Moss Door Company provided exceptional service starting with the initial phone call to scheduling time to come review my needs to providing solid solutions to completion of the work. Eric, Wendy and Bran were fantastic to work with. I had 3 doors that needed adjusting and one door that needed the clear glass replaced with etched glass. The finished product was top notch and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Eric, Wendy, and our installers were extremely professional, prompt, and removed our old door and installed our new door in less than half a day. First, Eric came to look at our old door and then asked exactly what we wanted and recommended some options after our discussion. Eric understood exactly what we were looking for in door style, but more importantly in functionality and weather proofing. Eric then passed us over to Wendy, who was super charismatic, easy to get a hold of, and even communicated door hardware options on specific styles as well as paint color. She offered different styles of door handles and kept us abreast of the installers schedule. When it came to installing the door, the installers were extremely professional and knowledgeable and even complimented our home and door choice! Without a doubt, we would hire this dream team again. Absolute pleasure! Came on short notice for an emergency and from start to finish knew the pains of selling a home and not wanting to paint lipstick on a pig but adress the issue seriously without breaking bank! Very courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable. I could go on and on!!! Wendy the scheduler from start to finish really was pleasant to speak with and checked in on the process every start of the way. Eric the manager came out and didn't sell me on anything g and treated my home as if it was his. He even knew where my door was from. Jake the installer was incredible. Stayed and informed me of all the progress and steps he had done and would continue to do until I approved or denied on the spot. Estimate was free and I definitely left feeling happy!!! I have already recommended them to everyone ai know and will use them in the future. No joke real deal company that feels like family.

We had our front door done by Moss. Liked it so much we are slowly replacing all our doors with them. Craftsmanship is excellent but the most important reason we came back was customer service. Eg: door handle was installed (correctly) right side up. We decided we wanted it the other way. Eric changed it for us at no extra charge.

I am an automotive technician and thought I could tackle this project myself. Then I realize it would be best to have a professional install these rather large double doors. I went back to a message Wendy from Moss Door left me. Wendy had Eric come by to look at the project. Wendy gave me a quote quickly and scheduled the install the following week.The guys came and did an awesome job. They were very friendly and chatted with me while I watched them do their thing. My parrot entertained them all day. Pricing was very fair.

Eric Moss (Owner) and Wendy (Runs the Office) with moss door company are the best solution for installs, repairs, and new doors in the Puget Sound Area. I was referred to Eric and Moss Door from a friend that had a new door install and was thrilled with the craftsmanship. Moss Doors is not cheap, yet I believe you get what you pay for. We had 2 doors repaired, weather proofed, and new hardware installed. We also purchased a new custom wood door with double pane glass and new hardware. So far we're happy with the service, doors, and work that was done by Moss Door. I believe one of the most significant aspects of this company is that Wendy does answer the phone. Moss Door is reliable with regards to scheduling, showing up, and doing quality work. This is a nice component of any home repair and dealing with contractors. As we all know with all the challenges we're facing in todays world, dealing with contractors can be a bit of a challenge as well. I would recommend Moss Door for all you household door needs.

We had a great experience with Moss Door Company! The two gentleman that help assist with my door was GREAT :) Positive energy, fast workers and very polite with they’re work. I chose Moss after getting a few other timelines for estimates. Erik was able to come out for the measure and quote very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were able to get scheduled for our door install quickly as well. Wendy handled our scheduling and was extremely friendly and kind. Bran came out for our install. He did an absolutely beautiful job! From start to finish Moss was a dream to work with. I highly recommend them!
