Description of Work: Rob Hanson is the cleanest and most respectful plumber I've encountered in the PNW. He respects the homes he enters and arrives in professionally dry cleaned attire and a wholly professional attitude. He clearly explains the equipment parts that need to be repaired, their shape and function. He makes sure you understand what needs to be done and why before getting your approval. He gave me a very generous discount on a couple items I was getting repaired since I had several things tended to in one service call. He errs on the conservative side, seeking to repair before recommending a replacement. Very professional attitude, courteous, prompt and CLEAN! Rob is training his son, Paul, in the trade, and he's enthusiastic and just as considerate as his father. Rob's wife, Linda, answers the phone and schedules appointments. Her consideration of the needs of their clients takes second place to none. She's enthusiastic to work with your schedule and prompt to return your phone call. They take care of you like family. I'd call them again for all my plumbing queries and I encourage EVERYONE to engage Ron as their consult and plumber. It never hurts to have a true professional take a look at your repair need and get a second opinion before going with another party's repair work. And you might find you'd prefer Ron,-- I certainly know he shined far above the rest and I'm glad I found him. A shining jewel in the sepsis of plumbing...

Description of Work: Had a leaking refrigerator hose replaced. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Price was a little high for the job simplicity but I guess that's the nature of the business. Would have done it myself but the insurance company required a professional repair for the water damage claim. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Description of Work: Rob Hanson, the owner, installed a new Cimeron Kohler Toilet and removed the old toilet. Rob did an excellent job - he is very dedicated. He is the best Plumber that I have ever had in my 34 years of owning my Condominium Unit.

Description of Work: Rooted out, then used a camera, rooted again with a bigger blade, camera again - then treated with Pro Root-X to help keep our old cement drain pipes clean. He puts down a mat and cleans up after himself. Excellent!
