They came right out and did not cause any problem at all. They came within hours of me calling. They figured out the problem and where the leak was coming from. I have not had any problem since then. Two years ago they had done the roof, cleaned the gutters, and replaced eight shingles at the top of the house. They next two times they came they did not charge us anything at all.

We had an estimator out one week and they were able to schedule the work the next week. Both people were quite professional. Tarps were laid to protect delicate plants and to catch as much debris as possible. Air pressure was used to blow off existing moss off roof. They would have gladly installed screens on second story downspouts had I been astute enough to purchase them in advance. A lot of the debris is caught in the gutters as they work so gutter cleaning is a side benefit of this process. After the visible moss was removed about 50 pounds of "Moss Out" or equivalent powder/granules was applied to both kill the roots and help prevent future growth. It looked a bit like a snow dusting had fallen on our house. The rain will soon take care of that as it activates the anti-moss material. The moss removal process made a mess on the ground, gutters, and uncovered plants. When we saw it all on the ground it was surprising how much moss accumulated on our 8 year old roof. All of this was cleaned up as the final step in their process. On departure there was no sign they had been there except for "snow" on roof which was quickly getting worked in as rain had started. Overall a good experience and we will use them in the future for maintenance moss treatments which hopefully will prevent the need for the more expensive moss removal.

They responded within days to my request to clean the roof following heavy wind storms. I had no discernible damage so I indicated it was not urgent. After the cleaning, they reported to me that the moss treatment they had applied the previous November had apparently not been effective and re-treated the roof at no additional charge. That area of the roof is not visible and I would not have known about the problem had they not told me.

Overall the job went satisfactory. Roof Therapy did reasonable work and it looks good. They are too expensive. If I had to do it over again I would get more bids for the work first.

We noted a leak in our living room and discovered that a raccoon had made a hole in our roof. I contacted the company and said we were planning to replace our roof later that year but needed a temporary repair. Someone came out late in the day but said he had not brought supplies with him. I suggested he use left over wood shakes I had. He said he could do that but not guarantee the repair. The company owner (?) I spoke with, not the repair person, said he would discount the fee to $180 since he was using our own material. I agreed but was not happy the repair person had shown up without supplies when I had told them I had a leak and it was too late to call anyone else out and it was scheduled to rain that night. It probably took the guy 30 minutes at most for the repair. Within 1-2 days the roof was leaking again. I bought a piece of plastic and covered the area myself, and it stood up until we replaced the roof months later. The company owner refused to drop the charge because he said they didn't guarantee it. I said it was unprofessional to show up to fix a leak without the needed supplies, and that there was a reasonable expectation that the repair would last more than 1-2 days. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. They had to contact him 3 times before he finally responded, then just said that they hadn't guaranteed the repair. They subsequently sent me another invoice adding a $25 late fee. Three weeks ago I said I would report him to Angie's List and the attorney general if he continued to charge me, and asked him to reply within 2 weeks. I have not received a response and thus this report.

The job wasn't thorough as there were small patches of moss left on the garage and shed. I was charged for a moss killer that I didn't sign up for and wasn't put on. This was later corrected, but there was a delay with the correction because the owner told me he had been sick.

The gentleman who performed the estimate was punctual and professional. I asked him to check the flashing by the chimney and he did so, reporting that it was in excellent condition and informed me that the chimney needed some mortar repair. The final cost was exactly as quoted in the free estimate.

ROOF THERAPY WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
