I had streamline construction hired to do some repairs and maintenance on my roof. The crew was on time, respectful and courteous. Joe was professional and a great communicator throughout the entire project. I was not present during the work, so the photos, explanations, and timeline were very helpful. His bid was fair, not the lowest, but his interactions put me at ease and made me feel they were the right crew for the job. They also kept the worksite clean. The only detractor is the lack of electronic payment options. I would recommend giving them a call if you need if reliability and communication are important to you. A job well done, Joe. Thanks.

Joe is AWESOME. His customer service is amazing, he gets straight to the point, and more than anything, you can trust him. We had water damage on the ceiling of the garage that was coming from the front of our house, on the second story of the home. Joe did a thorough inspection and pinpointed the issue to a gutter/siding issue. He charged me a fair price, and cleaned everything up. We've experienced a few large rainstorms since he fixed it and everythign is bone dry inside. THANK YOU JOE! I will refer my friends and family.

I hired Joe to complete a number of miscellaneous structural fixes for my old house (new to me, but over 100 years old!). Repairs included: - Removal of old, crumbling, non-functional chimney and framing new section of roof in its place - Installation of zinc strips at roof ridge to deter moss growth, rebuild of roof ridge, existing moss removal, replacement of missing (previously-roofed-over) roof vents, and other small roof repairs - Reinforcement, minor rebuilding, and cleaning of neglected gutters - Reinforcement of second floor balcony (placement of two new posts and one lateral support beam) - Repair of two rotting floor joists in home's foundation Joe is a terrific contractor! He is friendly, considerate, and professional. He is passionate about providing the highest quality work! I found that Joe was happy to discuss his process for each type of repair, help me weigh my options, etc. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated his expertise and consultative approach. We will be hiring Joe for projects in the future!

Joe was very responsive and arrived on time to assess the job. However I never received a quote from him so it was a waste of time.

Joe answered my email via phone within a couple hours and came out to the property that day. I had him give me some ideas on a remodel of a smaller home we are thinking of purchasing. We wanted to know our options before placing an offer. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and full of great insight. He charged $75 to come out and it was worth every penny. If we decide to do buy the home or have any future needs we would definitely hire Joe.

Contractor showed up on Thanksgiving weekend to start the project and on the following Monday with a helper to do the T1-11 as it was on the second floor. He was on time ,very professional, and the work appears to have been of highest quality. He pointed out several projects that need to be done next year and suggested that since they would be costly that I get several bids. I thought this was very professional. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I requested a refund from Angie's List. My mistake was not going to the contractor's listing to check on the service area. I purchased the deal based on the information there.

One person came out. We were not aware that if we did not have enough work to do at the time the man came, we could not have him come back another day. We shouldn't have scheduled him to come out very quickly because there was more deck work that could have been done during that time period. The offer was for 8 hours and he was here for approximately 3 hours. He did not clean up after himself when he finished.

It went excellently, we loved it. He was on time, worked very quickly and was always making sure we were getting the most out of our time with him.

The job went very smooth. He arrived on time, sealed and repainted more gaps than I had found. He also went on the roof and resealed around the roof vents. I didn't even think of that, he just went ahead and did it. Now I'm ready for the winter rain! Great Job!

I contacted Joe with a list of various handyman tasks. He made an appointment to survey the list, arrived on time and was professional & easy to talk with. We scheduled for the repairs a couple weeks out, and although I had to make a couple last minute changes, he adapted with ease. He got the entire list finished with a bit of time to spare. I am very pleased and found him capable for problem solving with skill and speed.

Joe gave me an accurate estimate for what he could do within my budget. He did the work agreed-upon in the specified time. I just wish my budget was as big as my project list - I'd have Joe do many more jobs for me!

I emailed them the dates I wanted the services done several times, but they wanted me to call the office and speak to someone which I was happy to do once we had schedule the date through the messaging service. They did not want to do that. I also requested to have one person for 8 hours instead of 2 people for 4 hours. They didn't want to do that either. They stopped responding after a few days of back and forth, so I told them that if they were not going to honor the terms of the Big Deal, then I would ask for a cancellation. They emailed back and said they were too busy.

The painting was very well done and we were pleased with the finished work. He did a thorough clean up and replaced all items that were moved.

They did maintenance work on the house. They replaced fascia boards and painting them. The work was done way up high on the garage, in an area that we couldn't reach. They came and did an absolutely wonderfully job. We liked them so much that we're going to have him come back and do some other things. We highly recommend them!

Let's talk being responsive and taking pride in your work. Joe took our prioritized list and worked efficiently in completing every item on our list and items he saw which needed attention. The quality of the work was outstanding! Streamline Construction (Joe) is a keeper. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY SERVICE BY STREAMLINE CONSTRUCTION!!!!

He was punctual, it was a great process. He really knows his stuff. I'm glad I purchased the deal and got everything scheduled for our October appointment. (They will be doing some carpentry work, installing an entertainment box above our fireplace. They are also going to do some storage in our garage)

Joe was so friendly and professional -- and we felt at every step that he had our best interests at heart. He was honest with us about what parts of the job were essential to do, and which parts would be nice-to-do-but-not-essential, so that we had options to stay within our budget. He was great about bringing us up on the roof and pointing out issues and explaining in terms that we could understand what the root of the problem was, and what he would like to do to fix it. He was creative about finding solutions, but we never felt like he was trying to up-sell us, or cut corners. He even added nice touches, like painting the flashing to match our trim! In short, we would absolutely hire Joe again for any work we need on our house.
