We absolutely loved him. I have never had such a good experience with someone. He was probably the nicest, most considerate and thorough. He was on his way to Seattle, but he dropped everything and came to help us. He was not expensive and he earned every penny of it. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, his name was Caeser Apolotto. Before he left he made sure everything was draining. I just can't say enough nice things about him. He was incredible, awesome and the nicest guy. He was very knowledgeable. He gets an A with a bunch of stars around it. If it was anyone else I think it would have been thousands of dollars. He wore booties in my house and it was running around outside and it was raining and every time he came in he put them back on.

We contacted this company through Angie's List based on the great reviews we read. The entire process was very smooth; we contacted the number on their page, who was dispatch. A technician called me within five minutes to set up a time to come out and inspect our problem (lowest drain in the house was backing up). He was at our place within the hour, cut us a deal to snake the pipe and provided helpful information about the problem.

I purchased the $99 plumbing inspection from Angie's List. Carlos called ahead and showed up on time. He immediately got to work inspecting my plumbing. He did a very thorough job inspecting. What I appreciated was he listened and was responsive to my concerns without ever trying to upsell me. He prioritized my concerns, offered to give estimates when requested, and offered alternative ways of fixing things. At the end of the inspection, he documented the results, offered his card and told me to call him if I have any problems. That was it. There were no unexpected costs or attempts to solicit a maintenance contract. I definitely trust Carlos and this company and I would use them again.

We called the Plumbing and Drain Co. because we thought we had a clog in the main sewer line. We purchased the sewer drain cleaning and video service coupon the same day of service. Randy came out, at our scheduled time, and worked extremely hard to try and remove the problem and even called Eric to help to try and avoid dismantling our deck and removing the concrete slab below. Unfortunately, the problem was right below the deck. Ken and Brian returned the next morning, right on time, and carefully dismantled the deck and jackhammered the concrete and dug down the the broken sewer joint, replaced it and added clean out access. By that evening we were able to use our plumbing again. The next day Eric came out and installed a new toilet and brought a colored camera to evaluated the rest of the sewer line. Once it was determined that there was a large root ball farther down the line, Randy came out and removed all roots from the sewer line. They backfill and cleaned up the work area. Every one of these guys was pleasant to work with and made a difficult, dirty and unexpected expense endurable. They are on my list for any future plumbing needs.

Eric notifed me prior to actual arrival time. He was upbeat, courteous, directly explaining my options. He suggested a lesser service to see if this might adequately repair the problem vs offering more than what might be needed adding to my expense(which I very much appreciated).He climbed under my less than desireable crawl space to access the problem without so much as blinking an eye. He pointed out a coupon I had missed, informed me of warranty on workmanship, and explained how I might recuperate some of my water loss fees. We needed our downstairs toilet properly bolted to the concrete floor because it rocked and leaked, Eric found that the toilet flange had been placed to low in the concrete floor, he roto hammered out some concrete, placed the proper toilet flange parts and now the toilet is completely secure and no longer rocks or leaks!!! Eric is fantastic!!! outstanding work, and clean up, plus He was very informative and fun to talk to :and gt;) our dogs also loved him!! We will hire this company for any future plumbing work, I am a retired engineer and I highly recommend this company. We had the Crew come out again yesterday to do some water line repair, and what can I say, they are great!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company

Wow, what service. I called and the operator took my information and with in minutes I had two guys from the company call me and told me they would be at my place within an hour. Randy fix the issue and was in and out in no time at all.

It was easy to schedule a time that was soon and that was convenient for me. The plumber was on the late end of the time window given due to unusual traffic, but he stayed in touch and let me know where he was an when to expect him. Once he arrived, he cleared the drain in 5 minutes. I will definitely use The Plumbing and Drain Company again.

This was a response to an Angie's List Big Deal. The company was very responsive and was able to schedule within a week of my call (not always true with many Big Deal offerrers). They gave me a two-hour window and showed up about 30 minutes into that window, with a heads-up call 20 minutes out.Work was done quickly, professsionally and the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our sewer had been giving us recurring problems, which required me to snake it out every couple of years. The technician showed me two places where roots had gotten into the line, located the exact spots using the head of the TV probe and a metal detector, then was able to tell me exactly how deep the line was at that location. We marked the locations on the surface. He said that the root incursions were and quot;not too badand quot; and that I should just keep doing what I had been doing. He said eventually that will no longer work, and I should call him at that time--but that it might be years away. He did not try to sell me services that I didn't need, and I thought this service was easily worth the money that I paid. In fact, it would have been good value at the non-discounted price.

I got tired of people I paid to work on my house not doing good work for a good price. After my main sewage pipe backed up on Christmas Eve spewing raw sewage all over my downstairs I decided to sign up for Angie's list. The Plumbing and Drain company was towards the top of the list. They were the first ones I called that weren't going to charge me double for coming out the day after Christmas. Randy (I believe that was his name) showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the issue within a few minutes. Even before the discount I got from being on Angie's list I thought the price was more than fair. Of course that may because I'm used to dealing with Flohawks (never ever use flohawks unless you like paying 3 times as much as you need to). Randy was very professional and even though I gave him plenty of opportunities to sell me on some unnecessary preventive plan he said it wasn't worth it. He even let me know with the right tools I could have probably solved the issue myself. Next time I have an issue with plumbing this will definitely be the company I call.

I haven't had the service yet, but the experience has been good so far. I bought a $99 coupon. I changed one schedule and then changed another one as well, but they are very flexible and very nice. They are going to be working next week. I've got the keys, but the water has been turned off so I had to reschedule again. They were already on their way and I called them and told them that the water hadn't been turned on yet. They were so nice and asked me to call them when the water was turned on. I'm going to call them again in the next few days. Their price on the big deal is very good. They are very responsive.

Cleaning the sewer lines at our residence has become an almost annual event with the roots from nearby trees growing and blocking the sewer line. This was our first experience with this Company and it was definitely positive. Doing business with THE PLUMBING AND DRAIN CO. was a pleasure from the moment I called to set an appointment. to completion of the job. The service guy, Randy, called prior to arrival, was prompt, courteous, very professional ,and had the proper tools to complete the job. He located and removed a partial blockage of the line, which then ran free. We will definitely use this company for all our plumbing and draIn needs in the future.

I recalled receiving the and quot;Big Dealand quot; through Angie's List a day before, so I thought I'd give this company a shot to make the repairs. These guys are not only professionals, but the experience I had from setting the appointment to meeting the repair guys was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for better service and to top it off, to deal with knowledgeable plumber was a definite plus! Right when Eric and another crew arrived, they immediately asked what the issues were. After explaining what had happened, these guys went to work immediately and utilized the auger/snake to fix the problem. In the end, they stuck a camera down in the line to assess the problem area... Needless to say, we had root issues and there's a good possibility that we may have to go through this again :-( In the end, I was very pleased with the overall service and their professionalism throughout the entire process. These guys were in and out within the hour. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for sure!

I bought the Big Deal this company offered to service three toilets in my house. Once I made the purchase, I was contacted almost immediately by the company to schedule the appointment and was able to get the exact date I needed. Randy came out to service the toilets and was very professional and polite. A couple of the toilets didn't need the part that was included in the special so Randy swapped out another piece that he thought would be more beneficial. A few days later one of the toilets had a problem with sporadic running so they came out again and replaced a part that was old and causing the problem. Both Randy and Eric came out separately and promptly; each were great and gave me some helpful tips as well. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for two toilet tune-ups. It was easy to make an appointment and the company actually called me immediately after I purchased the deal to schedule an appointment. Eric came right on time and was courteous and professional, even getting along with our dog. He inspected the toilets, went out to purchase a part not available in his truck, and returned to fix everything. Both toilets and the sink all work perfectly now. Eric also took a look at a few other issues I had which would require extensive work (replacing galvanized pipes) and gave me ballpark estimates of the time and expense all that would take. I would definitely call Eric and The Plumbing and Drain Co. again. And this company will be at the top of my list of places to call for estimates on any large jobs.
