Description of Work: He came and did a really good professional job of an estimate for chimney repair. He was very thorough and very helpful. He answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: Many small & large upgrades. The work was quality and we were served above & beyond our expectation.

Description of Work: Tear off old roofing and install torch down roof.

Description of Work: My chimney had a leak. I called Joe Adame and he replied quickly. He came out and climbed onto the roof and took pictures. Joe told me that he could not fix it during the rainy winter because the adhesive would not adhere due to the dampness.I so appreciate his honesty, because another company charged me over $500 a year ago to "fix" the flashing around the chimney, but it was during rainy December and the fix didn't hold. So, he wrapped the chimney in plastic to keep more water from getting in. He cleaned all the mildew that had formed on the chimney bricks in my garage. He told me to call him when the weather was dry so he could fix the chimney once and for all. I will be calling him! Oh, and he even did a little painting touch up in my bathroom at no charge!

Description of Work: Joe did several handyman tasks, including painting a laundry room and installing light fixtures. I was very pleased with the quality of his work.
