I LOVE MOSS COMPANY! When we got to Eric, we had already gone through 3 other door contractors (home depot, lowes, and lowes again). All the prior contractors came in to measure our front door and we never heard from them again. We are new the area so we didn't have many recommendations to go by, but I came across Eric's company online and read the reviews, called and hoped he would give us the same type of service as described from others. He did not disappoint! He was so attentive to us (most of our other contractors only spoke to us for 3 mins), looked over our door situation, described what type of services we'd be needing, and was honest about his prices. His team that came in to put our front door was awesome, cleaned up after, and did an amazing job with the door setup. Wendy (who handles the admin) is so persistent, friendly, and clear with communicating about the order and payment process. My partner and I are so happy with the service and so grateful to have found Moss Company! The front door really made my day - we are new homeowners and it's been so hard to find good contractors. I strongly recommend Moss Company as someone you can rely in the longer term as a homeowner :) Thanks so much guys!

After talking to Eric, the owner, when he came to do my estimate, I instantly got the sense that he truly knew what he was doing and that he cares about the quality and is very knowledgeable in his field. Compared the others who came by, he impressed me with his honestly and knowledge. Once I decided to go with his company, I worked with his job coordinator, Wendy, to get the job set up. So after a little delay due to the supply chain issues, Moss Door came out and knocked out the job in a day, installing 3 new exterior doors and one interior door. Every door was expertly replaced. My only complaint would have been that the cleanup was not initially completed as the guys missed the cleanup of one stack of debris at one door and the pile of sawdust in the driveway. Also, for one door, the deadbolt was jamming slightly and needed a final adjustment. That said, the fact that Eric came back as soon as he could a day or two later, to finish cleaning up the items his team missed and also adjusted the door so the deadbolt no longer jammed was very much appreciated. And working with Wendy to coordinate the job and also when I needed someone to contact to have someone come out to fix the minor cleanup issue and make that little adjustment to the door, was a breeze. I highly appreciate the workmanship and effort of Eric and his team. I would certainly call them again and would recommend them to anyone. There are lots of guys out there claiming to be handymen that could potentially save you money, but they will NOT do the quality of door work that Moss Door will provide.

Good woorkmanship

I highly recommend this company. They are so professional, superior work, and meticulous cleanup. We had a new door installed with a triple lock system, it is a great door and installation was perfect. We also had another door fixed and now the air doesn’t blow underneath the door.

If you need interior doors, look no further! Moss Door company replaced one of our exterior doors and did some work on another to make it more weather proof. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service was superb. I highly recommend them!

Eric is not the cheapest door guy in town but we have had experience with those who charged less and were not happy with the results. Eric charges a fair price but you get your money's worth. He has been in the door business since he was a teenager and has worked for a door manufacturer so he knows doors from the lumber on up. He and his right hand man, Jake, are a pleasure to have in the house and their customer service is exemplary. I recommend Moss Door Company without reservation.

Moss was able to accommodate a rush on my install. I am very happy with their customer service and their work. Will be calling them again for future work.

Eric helped me replace only what was actually needed. All the other companies I contacted had their job bid with the entire frame. Mine did not need it though. Also he has the connections to get this door painted and at a very reasonable cost!. He is the one to hire and do the job and done right and will replace only what is needed ... or customers requirements.

Very professional from start to finish

I would not hire unless you have them measure AND purchase your door through them. All issues were attributed to the fact that I did not purchase my door with them even though he came out, measured, and was given all information about door size that he asked for. If you have anything unexpected related to your door opening - he is not able to overcome it. Sloppy finish work and was not willing to come fix without complaining. Door is plumb and level, but overall disappointed in the final product.
