week for her plumbing problem.

It was great. They did an extremely good job and were very patient with me which I appreciated. It turned out that they couldn't do the tune up because the toilet needed to be completely replaced. They returned later and insalled a new toilet for me without any problems.

We found the source and eliminated the issue.

Couldn't ask for more! This morning we realized we needed plumbing/ rooting help. At 11:00am I called Go Rooter, by 2:00pm a professional knocked on my door (he could make it even earlier, I wasn't home till then...). He was polite, professional in his demeanor, considerate - and took care of our problem! Everything seems to be working fine now. Final price was lower than initial estimate (which wasn't exaggerated either, in my opinion), so I was positively surprised. As I said - couldn't ask for a better service.

They arrived on time and did a good job. It was not an easy job, but they were quick and efficient. The manager was out on the job and he was great to work with.

I had major issues here and since I totally trust them I used them once again. Unfortunately I did not get the same guy Caesar who always does it for me but the new guy was really nice and young but his price went way up too. I noticed that their prices had gone up like crazy. The new guy is Blaine. The price went way up and I was taken aback with that. I am always happy with their service, it was just great but the price was almost double of what it was the last time. I paid them $500 and the last time it was $124 and the time before that I paid $347. He had to go to the main sewer lines used one of those high powered jets and jetted out to clear the line. That is what they had to do last time too and he also jetted out my bath tub. But that always costs you extra for whatever drain they are going through. For some reason this city seems to have major issues with their sewer lines and it is getting ridiculous. Anyway it backs everything up back into my house and for some reason it went into the bath tub again and Caesar did that the first time he came out. But they are a great company. I think that they always give a call back and you can reach them any time of the day at the office. They are awesome at the office. We have a local plumber here who has been here forever and who is so rude. I can't think of his name and when you call their office you can't even talk to them because they are so absolutely rude. But these guys are super nice, they will come out as fast as they can, and they are a good company. I like them. Price wise they were pretty pricey. Their quality of their work is always good. They are punctual because even before he told me he would here they always call and make sure that you are home.

I really did like them. I thought they were very thoughtful in explaining things and they were also very innovative in coming up with the less expensive solution.

We had remodeled a bathroom and the toilet leaked so the hardwood floor had to be replaced. We wanted to find someone on Angies list to replace the toilet. We purchased a voucher a voucher and this was the first time anyone has ever come to perform work without trying to up-sell. We called, appointment scheduled, toilet installed and we are thrilled it was done right!

The serviceman came to the house to investigate the plumbing leak (toilet continues to run) and indicated that the type of mechanism required special parts from the U.K. for which they could not obtain, thus no work was done.

They showed up on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a toilet installed and had them look at other toilets. The other toilets needed minor things done and he also was able to get all of that accomplished in an hour. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

One of the bathrooms in the house started having an unpleasant odor about 2 weeks ago. I called Go Rooter and inquire about their rate and how they bill. The woman I spoke with on the phone said to me that there was no charge to come to the property, and as far as the billing and rate, the technician would discuss that with me onsite. I pressured her a bit more for rate but she insisted that she didn't have that information and I had to wait for the technician to come by to find out. Two days later, the plumber showed up at my house. I asked him that I didn't like surprise and needed to know what rate and when billing was going to start. The plumber told me that the rate was $178/hour, and the clock would start as soon as he began investigation. The rate was too high for me, so I sent him away but before I did, I said to him that he should bring this up with the owner so that plumbers wouldn't waste time driving to homes only to be sent away when rate was disclosed. He told me that the company was aware of it but they didn't want customers to shy away when rate was disclosed upfront during the phone call, that they were willing to take the chance that customers would proceed with work given the plumber was already onsite. I personally don't care for such practice.

They were very nice. They did the work as stated within the deal. They did a good job.

George came on time and scoped the drain system. After some time he diagnosed the problem, which was that the drain was blocked by a gate post that had been installed. He rerouted the drain around the gate post, which involved digging up the ground around it. He did a good job and it's working well. It took about 7-8 hours. He was very professional and communicated well what he was doing. My only reservation is that the price seems in retrospect to have been a bit high, but I didn't get any other bids and accepted it on the spot.

I had them clean out the bathroom drain and a few other things around my house. Ever since things have been working much better. They were on time and professional and I was very pleased with them.

I called and set up the appointment because my toilet was running (would't automatically shut off). I paid for an adjustment (5 point service) and didn't have the type of toilets that they listed as exceptions. George, the plumber that responded, called to review what was going on and we concluded that I may end up needing new toilet innards and he stopped on the way to make sure he had some. He was on time, polite and worked to try to get it so that my toilet could be adjusted. He had never seen the kind of shut off valve I had in my toilet. In the end it needed a new part. For him to put in the new innards it would have cost me the $79 amount I paid for my coupon plus $178( the hourly charge) which to me is pretty close to the cost of a whole new toilet. George mentioned that I could get the piece to replace what wasn't working for about $8 and I concluded that it made sense for me to replace it myself. George did work to get the part adjusted but it just didn't respond after many attempts. George was great but the cost of replacing the inside of the toilet seemed too high for me. He also took off the handle on a bathtub faucet (in a different bathroom) to help me determine that it isn't leaking. He did not charge extra for that. I think it ended up as very fair and helpful to me but would not have been reasonable to me if I decided to have him replace the insides of my toilet at $259. I will be buying the $8 part and putting it in myself. After watching and and quot;assistingand quot; George, I know how to do it.

An employee called me to set up an appointment. Since the work was going to be done at our rental house 90 miles away from me I asked for them to set it up with our tenant. They called her right away. She explained that she wouldn't be home until 5pm so they worked things around her schedule. The employee they sent was prompt and courteous. The tenant explained the problem and in less than 10 minutes figured out what needed done. He called me to authorize the job and cost. Our tenant was extremely happy with the guy who did the job. I was extremely happy with the quality of the job done, their fast response to the problem and how quickly the problem was solved.

We were satisfied with them. He knew what he was talking about and did good work. He was here for about five hours. He was very pleasant.

He was excellent in his work and courteous. He was very respectful of our property. He did clean up after himself.

Called to get an estimate to fix leaking tub faucet. Randy came that afternoon. He fixed it on the spot. Also replaced internals of two other faucets, installed a new kitchen faucet. Everything works fine. Great service. Great price.

They fulfilled what I needed with the Angie's List coupon. There was no trouble at all and that worked out great. However, there was some further work that was done, which was kind of a follow up on the original problem and I paid the extra. They were great. They made several visits to the house, still utilizing the original coupon and they never charged me anything more. They did everything they could up to speed, so that it was functioning, so that they could actually get in there and do much more cleaning in the drains. The plumber who came out showed me the drains, he did a fiber optic exam with a scope down through the drains and showed me exactly where all the problem was. That part was still under the original coupon. So he did everything, showed me what needed to be done, gave me a bid and encouraged me to look at other plumbers if I wanted to, but I decided not to because I felt like they were being more than reasonable. Nobody wants to pay $1100 but it was a reasonable fee for all the work they did. So I was very happy with the original coupon and I was happy with them. He was here right on the minute. I would definitely refer them.

There was a leak at the back of the washing machine on New Years day. Decided it was a good time to try Angie's list, I subscribed and found this local company. There was a discount coupon that we took advantage off the saving covered the cost of the subscription. I found the price for service and parts was reasonable and would call them again if we have other plumbing needs.
