Description of Work: I don't recall date/cost. Tech checked the toilet, did no work, said all was ok. I guess I got what I paid for, simply a 5 point toilet check.

Description of Work: Sewer system backed up Tuesday evening.Called this company Wednesday morning.I was scheduled for afternoon between 2 and 4. Tech called when he was on his way.Showed him where the problem was and of course it wasn't doing it anymore.Since he was here I asked him to still run a snake to clear pipes.He was very neat and professional. Cleaned up his area after finished.total cost 410.00. Also the receptionist on the phone was very professional and helpful. Will use this company again.

Description of Work: Asked for repair of outside faucets: Repair person suggested increasing water pressure, then tightened nuts on two faucets. Third needed repair but he had no parts--was going to charge approx $100 an hour to go to Home Depot. Came back next day instead, fixed faucet, but a leak resulted when water turned back on. Oops. $465 more, but couldn't fix it that day. Company sent out a rep who talked down to me...called me "dear," told me how much plumbing costs, and offered to take $100.00 off the price----stormed out when I said no. I have a leak, but would not hire this company under any circumstances.

Description of Work: We had been treating the clog with chemicals, and when it would not drain after the 3rd time, were resigned to seek help. The plumber came and ran the tap and the clog was gone. Guess the third time was the charm. He generously did not charge us for his time! Will definitely use them again!!

Description of Work: The tech arrived on time to clean a totally plugged driveway drain, obstructed by roots and dirt, a very difficult and challenging clean due to location and material. his persistance and experience paid off and the drain was successfully cleaned. He then cleaned the side sewer, which was really just preventative maintenance. Tech was thorough and would definitely use again.

Description of Work: I am sorry but I don't remember what we spend nor the date of service, but my husband and I both agree they did a wonderful job, Not only did they fix the faucet in the tub which was leaking and we had tried to do it ourselves, but he was able to use existing parts which saved us some money. We would definitely call on this group again!

Description of Work: Have been in the house for a year and had Ken out to run his camera/snake through my downspout to see where the rain water was going. Found a separated pipe and and the discharge location. Well worth the money to stop water from going into the craw space.

Description of Work: We purchased a coupon on angies list and it was awesome! This complany came out right away and completed the job within the hours of the coupon. AND it only cost 125.00. We got another quote from a pumper to do the same job and was told it would be about 500.00. THX!

Description of Work: My driveway slopes down towards my garage. There is a shallow gulley just in front of the garage to displace rainwater towards a drain. The drain opening would often silt up and I would clean it out regularly. However, I was concerned that the piping beyond the darin opening might be susceptible to blockage. I saw an Angies Deal offering drain checking and cleaning. I purchased the deal and contacted the company and was able to make a service appointment for the following Saturday. The service guy was on time and did a good job, and was able to installa a camera and confirm that the piping was clear all the way to the far opening.
