Ron is an outstanding worker and I hope Go Rooter is proud of him! Ron has a very customer-oriented and professional demeanor. He explained everything that was needed. He showed us the video of our drain also, pointing out joints and original vs repaired parts of the line. The work is excellent and we are 100% satisfied. We had also used Go Rooter two years earlier, also with very good results. We will definitely call on them again and highly recommend them. They are locally owned and there is no hard-sell like you get with the big corporate services.

George came out on time and called before he got here. He looked at the toilet that I had determined was leaking sewer gas (it wasn't leaking water). He explained that at the time we couldn't smell the odor so he couldn't guarantee this would fix the problem. I have notice the odor for quite a while and was confident that this would fix it. He quoted me a reasonable fixed price and told me he could do the work right now our I could check with others and call him back. There is no charge for the estimate. I told him to go ahead, and he got to work. He got the old toiled off and found that the bottom of the toiled had several cracks so it needed to be replaced. We talked about options and I asked him if he could go to to Home Depot with my wife (the decision maker), select a toilet, we pay for it and he haul it back to our house and install it. He said he would have to charge time for all of this and we understood of course. He gave us a fixed price right there on the spot. Long story short, they got the toilet, he installed it and hauled away the old one. We are thrilled with the new toilet and with the understanding, courtesy, advice and patients that George showed and we will definitely use The Plumbing Drain Company - Go Rooter for all our future plumbing needs.

Plumber contacted me first thing in the morning confirming his arrival at the scheduled time. Very friendly and approachable willing to let me watch and learn or at least better understand what was causing the problem of 2 leaky tubs and how he was going to fix it. He had trouble finding one valve as it was original from whenthe house was built in 1977. He accomplished all the work he could minus the shower diverter valve which was not readily available in the normal supply stores. He took this as a personal challenge to find the correct diverter valves. He left the first day leaving one shower operational while he looked high and low to find the needed replacement valves. He came back the next day and had both tub/showers operational within 20 minutes. While he was there I asked and he addressed a leak under the kitchen sink from the dishwasher drain - correcting a poor install from another company.

Plumber was on time, friendly although he loosened garbage disposal and forgot to tighten disposal. I had a flood under sink about a half an hour after he left. When I called him back he returned right away and fixed the problem.

It went great. The plumber was honest, thorough and professional. He did not find any pipe damage. He also did some minor plumbing repair I needed at the time because there wasn't a pipe to fix and I had time to the credit of my and quot;dealand quot;. An interesting note, I called a highly advertised national exterminator company for my ant problem. Their technician tried to convince me that I needed to totally replace my 3400 sq ft footprint's crawl space insulation due to two petrified rats he found in the crawl space. and quot;Due to rat urine and feces which attract other rats.and quot; I called the plumber who had been in the crawl space just days before and asked how much damage he saw while he was checking my pipes. He said about 2 percent of the entire space. Needless to say, I fired the exterminator, who tried to tell me that a journeyman plumber didn't and quot;know insulationand quot;. I was extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

The company did a great job of scheduling the service and the provider arrived on time (early actually), calling in advance to see if they could get started early. He did a great job of getting our projects done, and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any type of plumbing services.

Originally purchased 33 percent off one hour service from Angie's List. Process very smooth. Received a call from them to schedule, serviceman showed up when scheduled. Toilet was installed quickly. I had a replacement sink standing by as I assumed that would take about 1/2 hour like the toilet. I had previously replaced an identical sink myself in about one hour but since the plumber was here thought I would have him do the second one. Work was done very well, although a bit slow. Easy to have the meter run up which is what happened. Suggest not using any plumber on a hourly rate if possible for this reason, bid price only. I would recommend this company though for their good work.

The initial guy was very nice but did not investigate properly the leak in the shower so we required someone to come out a second time to fix the leak. he cut holes in the wall that the second guy did not even look at. Other than that the work was well done.

We had a clogged drain pipe and he unclogged it in about 10 minutes.

The experience with Go Rooter was positive from start to finish and the 33% discount coupon on the first hour was a real plus. The plumber was professional and the work done in a timely manner. The job went so well that by dinner time I had repaired the drywall that was removed and painted the area.

It worked out well. He was a friendly guy. He seemed to know what he was doing and seemed to enjoy his discipline.

I purchased a Big Deal for plumbing services. I described to Randy the symptoms of the toilets - frequent backing up but eventually draining with plunging. He insisted that replacing the fill valve and flapper would solve the problem without considering any other possibilities. He was efficient and neat and it didn't take long. Unfortunately, it didn't solve my problem although it backs up less frequently. Since I anticipated a bigger job, I actually did not get a and quot;Big Dealand quot; out of the Angie's List coupon since it only covered labor.

My experience with The Plumbing and Drain Company - Go Rooter went well. A worker came in and took a look. It was not a work he could have completed on his own, so he directed me to somebody else. The Angie's List coupon was $130.00 and he charged me $20.00 more for taxes. I had a leak in a part of my dry wall and I thought it was a plumbing issue but he said it was not.

Randy came out and he was great! He informed us about the Angies List discount which saved money. He repaired it quickly and prevented the need for ripping out tiles. Very nice guy and experienced. I would hire them again for sure!

Went very well. Ken came and did a quick inspection and gave an estimate to replace the broken pipe, included some cost-effective options such as including adding a cleanout for better access/maintenance. After checking references accepted Ken's bid and he performed the task promptly on the agreed date. Price was as estimated. Overall service was great, with a B (Good) for responsiveness as I did not get official confirmation on the work date from the Go Rooter office until I called back.

Punctual and professional. Fairly expensive but still less than another quote from a well-reviewed plumbing company and willing to provide a free on-site estimate before starting. Pleased with the work.

The fellow was nice enough to come out on a Saturday morning. However, he told me, very honestly, that I would be better off hiring someone else to find the leak I had in my sprinkler system.

First of all, I'll say that I called and made an appointment and later was called back to say that I wasn't in their service area. The gentleman was very apologetic and offered to come out to my house anyways, but said that because of the distance, he had to push the appointment time out another day. He was a little later than he said he would be because he got stuck in I-405 traffic, but he called me when he realized how bad traffic was to let me know that he was going to be a little late. I understand how unpredictable traffic can be sometimes, so I don't hold it against them, but I had to give a and quot;Band quot; on punctuality because he didn't make the appointment time. But Go Rooter gets an and quot;Aand quot; for professionalism for calling me ahead of time and making good on their promise to offer me service despite being out of their service area. I gave the price an and quot;Aand quot; because the Big deal price was decent for having a plumber come out for a house call. I think I would lower the score if I had to pay their normal price, but I figured that this review should be based on my personal experience. Quality gets a B - the plumber was very informative and gave me good and helpful information, but I felt like it would have been nice if he had come with more supplies to allow him to do some basic work rather than saying I'd have to order parts and then schedule another appointment. Overall, I'd say the experience deserves a B+, but since there is no middle rankings between letters, I had to give a B.

This went very well. They did a nice job.

Representative (Blaine?) was there right on time. He was very personable and professional. He explained what the problem was, and gave me a couple of options with pricing. After the work was completed, he checked several times to make sure that there were no leaks. He suggested that I wait for a day or two to move the cabinet contents back in just to be sure. (I did wait, and so far no leaks!) The sink is draining better than it has since I bought the house. I also had a dishwasher that wasn't draining, and once he verified that it wasn't the plumbing, he referred me to a dishwasher repairman. He also told me about several possible causes and what the repairs typically entailed (and whether it was worth it to repair vs. buy new depending on the problem). Overall, he was extremely helpful with the entire situation, not just the plumbing.

This is the second time we have used The Plumbing and Drain Co. Eric has been great to work with during the process of deciding what to do with sewer pipes that are 50+ years old. Once we discovered that another part of the of the sewer system had collapsed, Eric helped us decided the most cost effective way to handle the situation. Thank you Eirc
