I called and said my bathtub drains real slow and has caused a leak so i ask to have the leak fixed and unclogged so it can drain properly, They charge over $1000 for the work. I called the wife and asked her how bathtub drain and she said they only replace the pipe and did about unclogging the pipe. He told my wife to save money to not called a plumbing service to put enzines in tub for 7 days. If we use them its additional $400 dollars. I couldn’t believe on what I just heard, I called them to have 1 stop and everything fixed but now I have to call back to set up another Appoitment to get this all fixed? I wanted it all done the first time. They took advantage of my wife because he knew he can cut short of the job and charge us more for him to come back. I understand if they wanted to charge another hour for labor but a full price for a truck roll when your already hear is such a joke. Look at the picture they changed 1 pipe out and it cost over $1000 so they took full advantage from my wife.

He is The Best ! ! He is a plumber - not a technician. Been doing it for 30 years. He analyzed the problem, had the parts on his truck, and fixed it. The hole in the wall under the sink had to be enlarged to change the location of the pipe for proper drainage. Cleaned everything up, patched the hole in the wall, checked the piping and water flow, all within a couple of hours. Reasonably priced.

Rude and unpleasant when asked to cover shoes. When showed hot water heater, turned around and walked out with no explanation.

They did an excellent job of communicating, they were reliable, they got to the residence on time. Their work seems to be sufficient. However I truly believe that they take advantage of consumers with their pricing.

Paul and Anthony were very knowledgeable and competent professionals. Immediately upon arrival, they put on “footies” to protect our floors. They quickly assessed the work needing to be done and started the required disassembly of the existing fixtures. After the removal, they proceeded to install the new toilet and faucets. They were meticulous and made needed modifications to the faucet traps to reduce the space needed PVC. They replaced a flawed flex hose installed by a previous plumber and completed all required installations. They left the bathrooms spotless and removed all discarded fixtures from the site. Their cost and labor was very reasonable, and they provided a prompt response. ROOTMAN will be our “go to” plumbing professionals for all future work. Well done, Paul and Anthony!

This business has some really nice people running it. Bob, and his son are great and Linda is always available to pick up the phone. I had them do work for me on a leaky shower drain, and got quoted $500 to hook up a water line. I was put on the schedule, but received a quote for the same quality of work for $284 from a competing plumber.

Bob, and his son showed up on time. They were polite and courteous as guests in my home. They always made sure to wear special feet protection to avoid damage to my floor and carpet. They finished the work quickly and explained all work that was completed. No leaks, so far, since the fix was put in place. I felt that the price was a little high considering the work that was completed thus I gave a C and rated overall a B, but I didn't complain at the time of service because it wouldn't have done any good and it needed to be fixed.

In the process of selling a home I needed to have the existing roots cleared out of the sewer line asap to close the deal. The provide was able to perform the required work the very next day. The gentlemen showed up early and were very professional. They answered all of my questions and took care of business in no time.

I was especially pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of his subject matter, trouble-shooting ability and cleanliness. Even though he lives with dogs, his work uniform was professionally cleaned and fresh daily, so no dog dander was tracked into my pristine home. I cannot emphasize enough how that consideration for his clients, alone, sets him well ahead of the rest of the plumbers I"ve encountered. Rob Hansen is an ultimate professional. I highly recommend his services. He's fair minded and doesn't gouge. He's considerate of his clients' home and arrives in professionally cleaned work uniform.

Bob was friendly, outgoing and explained everything he was doing. It took about an hour and a half of work to get everything working, pipes lined up and fitting where they needed to go.

Robert arrived at the promised time, and was very professional. Explained how he would be replacing the leaking PVC elbow, and did a quality repair. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use them again.

Technician arrived on time and immediately reviewed issue with me. He offered possible solutions, recommending snaking the drain to remove any clog. Working both inside and outside of the home, and even going into the crawl space, he determined that the debris was past the toilet junction and needed a second (longer) snake, which he had available on the truck. Once the clog was removed, he spent time explaining best way to keep the drains running clear His entire service call lasted just under 2 hours. He provided a detailed invoice for the work performed. The technician was extremely professional in manner, pleasant speaking, and non-critical in comments about the drain issue. I felt comfortable having him working inside my home while I was alone.

The hot water faucet in the master bath shower would not turn off. We had another quote done which involved 2-3 times the price and cutting into the tile in the shower and the wall behind it. Rob came in and repaired it from the front and so far, it has worked perfectly and shows no sign of malfunction. The toilets had plugging or running issues. Minor parts were replaced and both are functioning well now. He was prompt and polite and professional. There was a non-urgent problem with an outside bib that he was going to get back to us on regarding repair and available parts but we have not heard from him on that. With this minor exception which I am sure was a simple oversight, we were very pleased with his service and will call him again.

We couldn't have asked for any better service. Robert had great availability to schedule an appointment, he showed up on time, was reasonably priced, and completed great work. He actually came back to our home regarding the same faucet a little later and fixed it free of charge. The faucet simply was sticking a bit. We highly recommend him to others.

Rob arrived earlier than expected, which was great. He was very nice and completed the job in 2 hours, explaining what he was doing the whole time. He also gave us an estimate on replacing our 2 cracks toilets in the future. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others.

Both times they arrived promptly and were curteous and thorough. They gave me a couple of alternatives and tips to keep my drains clean.

Highly Recommend. Forget the Rescue Rooters, Beacon, or any of those huge companies.... a lot of them don't even have the license to do what we ask them to do... they're just drain uncloggers.... and they charge you a pretty penny for it. And for that, I am freakin'!

Overall a good experience. There were some questions about repairs done to the sewer line by previous owner, and he wanted to do a camera view, but I declined due to my current financial situation. Owing to my budget, I was able to get the costs broken down and pass on certain services (like cleaning the sewage from the yard, which I did myself to save $150). I guess I'll know for sure in a few months after more rain, but so far it looks like the problem is fixed. He also solved the mystery of the slowly draining bathtub, which turned out to be a plastic toothpaste cap lodged in the pipe (thanks, previous owner!). We'd been unable to snake the line to get the pipe to drain, and he managed to isolate where the blockage was and remove the object. Considering that the pipe is narrow and has a sharp bend, I was happy to get this solved, and now I don't have to stand in an inch of water when I shower! I would use this provider again, and given the age of the sewer line, there probably will be an "again".
