Description of Work: Excellent service. Good troubleshooting. Fixed a problem with our HVAC that several other businesses in the past were unable to figure out.

Description of Work: Water heater was intermittently not fully heating. They determined the control valve was faulty, needed to order the part & replaced the same day they received it.

Description of Work: Had D**** HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING out to do their furnace cleaning...had a repeat customer type agreement with them. They were supposed to also fix a clogged duct. Their tech showed up, spent a long time in the garage with the furnace. Their tech, informally shut down my furnace, referencing a "cracked" heat exchange...he then presented me with estimates of new furnaces, including a heat pump which I didn't need due to central a/c and an estimate to fix the duct, which he never looked at and had no intention of fixing that day! After dismissing the tech from D**** I called Mercurios after a friend said they had had a good experience with them. .I ultimately came to grips that my furnace was about 18 years old and would need to be replaced before I sold the house and decided that I would replace my furnace with whomever I chose. Keegan of Mercurios showed up within hours, noted that the tech from D**** never documented any of the emission results....which makes me believe that the D**** tech was just trying to drum up business without breaking a sweat. Mercurios fixed my duct and replaced my furnace with a wonderful furnace and all within a very short time frame so that I could take advantage of the tax break! Over $300 bucks saving over D****! I am amazed with how much heat we finally have, finally snuggly warm!

Description of Work: Our 29 yr old furnace died unexpectedly. When I called a repairman he said the repairs were more expensive then a new furnace and it was getting cold quickly. I needed a new furnace and could not wait a week or two to have one installed. I called Mercurios on Thursday and said I needed the work done on Saturday. We were leaving on a trip on Sunday and did not want to leave an unheated house. Keegan did a complete home audit of the heat needs of our 100 year old house - that had always had cold spots- and recommended a high efficiency furnace that was bigger then our old one. He e-mailed me his bid and waited to hear as I got a second bid quickly. On Friday morning I told him we wanted them to do the work and on Saturday morning at 9 am the workmen arrived and installed the furnace. It was working perfectly and we left home for our trip. While we were gone my daughter came to the house and found it very cold and called Mercurios and reported the problem. They showed up an hour later and found the water pump had failed and replaced it immediately. The house is warmer then it has ever been and the furnace is not coming on all the time.It is also very quiet. I really appreciate their responsiveness. First with putting in the new furnace quickly on my schedule and then responding when there was a problem. Their service was competitive and efficient.
