The reason that we use the wall anchors is to make sure we have secured the wall bracket properly and to the manufactures specifications. You can be assured that if there is a wall stud available that we secured it to the stud the best we could. In a lot of cases due to the location in which we have to install the wall bracket, we are only able to use one stud for support; the extra wall anchors we use provide a great support mechanism for the indoor unit and wall bracket. Description of Work: We had a gas leak. The first company we called wouldn't even come out after explaining that our crawl space was tight and just relined. Mercurio was prompt, neat and did what they said. I don't know what the cost of such a service should be, but my house didn't blow up and that's worth $400.

Description of Work: They ceck my heat pump and furnace and found that I had blown a ciruit braker told me if it happen again their electrition could fix it or my own. Said if they are tripped to many times it weakens them and should be replaced. I was happy they were willing to suggest my own electrition.

There was only a recommendation made to replace the furnace due to its age and condition, a repair is always risky in this situation, but it is always the customers decision. The customer failed to mention that our service technician was able to get the furnace up and running by freeing up a seized inducer motor. The recommendation then was made to replace the inducer motor assembly, the customer elected to do so. At that time we had to special order the part, when the part came in, we called to schedule and the customer told us they had already had it taken care of. We had to send the part back at our expense due to the cancellation. I cannot comment on the other repair the customer had done as I have no information.

Description of Work: The service we received from Mercurio's was much better than the service we received from another company in this area when we purchased the furnace . The technician arrived at the time we were told . During the trouble shooting he explained what he was checking ,and why . The technician had to order parts for our furnace . When the parts arrived we were contacted to schedule the repair . The repairs were performed , and the repair cost less than I had expected . I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a HVAC issue .

Description of Work: We had an old furnace replaced, a new heat pump, air cleaner, floor insulated, ducts cleaned and sealed & a new register added. We got 5 estimates from various companies and were impressed with Mercurio's sales person, Keegan & what products they were recommending. Other companies tried selling us a much larger unit than we needed and when we asked Keegan about it, he explained why he wouldn't recommend a larger unit. We called and emailed him with various questions/scenarios and had him come back 3 times to pepper him with more questions & to crunch numbers. He was great about it! I loved the job the guys did! They were friendly, professional, thorough, & didn't mind when we would ask questions. 3 months after the job was completed, Keegan came out to do the Home Heat Loss Analysis & while doing that, I mentioned that our basement area was much colder than the other areas and he quickly came up with a solution. I would recommend Mercurio's for anyone.
