Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning

Reliable! Yeah right! This company called me the DAY of my appointment to tell me that my appointment was not a priority for them! We had this appointment set for over 4 days and the sale of a home was dependent on it yet it was not a priority for them. They claimed other people didn't have gas but that was a lie because the CITY will come out and handle any gas issues! They pushed my appointment to the side to get higher paying jobs and did not care at all! They are NOT RELIABLE and I would NOT book an appointment with them. They are not the only company that offer these services and when I asked why the other people couldn't book with a company who had the availability, the rep just kept repeating they same thing! They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Horrible!! Mercurios is scandalous!!! Check work performed to see if it was actually done. Compare prices with other HVAC Companies. Many employees are dishonest and will be happy to take you for a ride!!

Kevin Loihle was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile! We are extremely happy with his hard work and pleasant customer service. We will be requesting him on our next service.

Mecurio's is an unethical company you can not trust! Mecurios said my compressor was blown when in fact it was NOT! Their obviously unqualified tech worked unsupervised and failed to open a valve, which was a "rookie mistake". I had to pay Mecurio's $475 and then $544 to another company to get my heat pump running! They think I should have called them back for a second opinion. Why, to try to sell me a heat pump or charge me more money? I'm worried because, Mecurio's made my heat pump overheat, smoke and grind, bc there was only approx a max of 6oz of refrigerant in my system w a closed valve! I now do not know the long term effects of Mecurio' s Heating and Cooling Company running my system dry! Again, their employee said he added refrigerant when in fact he knew he did NOT and THAT is not only unprofessional, but an unscrupulous business practice and I think illegal! When the tech walked away he knew he had a full container but charged me! (The new contractor that got it running said it is like someone walking over to your car w a full can of gas and charging u to put it in, then walking away w the full can!! ) Mecurio's is NOT a company a homeowner can trust!!! Staff isn't supervised on the job. My a/c / heat pump is running today NOT bc of Mecurios! BUT, I now do not know the long term effects of Mecurio' s Heating and Cooling Company running my system dry! (It's like overheating an engine without oil in it & charging you for the mechanic work)! Unbelievably wrong! Their staff's costly mistake and misdiagnosis should be known: Buyer Beware!

Aaron Charles was our technician. He quickly diagnosed the condition as a faulty circuit board, called to have a co-worker bring a new one and got the furnace running like new. We were so impressed by how quickly he diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We will certainly use Mercurio's (and, hopefully, Aaron's) services again.

It went very well. Their sales person Brandon was up front and did not pressure sale. The installers Buddy, Bo and Bill did a great job explaining everything they were doing and got the job done very efficiently. They even readjusted the garage door sensors that had somehow been bumped while they were working.

I highly recommend this business. I called them on a Saturday because my furnace was not working. I was able to reach someone right away. The gentleman I talked to told me they could come that day, but since it was after hours, the service call would be more. Since it was not an emergency, I chose to wait until Monday. I asked him if he could let the office know that I wanted a call back for Monday. They called first thing Monday morning and scheduled a service call for the same day. The technician was prompt, very friendly, honest and very thorough. He had my problem diagnosed and solved within 15 minutes. He also offered suggestions for items he observed in my unit so I could keep an eye on them. I will definitely call Mercurio's anytime I need service.

This company made the process of getting a heat pump (new installation) very easy for us. They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! There price for everything was way better than any other quote we received and they were very conscientious about how they made everything look. We are very satisfied with every aspect of this project and highly recommend them! I would definitely hire them again!

Mercurio's was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. We met with Steve to discuss several AC options. He provided us with the documentation required to get the external unit placement approved by our HOA, and followed up with us to ensure we had approval before confirming with the installation team. The installation team was highly professional, efficient, and left our garage in excellent condition. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue. This team of professionals is the best home improvement service team we have ever experienced!

Alex Warren and Britney Watson showed up on time to perform the services I needed. They were really respectful of my home and communicated really well with me as some of the things I thought I needed didn't actually need to be done. Wow. They saved me money! I have done business with Mercurios for a long time and they are honest and fair. These two service technicians were amazing however, and really went above and beyond.

They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially.

We received a consultation which went fine - the tech was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. However, it's been a week and we still haven't seen a quote (when it was promised earlier this week). We wanted to support a local business but the lack of follow through is a problem. Even if they had responded to say they'd be late on the quote or were behind due to volume, that would have been better.

A coworker recommended Mercurio's. When I contacted them they quoted me a very fair price for doing maintenance for both the furnace & the hot water heater. The technician (Brandon) arrived on time and was very nice. He educated my on several things that I was not aware of -- especially regarding the furnace filters which I really appreciate. He was professional and seemed to do a thorough job. I will definitely use Mercurio's again - and based on this experience, I would highly recommend them. (I wish all interactions with house related service providers were this positive!)

I have mixed feelings about them. They never finished the job and they never did what they said they were going to do. They charged for parts that they didn't use. So, I'm not real happy. There was a federal rebate at the time. They probably did a good job, it's just that they didn't check with me. I think they put the condenser unit too close to the house. It's noisy. They were the best price around. They were on time.

I needed a bid and information about heating and cooling my house. The Mercurio representative who came to my house was very patience and kind enough to explain what my options were along with answering my questions about AC, Heat pumps, air cleaners and air scrubbers. His help was very valuable in focusing me on what I really needed instead of just selling me something. I felt that this company is really interest in helping there customers meet their needs. I would highly recommend this company to someone who needs help in heating or cooling their home.

What a fantastic crew! The office staff was friendly, caring and professional. Brandon responded the same day and did a thorough check of the existing furnace, the attic, the crawl spaces and the best place for the outside unit. He patiently answered all (a lot) of my emails and the final estimate was detailed to the point of including the model numbers. The installers arrived on time and went straight to work while answering my questions and even provided extra information on what, how, when and why. They moved both of my vehicles for me and put down a large tarp that covered the whole hallway. The ducts were cleaned with the same friendly and informative manner. They carefully moved all the items in the garage, including 4 long florescent lights, that I failed to do for them. Brandon stopped by in the morning to make sure all was going as planned and to check if I had any questions. The second day was the same exemplary service with the addition of Jeff who installed the thermostat. He went over (more than once) all the options until I grasped the concept of a Programmed Thermostat. What seemed very complicated at first turned out to be easy! He also explained the outside unit, the permits and showed me how to change the filters for the inside furnace. Before the installers left, they put everything back in the garage, moved my vehicles and even offered to vacuum the hallway when the tarp was removed. Polite, Professional and Perfect!! "Thank you for your hospitality" was their parting remark. I LOVE my quiet, efficient furnace!!

Cleaning of the ducts went fine. Right before he started, Josh noticed that there was a fresh leak under the inducer motor. He did his servicing and vacuumed the furnace behind the panel. However, when he said he was done, I realized he didn't do any troubleshooting regarding the leak. So I put my hand under the inducer motor and felt the water on my hand. I got him to take out screws to detach the inducer motor and he found a gasket was bad. He fixed the leak temporarily using some of my bathroom caulk on the inducer motor. I called in to ask Mecurio to order me a gasket and was told that they would call me when they get the part. They didn't call me and when I called them after 2 weeks, I was told they would call me once they get the part. It's been a month and a half and they didn't call me. This confirmed what Josh the service guy said that Mecurio would not help me order a gasket because it's not worth their time unless I asked them to install it for me. So 2 things I was bothered about. Josh saw a leak which he didn't do anything about until I intervened and Mercurio not being honest and giving me the run-around about ordering me the gasket.

They were extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The install was fast smooth and done very well. The new furnace works without a hitch. Extremely pleased and will have them back to service any needs. Looking forward to having them install an AC unit sometime in the future.

Hank the electrician was extremely helpful and very skilled at his work. We told him some of the problems we are having, and he worked around them. And blew are expectations out of the water.
