I was very happy with the overall experience with Roof therapy. I got a bid and they were able to rush my request so that I could have the roof cleaned right away. They did an excellent job and they also made sure to clean up the area around the house, leaving no mess behind. The price was a bit more on the expensive side compared to other roof cleaners, but I trusted they would do a good job and they did not disappoint me at all.

They came promptly and fixed the problem

As noted above, the work was done the same day. It was explained to us, and the next day a detailed receipt listing the work performed, so we could submit it to the buyer. We were able to cross this item off our list of items to be done before closing. Fabulous company, fabulous service. We highly recommend Roof Therapy.

The roof leaked after the repair and caused damage to the interior. Took Roof Therapy to court and won a judgement in Pierce County District Court against them. Case #6Z902537C. They had to pay back the money I had paid for the re-repair of their supposed repair.. Avoid trouble and stay clear of the sales pitch by this company. The salesman is a mealy mouthed Eddie Haskel type, who might be able to talk the legs off a chair, but the company did defective inferior work on my house. Horrible experience and terrible work. Try Tony's Roofcare instead. They know their craft. They fixed my leak correctly. Tony's business is built around ability to do the job correctly instead of say-anything sales pitch. Roof Therapy has substandard skills and no guarantee, so you have to take them to court to get your money back if they don't do the work correctly. Avoid them at all costs. Look for a company that treats you fairly and stands behind their work.

Zach came the same afternoon I called, went up on the roof, and took a picture of flashing around the skylights, clogged by debris. He offered to fix it for $240. When he came down, however, he had cleaned all 5 of them, and asked if $290 was okay--which it definitely was. I was really happy to find a roofer that just couldn't leave a job half finished. I am happy with the service he provided, and have asked him to do an estimate on power washing the roof, as well as a more permanent fix to the debris buildup around the skylights.

Work was performed to expectations.

The asphalt roof and gutters are completely cleaned. This generates a large quantity of debris. All leaves and needles are scooped up and carried away. The landscape looks perfect.

Eron did a excellent job and cleaned up everything, including the windows. It looks great. The previous moss treatment lasted two years, as they said it would.

Very good communication through the process (they had to shift out a few days due to sicknesses). Very professional and roof looks great. They did a great job of clean-up afterwards which was a concern given past experience from other roofing companies.

We had ongoing challenge finding a leak in our shake roof. Roof Therapy had repaired suspected area, then re did repair at no charge when leak persisted. This visit the tech investigated all gutters, flow of water and found several holes in the roofing that was letting the water in. Quote was provided on the spot, work accomplished within 1 week and leaks are gone! Tech explained everything that had created the leaks/holes and how the repair would be done. Repair done quickly, professionally and the owner followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Based on where the new leaks were found, we learned that water moves in very difficult to track patterns and we are thankful that they took the time to explore outside the expected leak area to find the source of the problem. Tech also installed roof vents in a separate cottage adjacent to the house...great job, Cleaned up all residue on both roof and vent jobs. Tech also discovered that some of our siding/window frames did not have caulking. He actually did some caulking for us and suggested we check on all caulking etc. We did and found installers had not caulked as required...repair done...Thx to RF finding this other non roofing related issue. Owner has been very proactive in follow up and ensuring his company's work/customer service is the BEST !

They were prompt returning my calls and arrived on time. The gentleman cleaned out all the gutters, cleaned the moss on the roof, and applied moss treatment. The quote also included cleaning up debris from the gutters. He left my porch and yard spotless. I believe he swept up more than what came out of the gutters. They were courteous and prompt, and from other quotes I received $500 seemed reasonable for everything. The moss treatment was rather expensive, but I was told it should last several years.

Really good! They repaired my roof. Overall the job went great. They do a good job. I have used them twice now. They come when they say they will and they do a nice job. They also clean up after themselves, the last time they came was last summer and it cost a thousand dollars.

Everything went well. They always go above and beyond cleaning up after themselves - the place is cleaner than when they arrived. I don't remember the cost, but it was not the least expensive.

They did not do a good job on the roof they did not take off the moss on the roof. I paid almost $700, and they did not do the job. I contacted them to complain about this because they came on my property when I was not home. They started the job and my windows were open. The owner sent out his assistant and he admitted they did not do a good job and he said they would come back out and have yet to show up.

This is a very conscientious company, and we will not hesitate to hire them, again.

This company was specifically recommended to me by the company which installed the roof. They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Roof Therapy Inc. do a thorough job. They do it safely. They're very nice people. They use an air blower system to remove pine needles, the moss and whatnot from my roof. They've installed hand holds so they won't fall out. They use ropes around themselves for safety's sake. I like that. I don't worry about them falling off and breaking. They broke one of my floodlights once in error and they went to the hardware store and they bought a replacement lamp and they put it in before they left. I really like that. They clean up all the debris that they blew off the roof. So, overall, my house was better when they left than it was when they came. A lot of times, workers leave a pile of dirt behind them and they go away. These people tidy up after themselves and for that, I am grateful. I've been using them for about three or four years. The same people come out every time.

Appointment made and tech confirmed his ETA and arrived at appointment time. Very courteous and discussed scope of service to ensure he knew what all we needed done. We had some trees removed the week before which created a lot of sawdust / dust on roof and in gutters along with normal dirt/needles which accumulate. Tech did great job of cleaning both and ensured he cleaned lower level windows which had some residue on them. Very hot day, but the tech was thorough and discussed the job with us after he was done. Really excellent customer service as well as quality performance.

They came and gave me an estimate, then they came back when it convenient for us and took care of cleaning our gutters, cleaning our roof. He then came back and repaired the roof and put on the moss control.

The job was done well, quickly, and professionally. I cannot stress enough the quality of the worker. He cleaned up after himself, all the stuff from our gutter work, and then swept off the dead leaves, etc., from our large back deck as well. He left with our property, not just the roof, looking better and cleaner. His repair extended the life of the gutters for us.

They were a professional company and were just fine. I wasn’t here to see it and it has been a crappy weather so I haven’t actually looked at the roof. They might have been a little expensive but they were right on task, they gave me the bid, followed up with me, called me, and asked me whether I want the job done or not. They were very professional.

The man showed up with the materials to do the job, Installed the tie-off, did all the reroofing and then left within an hour. There have been no leaks or other concerns in the roof. A job well done. The service was great. The price was very reasonable. I was very happy and I could work safely on my roof. Thanks, Roof Therapy.
